74louloute Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 Hi there ! I present you my latest vig issued from my studies in minifig posing. Dubbing of Sir Arnault : What do you think ? Any feedbacks are appreciated! Quote
Buttons Posted June 2, 2009 Posted June 2, 2009 That must have taken you all lot of tim, effort and ... patience to perfect, but you really did perfect it. Lovley job and I look forward to your next Minifig posing MOC Quote
Tom Bricks Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 this looks great What are the arms made of, some modified tubing? Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Nice, nice! Once again a very nice leg technique. It looks pretty realistic. I'm not sure of the very straight arms but that's just a small detail. Keep it up! Quote
BlueBard Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Wonderful again! You're becoming a real MF animator artist, louloute Quote
kris kelvin Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Very clever idea and very interesting result. I may steal it in the future Quote
Davey Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 (edited) This is very interesting. I like the idea of posing minfigs for vignettes. It really adds something to the MOC. Now, I'm curious as to how you made his head bow. Great work though. -Dave ToT-LUG EDIT: And I just noticed the modified tubing arms. Tricky! Edited June 9, 2009 by Dave_ToT-LUG Quote
74louloute Posted June 11, 2009 Author Posted June 11, 2009 Thanks everybody for your nice comments ! I'm glad you like it ! Quote
Oky Posted June 11, 2009 Posted June 11, 2009 (edited) Once again, a very nice posing technique. I really like the legs. The arms seem kinda long, though, and make it look like the knight's hands are glued to the floor and he is trying to get them loose! Still very good, though. This technique will be great for creating a scene of Darth Vader talking to the emperor! Edited June 11, 2009 by Oky Wan Kenobi Quote
Perterz Posted June 17, 2009 Posted June 17, 2009 Wow pretty realistic, really digging the legs. I'm not that sure on his arms tho. How did you made the head bow? Is there a special trick behind it or is it just balancing the head on the torso and snapping a pic at the right moment?! Quote
