    Angus Ferriman won the sloop "The Pointed Dingleweed" in a game of cards. He got some pushback from his new crew on the name, so he changed it to "The Naughty Nougat". They liked that better. --------- Here's my micro ship class 3 earned as a prize during Challenge IV: Rebuilding Terraversa Wanted to try a ship on the new nougat hulls Trying to find more uses for my bazillion muskets.     I recently came across a seller on Bricklink who was selling just the ship from the ship in the bottle set (for only $10!) so I snapped it up. But I wasn't entirely happy with the design of the ship ever since the set was announced. So, I decided to build a MOD rather than build it straight as designed. I simplified the gun ports, gave it some galleon-like styling, elongated the bow, reworked the stern, changed the sail plan, and came up with what I call El Genio ("The Genie") since I have released it from the bottle! Because I won the class 3 competition in the PA Cup minichallenge, I have a free class 5 license that can be activated with a microbuild, and so I will use it here.     The pilot dipped the cutter down out of the low clouds to get a better bearing on his surroundings. Scanners weren't picking up very much tech in the area, though their records showed that their destination was close. This would require old-fashioned visual guidance. Below them a partially frozen river wound through the narrow valley, alongside an ancient dirt road that had been carved out of the rocky mountainsides. It shouldn't be too much further now he figured as he angled the craft towards a gap in the mountains. Still, he wondered if this guy was really worth all this effort. I've been sitting on this for a long time, just haven't had a chance to photograph it until recently. C&C welcome on this, my first (posted) build for AG.
