*Your entry has earned 12 XP* Word has spread that the Imperial Pyerce maybe on our home planet of Mandalore. Nabare sent me out to see what info I can find. I walked through the city streets of Mandalore. The informant was supposed to be at a cantina just around the corner. I sat in one of the stools and waited for him. Turned out he ran the joint. He came to the bar and started conversation. A shot blasted out. I turned to see an imperial not far away. This had been an ambush. The blast should have killed me at point blank range- good thing I had beskar. I pulled out her blasters, shooting both the imperial as she ran and the informant. Searching the imp scum, I found a data chip. Turns out that doshing informant got her the intel she needed. We were going to find Pyerce- at least I hoped. -
Well, my build is Mk2, though it could be the in-universe Mk2! Last year I designed this, but I was never happy with the size. I've finally scaled it down AND built it. It's a little tall! I still need to build a stand, or hang it, I couldn't tell where the centre of gravity would end up. :P The livery is based on Maul's half of Death Watch, with matching pilot. https://imgur.com/t40hfh9 https://imgur.com/ug5QL21 Here's a shot of the engines. This is my entry for the Future of Star Wars Contest in the small category. After spending a year recovering from his stay in the Sarlacc, Boba Fett is back and better than ever. Having heard that Han Solo has traveled to Mandalore to broker a deal for some Beskar to aid the Rebellion's war effort, Fett returns to his cultural homeland to resume the chase; only this time it's personal. At this point, Boba Fett has found the contact that Han is supposed to be meeting... "Fett? I thought you were dead!" "Rumours of my death were greatly exaggerated. Now where's Solo?" Meanwhile... "Hey Chewie, I wonder where our contact is?" "Hurghnnn..." "Yeah, I've got a bad feeling about this too." About the build: This is meant as a back alleyway behind the Oyu'baat pub in Keldabe, with the Kelita river going by. It's based on Karen Traviss's depiction of Mandalore rather than that of the Clone Wars TV series, I believe a grittier less metropolitan Mandalore better suits the people. I figure that if the TV series can throw EU continuity under the bus, the new movies can take precedence over the Clone Wars and restore the EU version of Mandalore. ;) Also, with the prize being offered in the vignette category, a Mandalorian MOC should have some advantage...
