the Inventor Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) Hello A little background story: Qui-Gon and Obi Wan escorted Jar-Jar to the city, but were attack by the Trade Federation. Altough the droids didn't form a threat, Darth Maul was also present. The two Jedi fight for their lives, an Jar-Jar flees from battle. Well my first try of landscaping, tell me what you think of it. Edit: Well second old new Mesa is in trouble Poor battle droids An overall shot Check Flickr for more v.2 Check Flikr for more (old) Edited: because changes have been made C&C are welcome Thanks for watching the Inventor Edited June 15, 2009 by KimT Quote
mechamike Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) Nice, but perhaps add some small dash of brown, tan grey to the nature.. pebbels, rocks , earth.. to make it more "alive". Edited June 11, 2009 by a53021 Quote
the Inventor Posted June 11, 2009 Author Posted June 11, 2009 Thanks, I will try that the Inventor Quote
RepublicForces Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 It's nice not great trough maybe you should try to make a better dubble saber with 2 normal hilts (just use a reall small "bar" to put them together) Quote
the Inventor Posted June 11, 2009 Author Posted June 11, 2009 I have edited my post because I changed it a bit, to let it look like it fits into the nature. the Inventor Quote
Oky Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 Well, except for being completely out of continuity, it looks quite nice. Quote
Jedi Joe Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 Yea, as Oky said, it's completely out of the SW canon. It is a splendid MOC, though! Quote
Corvus Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 Great plant life- very nice. Also a very tempting idea for Maul's 'saber, I might have to try that. Quote
Tom Bricks Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 Nice job with the droid arms still holding on and on the foliage. Quote
Zorro Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 I think your landscaping looks good! Well done, I say! Quote
Ratshot Posted June 12, 2009 Posted June 12, 2009 I got a good laugh at those droid arms hanging of that little speeder thingy Good job on the scenery! Quote
user Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 The creation itself is very neat and all but the setting just seems like more of a forestman or castle area if you took out the minifigs i would'nt of known it was starwars. But the forest looks very nice. Quote
ILikePi Posted June 13, 2009 Posted June 13, 2009 Wow, very nice MOC. I wish I had enough pieces to make a small forest like that... Quote
