The Penguin Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 (edited) Ladies and gentlemen! ) I proudly present you my latest CIS MOD: CATD. ) Here's a pic: I really liked that version. And the LEGO one. But it looked a bit small, short and "silly" in the back. So I revamped it a bit. ) It looks much better that way, in my opinion. More "mature", so to say. And is, in fact 2 studs longer. ) But the best thing here is that my mod requires only those parts that can be found in the set! I mean that ghastly-looking clone launcher was a sourse of all the parts used here. Plus, you'll have to use the extra tank tread. ) The might of the Confederacy! (Featuring Wat Tambor, General Pingvin and Lok Durd. ) Thank you for your attention! ) Comments are always very welcome. ) Edited September 28, 2009 by KimT Quote
ADHO15 Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Good work, Penguin. Not your biggest MOD, but still nice. I prefer your longer version. I think it looks much better. I'm sure you don't mind if I use it too, do you? Great Lok Durd too, by the way! Quote
382nd Legionnaire Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Can you post before and after, I don't have this set so I don't see any difference. Quote

Corvus Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Nice! I actually did something similar. It is nicer than the stubby version. Quote

Tyleraf Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I love your modifications. I might do that to mine. PS: How large is your whole army? Quote
Fumoffu Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 Good MOC. I like the fact that no new parts are required. I'll defintely have to try to create it and see it "live". I like your custom minifigures too. Quote
Ras 74 Posted September 10, 2009 Posted September 10, 2009 I also thought it was to short for my taste. Great seeing someone also thought this, and done something about it. Looks definitely better. Quote
