Is It Possible To Reintroduce Old Sets?
SpacePolice89 replied to SpacePolice89's topic in General LEGO Discussion
That would be the perfect solution. I also believe it's quite unlikely to happen but who knows? The Lego Group moves in mysterious ways. Too early to tell but I hope the video means that new Space sets are on the horizon. -

While I agree that the context points more towards Pershing, I am just not sure where he would appear. -

Wizarding World 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
mirkwoodspiders replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Friends, I have a confession: I've been a HP completionist since the theme came back in 2018. But, I reached my breaking point. This latest wave costing upwards of... I can't even remember how many 100's of dollars is just too much. I've decided to sell it all (every set is unopened), excluding the D2Cs I've already opened and built. It'll just be D2Cs going forward for the theme. Great sets, just too much to keep up with, and too many to choose from as far as what to get and what to pass on. I love this theme and will be excited to see what they continue to churn out. But, with kid #4 on the way and money super tight, I had to draw the line somewhere. Anyway, confession over. Now, I can't wait to see the latest reveals! -
Batman (DC Superheroes) 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
Mandalorianknight replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I don't think jonkling was ever prohibited, but I think the sentiment is widely pro-jonkle so long as sane people are allowed to remind us it's stupid (and we indeed are) But yeah the idea that the catcycle should have been a DC set might top Luigi's Pizzeria. Some other ideas: Scarecrow ($9.99): A scarecrow and part of a wheat field Penguins ($39.99): Penguin enclosure with a couple seating areas outside (they have umbrellas at the tables) Poison Ivy ($69.99): A large poison ivy plant sort of like the art sets Clay Face ($99.99): A large drama mask made out of medium nougat Bat ($129.99): A life-sized lego bat Man ($159.99): A large figure of an adult male True I'm pretty sure we're all OK with that, it's one of the bigger memes in the wider aslume meme thing. I figure we already got his best variant (luigi's pizza) so we need more important figures -

[HELP] Analyzing a Kek Powerizer
NathanRMF replied to Natdude's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Adding to this, you can access new games and test audio for the Kek Poweriser using the Wayback Machine, by visiting galidor.com: https://web.archive.org/web/20040603142611/http://www.lego.com/galidor/default.asp There is a page where you can test the speaker on your Kek works, and most of the web games still work thanks to modern flash players, so you can unlock new games on your Kek by beating the minigames on the website. Was able to unlock four new games on this site. -
Marvel Superheroes 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
wesker replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'd only be interested in an Avengers CMF if all the minifigures included were based on the comics. The colorful costumes are at least different enough from the films to keep the main heroes interesting and it would also provide a wider selection of interesting villains to pick from. The MCU has already been done to death in the sets themselves that a CMF series wouldn't be bringing much new to the table. X-Men has a gold mine of iconic characters to pick from that its frustrating to see Lego drip feed them at such a slow pace. I really hope that changes over the coming years. I'm definitely in favor of the next CMF series ditching the Disney+ shows altogether and focusing exclusively on the X-Men. Last I heard Marvel Zombies was also intended to be TV-MA. Unfortunately it sounds like they also plan on going through with Iron Heart and Wonder Man instead of cutting their loses. - Today

I didn't watch the Marvels, but if I remember correctly, her suit in the Marvels has a lot more red on it, whereas the suit in the show is more comic-accurate. Totally forgot we didn't get him- he 100% should have been in series 2. -

Here's another random idea about Renown's latest tease (glad you're still with us!) - what if it's not about brainwashing or 1984, but, focusing on the Big Brother part, just more literally about brothers? If so, that could potentially refer to: Savage and Maul (literal brothers, and the episode that brought Maul back was called "Brothers") Waxer/Boil/Numa (with Nerra meaning Brother) Something Inquisitor related (Marrok helmet bust? This one is a bit of a stretch though) A tease towards another Young Jedi Adventures set - one of the episodes is named "Big Brother's Bounty." It could also hint at the new character from the episode, Ansen Strung, who's a Dowutin (same species as Ninth Sister). Or, the bounty from that episode, a Burowga (which looks like a hybrid of an axolotl and Appa from ATLA). This is also probably out there though. Unless if "sadly" is also supposed to be a clue as well - harkening back to the "gin-soaked tears"? So, something else with Qui-gon Gin? Just a general warning to keep our expectations in check about an upcoming set, so we're not sad? ...Or maybe I'm just completely off my rocker, and it's simply something ISB-related. Though, based on the context of the quote, I'm feeling more like it's about Doctor Pershing than Yularen. Though, one other thought: Renown seemed to know about the Jedi Bob set as long ago as November (nine months before release), so this could even be a hint at a January 2025 set. -

Marvel Superheroes 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
JeanGreyForever replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Is Ms. Marvel's look different in The Marvels compared to her show? Tbh I think Legocentrico is probably correct. An X-Men only CMF sounds too good to be true for it to actually happen lol. I would love to be proven wrong. But I definitely think they won't be able to rely on Disney+ shows anymore. I forgot that Daredevil technically won't even be able to be covered. What a waste. In that case, they should just scrap the line because the rest isn't going to sell. Their only selling point was Daredevil and they can't even do that. -

