  1. I have only been building my creations with EV3 but for a long time now I thought about getting a BuWizz. It's a good price right now. I'm really interested in how amazing this product is and I would be excited to make the transition to PF/BuWizz powered cars, so I have to get a servo motor and a few L motors to go with it. What is your opinion on buying a BuWizz 2.0? What PF parts should I buy to go with it to make car MOCs? Thank you for your feedback.
  2. Hi. I'm a Lego Technic MOC builder but when I got into Lego years ago I have got a lot of sets and made some... interesting MOCs. I'm considering to change up my display setup to make it look better, and I thought asking for advice and suggestions would be a great idea. Here's the collection as of now: The left shelf has my MOCs and the right shelf has sets and space MOCs. (The posters above are going to be removed) Left Shelf On the top of the left shelf are cars I made over 3 years ago. They're not pretty, and I probably won't be taking them apart for new builds since I'm giving my full time to Technic. On the middle of the shelf is some custom Bionicle figures I made as part of a weird story I made on the now defunct Lego.com gallery. On the bottom of the shelf is a... quirky house with a living room, kitchen, closet, bathroom, and bedroom that I made probably four years ago, broke, and rebuilt. It serves no use and its use as a display piece is kind of worthless, but it's one of the biggest things I built at the time. The playground on the middle shelf used to be connected to the right of the house. It hurts to remember having it on my dresser not playing with it because the house wasn't pretty. I should rebuild the house into something new but I'm keeping it as a memory and since all the pieces are a different color and I have no idea what to build. MineCraft Display A ton of MineCraft sets I got to connect to each other and make a cool display. Unfortunately I ignore it often and never got to my plans to put a MineCraft wallpaper up to make it look like a set box, but I'd like to. Right Shelf Just built sets and space MOCs I made forever ago. Top Shelf I expanded the shelf above by placing two poster frames and holding them up with a bar mounted in the wall, making it easy for removal and since I don't want to use a permanent structure. I like it but it's impossible to see items placed all the way back, so I don't know if I want to keep it or not. Here's the bar it was on... And here's the shelf I put the boards on top of. A lot of the items on the shelves are builds I don't have as much interest in as the large Creator cars I want to display here so I'm open for ideas. If this was your space to display your Lego collection, what would you do? How would you display creations you like and the ones that are not as interesting?
  3. I had an idea. I don't know if it's possible, but I'd like to throw it out there so people in charge can think about it. When a topic has, say, 30 pages, in the topic list it has buttons behind the topic title like so: Topic title [1] [2] [3] [4] ... [30]. But I'm much more likely to need pages 27, 28, 29 than pages 2, 3, 4. After all, I read the first few pages when the topic had 4 pages, and page 4 of a 30-page topic rarely contains anything of particular interest. Page 29 however, is recent, so may contain posts I haven't read before. After all, the topic may have 30 pages, but it may have had 29 last time I visited, and I'd like to pick up reading from there. Currently, there are two ways to reach page 29: Click page 30, see some replies to oposts I haven't read yet, and then go to the previous page from there Click pgae 1, and use the "go to page" function and type 29. The first option has the disadvantage of reading replies to unread topics, throwing the chronology upside down. The second option has the disadvantage of requiring many clicks. I think it would save time and hassle if I cold go to page 29 directly, and even 28, 27 because some topics can grow very fast. Would it be possible to implement this? Does the software support this? And how do others see this?
  4. big fan of Sariel's work, but it would be nice for those who missed out to see speed builds and reviews of old classics such as 41999, 8466, 8275, 8285, 8455, 8457, 8458, 8448, 8462, 8479, 8480 and finally the classic 8880. maybe someone could send him the sets if he dosent have them?
  5. I am trying to help a family member who can't understand English and his not really good with computers. He made a project on LEGO Ideas and is trying to get suggestions on his brick set. He also asked me how do people get more visibility on projects that are not related to any licensed property. Anybody that can takes a looks, give recommendations and suggestions about the set or his question would be really appreciated. At the same time, if you like the project it would be really nice of you to support it. https://ideas.lego.com/projects/145024 Thank you!

Hello I was wondering if we could have a Licensed subforum exclusive for posting MOC's I sometimes feel that there is a lot going on in the Licensed Forum, and having a Licensed MOC subforum could help. Similar to the Pirates forum and the Pirates MOCS subforum So, I bring this suggestion to the staff for your consideration
  7. Hi, I was curious to know if it would be possible to sort topics on this forum into a specific group like reviews, I have a hard time finding reviews from different sets, and it would be neat if they can be sorted out into a subforum, for easier indexing or something... thank you either way
