Thats the most original creation I have seen in a while, I tip my hat to your crazy brilliant mind and wish this was a set. Also medusnail and the hypnosis pic made me chuckle.

    Technic 2019 Set Discussion

I hope there is a way to stack outputs, but it doesn't look like this is the case. Most of my mocs use two drive motors, and I've always stacked the plugs on one IR port. Now, it looks like I'll have to use two ports on the hub, and I presume there is a way to link outputs together in the app. Adding lights and such can use up ports pretty fast too! What I used to do with one BB and 4 IR Receivers may now require three bulky hubs! I really want to see some way to stack port outputs! The new PU system really seems to take up a lot of space, and I'm not a fan of having to have a whole new set of batteries for every four outputs.
  7. Looks very nice! The scaffolding looks great, and I like the use of spring loaded shooters!

    LEGO Ninjago 2019

Why? Lego is about creativity and fun. But if Lego's testing with kids shows that they have less fun or satisfaction from a mech with knees than from one without them, then it's pretty clear to them which they should opt for. There are definitely ways to add greater articulation to models but those generally come with sacrifices—sacrifices in stability, in form, or in the building or play experience. Ultimately no perfect solution exists because different people are going to want different things out of a set, and all Lego can do is try to prioritize one type of experience—in most cases, the experience of the younger or more novice builders who make up the greater part of most sets' audiences.

Thank you @t0mster and @Berthil. Very quick response. Yes, the McMaster is the site I was looking for. I am back home now and can begin sorting and ordering the parts I need to rebuild my version 2 Ball Factory into the version 3. Can anyone comment on the stability and reliability of version 3 as compared to version 2. The build looks so much more solid and less flexible, which has to add to a far better performing GBC. I am going to completely document and video my version 2 before I begin to dismantle it for parts. If I had the room to store it, I would leave it intact, but I don't have that option.

    Technic 2019 Set Discussion

Updated my article based on some recent visuals, the L motor really seems to be 3x3x8 studs. My estimation for the Control+ hub is 5x9x9. Klemmbausteinlyrik posted an interview with the PU team and there are some interesting updates in it: - Both the new L and XL motors have position encoding, so in theory they can act as a servo. We’ll see if that means we don’t get a new dedicated servo at all. - PF-PU adapter is still an open question, the team needs to clarify what it should do and how they can ensure to avoid false expectations, e.g. to be expected to work with PF IR or WeDo sensors - Lack of rechargeable battery - also an open question, as they say the possibility is there with the removable battery holder in both hubs (although it does not add in-hub charging)

They've used the Richard Harris mould for Dumbledore in the calender as oppose to the Micheal Gannon one so I'm crossing my fingers they've gone for the PS/Cos version here. I'm also wondering whether Mcgonogall will come with a cat piece for her animagus.
  22. What a wonderful build! The size is huge, too! There's so many good things to notice: the awesome plate/jumper plate brick structure that you used to give texture to the wall without making it too busy, the arrow loops, the fantastic color choices.... I will try to choose only a few of my favorite things, as the whole build is fantastic from top to bottom. First, I will say that the scaffolding is spectacular. Trying to get a good looking scaffolding is really tricky, and you did a great job with it. Superb! The tree, as Kai mentioned, is awesome, as is the ballista. One of the more subtle features that I love is the height of the wall. Some of the old Lego sets and some MOCs I see (not as much on GoH, but other places) have these wimpy 5 stud tall walls. I mean, really? That's supposed to repel an invader? No, you nailed it: real walls would be tall to pose an actual challenge for invaders. Yours also have overhang to as to drop rocks (or some highly flammable liquid) onto attackers. I also really like your use of the red leaves for ivy, and the small amounts of oddly colored bricks that you add for texture--just enough to break it up, not enough to make the build look crazy. Then the whole thing sits on that awesome rockwork base... very cool! Glad you're building for Avalonia, as that's some steep competition!
  23. Thanks man! The city also got dragons for protection. One of my coming projects is building a dragon. The tree har a hard time growing in the winds at the top of the mountain. So it's kind of short. I was thinking that it should have more roots. But after those I kind of left it there.
  24. Zusammengebaut is reporting that Brickheadz will continue in 2020 with seasonal Brickheadz and return with more licensed Brickheadz. https://zusammengebaut.com/neue-lego-brickheadz-wurden-uns-fuer-2020-bestaetigt-71287/
  25. Something tells me no one's going to be busting into this city anytime soon! I agree with Garmadon about the balista, and the use of arches for the wall coupled with gold detailing (brilliant use for those dragon head sword ends!) and the Avalonian colors makes for a great wall! But my favorite thing is probably the tree with the roots dangling over the side - the roots look really cool!

He has to be since they don’t reuse CMF prints The question is if it’s based on his PS/CoS appearance
