Wally Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Hi guys and girls, After just having come out of my dark ages I would like to present to you my first moc, an alternate build using only parts from Santa's Workshop that I call the "Grandparents' House". Sorry if the photo quality is a bit bad as I'm still a bit new to all this (and I don't really have a great camera). Here is the complete build of the house with accessories: From left to right here's the grandmother with the cookies, the child with a present he got from his grandparents, a lamppost with a coffee table built around it, the grandfather flipping burgers at his barbeque, and a christmas tree: The house itself has a little balcony underneath which there is a small workplace: On the other side there is a small bench: On the ground floor there is a small cupboard and an old brown lamp hanging from the ceiling. The ladder that leads to the bedroom can fold up. In the bedroom there is another small cupboard and another present waiting to be opened: That's all, I hope you like it! I had lots of fun building it Quote
lightningtiger Posted March 8, 2015 Posted March 8, 2015 Cute and cool design there 'Wally'......it has the winter feel but also warm and cosy inside feel too. Brick On 'Wally' ! Quote
LittleJohn Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Great build, especially for the amount of parts used! Really neat barbeque Quote
BrickJagger Posted March 9, 2015 Posted March 9, 2015 Nice alternate build! It's always interesting to see what someone can make using only the parts from one set, and I think you pulled it off. Quote
Wally Posted March 9, 2015 Author Posted March 9, 2015 Thanks for the nice comments everyone! I'm glad you like it Quote
