This is the first of my mosaics...

And I think I have managed to rescale it by using Lord of pies tutorial in paint. It cost me just under £40 to make and I used Lugnets mosaic maker for the technical side of it.

Here is the original image! :classic:

It is 48 x 48 ... Enjoy!

Thanks for all the advice, it has been a real help!

Edit by Hinckley: I changed the pic to a link due to its size. Please check the site guidelines for posting standards and tutorials index for tips on resizing, thanks.

As said, your mosaic is just lovely and of such good quality.

An bare in mind that although larger pictures present us with higher quality, it also takes more time to load ! For me, living in Belgium next to the server (Germany), that doesn't really matter, but unfortunatly it does for our fellow members in countries like Kangorooria and Old Zeeland...especially for those with smallband internet connections.

As done by dear Mr.Hinckley, create a link to your pics, or even better: post a scaled-down pic AND create a link to supplement it. :classic:

Thanks for sharing, Buttons !

It is great to see that mosaics are still alive.

Any chance we could see the original picture so that we can compare it to the bricks?

What program, if any, did you use to render it?

BTW. Welcome to EB Buttons.

It is also costly for Brickshelf because of the added bandwidth.
