is there a mii set database? awhile ago i found a site off here that had a ton of MOC mini's with instructions. its somebody here "i think in germany" if anybody has a link.

I think you mean the mini's created by Legostein. He regularly posts his new creations in the forum. There's a section specially dedicated to him in the SW MOCs index here
