Cardinal Brick Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 What are you going to call it? Well the wings are in the shape of a X so I though you know, Quote
KimT Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 Damn you. I'm mostly into Classic Space, but your reviews make me want to add these Blacktron sets A great set from an overlooked space theme. Now why isn't that Y-Wing in the Star Wars forum yet? Quote
Asuka Posted August 27, 2008 Posted August 27, 2008 A very interesting and nice design indeed, and a very fine review too. Thanks! Quote
xenologer Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Yup fun ship. Nowadays I just can't find all 4 of the wing pieces to put it back together... Tho, the freely swinging hinges on it kinda bothered me... I guess that's part of why modern click hinges were invented. Quote
Siegfried Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Thanks for the review. These sets were interesting in that they were designed to be very modular. I have a 90% complete 6933 Spectral Starguider that I was forced to make a new front pod for. I really should post it... Tho, the freely swinging hinges on it kinda bothered me... I guess that's part of why modern click hinges were invented. I agree. Many don't like the click hinges but I prefer them. The old ones were too fragile and had very little resistance. Quote
