Attack of the Clone (In the Land of the Pink Flowers)

For the last month, “The Land of the Pink Flower” has been having trouble. Bandits have been living on the border, and, more recently, heading towards the castle. Due to the fact that “The Land of the Pink Flowers” is a peaceful land, they have no force of their own. They asked their neighbors to the west, the West Kingdom, to aid them.

When the West Kingdom troops, led by General Thor, reached the bandits, night had already fallen. Both sides decided that it would be best to wait for dawn before the battle begins.

Over at the West Kingdom’s camp, the food and wine are served freely. General Thor, a tad drunk, is telling his troops about past battles. Though Thor is not yet old, he is a hardened soldier who has seen many battles.

A zoom out of the camp shows that the West Kingdom has not been careless, and have posted a guard. In the back another soldier unpacks some goods.

The bandits have also been careful, and a customary bandit manner they have surrounded their forces with spears, to mark their land. They have two fires, one for the leaders and one for the troops.

The two leaders, holding their cutlasses (to show leadership and all that) talk at the fire. The bandit’s fires are larger than the West Kingdoms. Thor tells his men that they are just trying to scare them, and only weak people need to rely on fear.

Right before both sides charge in the morning, the attack comes.

No one could have prepared for this.

The fact that the clones have no idea where they are, or who they’re fighting does not stop them. They defend the Republic at all costs!

The Battle

Thor holds off a Clone while Bandit leader Zar’zak charges him. (I think it’s cool that you can see the flowers in a reflection of the Clones sword.)

This poor troll farmer, (who originally appeared in the 313th’s Battle of Naboo) has no luck. After his farm was destroyed in the cross fire, he magically warped to “The Land of the Pink Flowers”, where he met up with the bandits. Now, again it looks that all he loves will be destroyed. Instead of a Cabbage, this time he wields a banana.

The other Bandit leader Gregorgak has sliced a clone in half. The clones are not used to wielding swords, and that makes them easier prey to the bandits and West Kingdom troops.

For those of you wondering “What the heck is that?”, it’s the charcoal remains of the fire, and the bones from last night’s chicken!

Note: This battle includes Thor and the bandits, all of which will really be characters in a my castle stories, but this is not something that really happened to them.

Nice job! It's crazy, yet it all comes together.

Despite the SW elements, I think this qualifies as more Castle, so this seems like a good spot for it. Well, until we build the Pretty Pretty Pink Theme subforum, then you're going right in there!

Eeep! Clones! In the Castle Forum? Well, it looks nice. I like the fire, although I think the spears in the ground could be done differently.
