Mos_Eisley Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 I think that set 10199 Winter Toy Shop is a great set. Hopefully, we'll see a new set like this every Christmas. I'd also like to see sets like 10199 done for other Holidays as well. To that end, I have built a little something that I think would make for a great Halloween set using a similar size and design as the Winter Toy Shop: Thanks for looking and Happy Halloween! Milan Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Very spooky and creative! You can't see buildings like this every day! I like it! Quote
ZO6 Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Fantastic creation! I had something nearly identical in mind as a Halloween equivalent to the Winter Toy Shop, the main difference being I'd make the house out of brown bricks for that old wooden look and I'd have a different interior. Still, I really like what you've done - thanks for sharing! Quote
BlueBard Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Wonderful idea for a seasonal creepy set! Quote
posades Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Looks like something straight from TLG, great job! I would definitely pick one of these up if they were available, love the little details like the pumpkins and crooked tiles. Now who's going to build an Easter themed house? Quote
KDog Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 This is awesome. I wish TLG would produce sets like this in the Town/City theme. Quote
phillip10 Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Thats a great use of a set and making it better! I love the little jedi kid! Quote
squidman85 Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Great MOC!I Like the house and tree with the graves .I think,if lego will sell set like that-it will be great Quote
Omega 8 Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 I just decided last week thati would do a quick Halloween house, thanks for the wonderful inspiration!!! This easily could be a retail item. Good Build Nice features. Detailed but not overly. I love it! Quote
Still Raindrop Posted October 25, 2009 Posted October 25, 2009 Very nice! I like the way you adapted LEGO's design. The slanted tiles are great, and the use of fences around the deck is very creepy! Quote
Nightshroud99 Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Great Idea! LEGO really should make more sets like this. Quote
