Spacer Steve and the General discuss their business aboard the bridge of the Dust Demon light cruiser “Direstan’s Revenge”

- As you can see we are running low on supplies and are ships are in desperate need of repair. The largest ship we have in our fleet is this light cruiser. Half our troops don’t have power armor anymore. Kawashita delivered us a crushing blow. This setback has made us stronger than before. One of our captains is skilled enough to take on 10 Kawashita ships. Our smaller ships have forced us to operate with stealth and precision.

- MANTIS will be willing to give you the repairs and supplies we need in our outer ring spaceports. In return your ships will act as reserves and support our fleet. Also your knowledge of Kawashita space will prove useful.

- We have a deal.

- Sorry to interrupt General but we picked up a couple of MANTIS troops on Kaalin. One is special forces the other is a repainted Spyrius droid

- Send them in and remove their restraints. All MANTIS troops are guest of honor. You are dismissed trooper.

- Agent L, RoB! Where is Chogg?

- Sorry We got caught sir. Chogg didn’t come with us. He’s been acting strange lately.

- We are on approach to Illustria. Finalizing flight path. No Octan vessels in range.

While the general steps away, Spacer Steve speaks to RoB about a strange crate in the corner of the room.

- RoB see that Spyrius crate over there? You know the codes. I want to see what is in there. I’m sure they haven’t been able to open it yet. Execute operation Giraffe.

- Affirmative.

- We will be on the surface soon. There you can meet with your group.

- Thank you! It has been a pleasure doing business with you. I have to admit that your group sounded a lot worse in some of the Kawashita reports we stole from from a Kawashita branch manager. Also given your fathers history with MANTIS…..

- My Father was a wise man who was tricked and had everything taken that he worked so hard to build up. Don’t trust the Kawashita reports. Everything went wrong when they showed up. They called us pirates just because we wouldn’t play by their rules. Take this data disk. It will show you something that you won’t hear from Maximus and Maxxene or any blasted Kawashita report…..

Thanks for looking. C&C is welcome. I had a lot of fun with the lighting this week. I am also having a fun time with the Dust Demon storyline.

Nice lighting and the bridge has an appropriately cramped feel to it. Nice that you could incorporate the Dust Demons into your arc.

The whole build is quite good; my favorite part is the planet looming in front of the ship and the lighting.