I disagree. I think JeanGreyForever makes some great points. X-Men have a lot of characters they could cover. Arguably too many to include in sets, even if we get 5 or 6 of them. Disney+ shows are on the decline. There’s Daredevil, which will be TV-MA, so it won’t be covered. That basically leaves Zombies, What If, and two Wakanda shows, but I don’t see any of those being popular. Now, of course, there’s no guarantee we’ll get another CMF. And it could always be Legacy based, which I’m sure would sell well. But, personally, I would really like an X-Men CMF. -

Aside from droid figures not usually being counted as minifigures anymore (at least literally speaking- they still take up slots), R2-KT doesn't seem to be coming in a standard set, but rather some sort of special anniversary set. That would make sense I'm pretty doubtful that it means that. Renown usually hints at new stuff, not things we've had before. -
MOC - LEGO Technic 42164 C Model Tractor with Three Attachments
Paul B Technic posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Recently I have designed and built a custom C model tractor based on LEGO Technic set 42164. It has three functional attachments: a plough, slasher, and post hole drill. Step 1: Conceptualization and Planning The first step in any LEGO project is to conceptualize the design and plan out the structure. For our tractor, we envisioned a sturdy yet versatile vehicle capable of handling various agricultural tasks. Step 2: Building the Tractor With a clear vision in mind, we began assembling the base of the tractor using the components from set 42164. We focused on ensuring stability and functionality, incorporating hand of god steering, via the grey exhaust on the top of the engine area. Step 3: Developing Attachments Once the tractor was complete, we shifted our attention to designing the attachments. Each attachment required careful consideration of its purpose, size, and compatibility with the tractor. We experimented with different configurations and mechanisms to create functional implements that could be easily swapped and operated by the tractor. 1. Plough: The plough attachment was designed to efficiently till the soil for planting. 2. Slasher: For clearing overgrown vegetation, we created a slasher attachment. 3. Post Hole Drill: Lastly, we developed a post hole drill attachment for digging holes for fence posts or other structures. This attachment featured a rotating drill bit. Conclusion: Designing and building a custom LEGO Technic C model tractor with three attachments was a rewarding and enjoyable experience. From conceptualization to final assembly, each step of the process required creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail. By combining the versatility of LEGO Technic components with innovative design techniques, we were able to create a functional and realistic agricultural vehicle capable of tackling various tasks with ease. Whether you're a LEGO enthusiast or an aspiring engineer, this project serves as a testament to the endless possibilities of LEGO Technic sets. https://paulbtechnic.blogspot.com/2024/04/moc-lego-technic-42164-c-model-tractor.html -
LEGO Videogame Tie-Ins - Rumors & Discussion
TeriXeri replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
LEGO Fortnite game has brick built steerable vehicles now, and with the last update pigs and farm building, so they have more and more stuff for physical sets to draw from , if they don't want battle royale combat stuff in sets. I doubt they would make those farm animals in sets though, I think sets using npc (especially those cowboy bandits, or falcon/wolfpack knight) figures would probably appeal a lot more to a wider audience instead of more "creator-like" farm animals. However, a brick built Brute set could certainly work if they do a LEGO Fortnite mode focused set. I think the actual buildable structures, or ruins you can find in game are a bit huge to do full scale but could still be referenced at a smaller scale, perhaps they can do themed furniture packs like physical version of that Brite Bomber pack they sold in the shop (could be sold like one of those friends "bedroom" sized sets) -
I think a lot of the design language of both Nexo and Hidden Side went into Dreamzzz, seeing how they went mirror / evil characters this wave, with 5 main good guys having a mirror magenta "evil" variant this time around, reminds me a lot of Stone Clay , Good Jestro, or Blue Jack from Nexo and Hidden Side. But yes, Black , Dark Grey, Light Grey/Black (Hooded Crow), or Dark Blue recolor would certainly work for that Raven mould for many applications. LEGO already had a yellow and black raven knight in CMF, but that doesn't mean they can't bring back that faction someday in a raven themed Castle set or something, and of course Vikings / Norse mythology Huginn and Muninn ravens (which were somewhat referenced in the last 3-in-1 viking ship but via brick built small pieces)

LEGO Star Wars 2024 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
PreVizsla replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Just thinking out loud, I wonder if this could be about Anakin's transformation to Darth Vader? If it is, it could mean we are getting the Darth Vader's transformation like the 2017 set 75183 or maybe Palpatine's arrest? It could be the internal struggle or actual struggle and in both cases "Big Brother" is Palpatine. Could the Death Star playset have some kind of a transforming playfeature even though the transformation didn't happen inside of the Death Star? The only other possibility is Crosshair maybe in something like a Republic Shuttle and his team where he made the quote about him being willing to do what needs to be done, but then again that might be too violent of a scene for LEGO. Would you even say if we are on the right track? - Yesterday
