I just stumbled upon this outstanding MOC on Brothers Brick:

The entire Brickshelf Gallery can be found here: Gronlif's Magic Forest

I love the way the Wizard's cottage is tucked away in the forest, surrounded by the trees. The detail of the cottage is superb! And in looking at the first few pictures of the exterior, the pictures almost have a forest-like quality about them. The interior of the cottage is equally wonderful.

Wow! Great find, TheBrickster! All those trees are stunning, and the roof of the cottage as well as the brickwork is amazing. That goes for all the little details too, like the wizard's pipe and inkwell+feather. And we have found a place for things like the green armour and lime green shovel.

Very nice find Brickster! Thanks for sharing. The green of the wizard and armour etc is really striking and I feel there is just enough SNOT on display to keep me happy.

Very inspiring layout of the forest too.

The sunflowers are a nice touch, and angling the buildings is really cool. Even the well supports are angled on the plate, sweeeet

This is a truly terrific model and diorama. The building designs are wonderful, and the builder's maintained excellent control of his colour scheme.

There are some interesting roof techniques in there as well.

This is a very beautyfull MOC.

I just love the color scheme, I think it is absolutely fantastic!

The little detailing is done very tastefully.

Hopefully we can get some comments of the builder?

Kind regards,

This MOC is AMAZING!!!

I love the trees especially, and the way the cottage just blends in with the landscape.

Also, as shown in the Brickshelf Folder, there is a small red squirrel in one of the trees. I love squirrels, and I wish TLG would make a piece for them, but I now want to know how to make a brick-built one.

I envy those trees as well. I wish I had as many leaf-pieces as that guy does... :sadnew:

This is a fantastic MOC overall, though. I love all the green in it. I just can't wait to get my hands on that McGonagall dress!

Wow, that's a lot of tree pieces! :oh: A very nice MOC, the cottage looks realistic because of it's simplicity. The well is well done (haha), and I like the sunflowers as well. The overall detail in this is very cool. :sweet:

This is which TLG should more or less release in a flattered version!

What a marvelous find TheBrickster. I love everything about it.

All of those beautiful details. My favorites have to be the fireplace and the desk with that lovely chair.

What an amazing MOC.
