    Rick and Morty Car

Here is my MOC of Rick's car from the show Rick and Morty. I have been working on and off on this MOC for a couple years now and I am sure more changes will be made. The interior is not designed for accuracy, but it can fit three figures inside. I know that the garbage can pieces are definitely too small for the rest of the ship, but I think they work great. Of course it must have the 3 wheels on the bottom so that we know that it's a car and not a spaceship. The Morty, Rick, and Summer figs I made for this MOC. I found the portal gun design on Reddit from u/pizzaincolor. Here's a breakdown of the build. The main "circular" shape is built out of the angled plates that made up the LEGO Dimensions portal. I was really happy with how the yellow slope builds fit right in between the wedge plates on hinges. I did end up using an illegal technique to get the gold tubes attached to the garbage cans. Here are some pictures of the progression of the MOC. I was very intrigued by Morty's bike spaceship from the penultimate episode and Rick's original spaceship so I may try my hand at those at some point. Any comments or suggestions are always welcome!

    Rick's Portal gun

"Show me what you've got..." Any "Rick and Morty" fan will quickly recognise where this phrase comes from. Great show, which I didn't really understand at first but then I got hooked! If only new season was behind the corner... Here I've built a Rick's Portal gun, which is the main reason this series exist. At first I was considering to build this in bricks, but time was pushing and I was only able to use what I had already - Technic stuff. It ended being the right choice as gun can be handled easy without loosing any parts. Rick's Portal gun Rick's Portal gun Rick's Portal gun

Rick and Morty`s flying UFO Car

Don`t get too schwifty about this one. This is actually just a Recreation of one of the best Rick and Morty Cars made from Lego that People have done. @hachiroku build the flying Car first and showed a Step to Step Guide on Youtube,i just collected the needed Pieces and cobbled it together. Of course i did a few tiny Changes like adding two Seats, closing some Gaps in the rear End,added some repurposed and cut Lego Stickers.I also added a printed Tile behind the Seats and made a tiny Portalgun. One Thing i`m still not very happy about is the Flag / Sail Thing in the rear Section.I didn`t want to make a brickbuild Version.Maybe some of you Guys have an Idea. 20170515_131113 20170515_131125 20170515_131135 20170515_131145 20170515_131204 20170515_131306 20170515_131320 20170515_131328 20170515_131539 20170515_131603 20170515_131610 The flying Car is still not completely finished, need to replace some Parts with other Colors, maybe adding some 1x2 inverted rounded Slopes to the Undersite to improve the Saucer Shape and maybe add some removeable Weapons,i mean this Thing could take down an entire Army of Cops and SWAT Units :D Credits go of course to the original Creator of this MOC and the Instructions.
  4. Built for the Rick and Morty LEGO Contest Extravaganza. I lost. Still, I had a lot of fun building this. Cthulu in all his glory. Rick's spaceship car. Check it out on flickr.
