Hello ! I developped a mobile application for android called BRICK collector (based on brickset). ★ BRICK collector, final nominee and honorable mention to the Best Entertainment App awards 2013 ★ It includes a lot of features : custom search, browsing and managing sets and minifgures collection, downloading instructions guide, barcode scanning and so on. Here is the link on the google play page. You can find some informations and demos on the official site. If you have any difficulties, questions or ideas for the app just send me an email or post in this topic .

Hello guys The main reason I like lego is because it is nice to use as decoration, so l've got some lego sets on shelves, but the rest is just sitting in containers and I'm thinking of selling these parts. How would be the best way for me to sell these parts? The most parts are from sets which might not be complete (I used a couple of pieces for my bricklink lego star wars UCS Star destroyer and death star). How would you go about doing this? Thanks for all the ideas, and sorry if this is not the appropriate forum, but I don't know where else to post this.

I have been buying Lego for 14 months. Yesterday I finished an moc that for the first time that I didn't need to order any additional parts to complete. Now the thought has crept into my mind that now I have "enough" Lego. I am not saying I have enough to build a massive space ship for Shiptember for example but I have a good selection of parts and plenty of mini figs. Conceivably I could use my existing collection to build lots of mocs. However out of habit I am still checking prices online. I want (need) more colours, duplicate minifigs, more printed tiles. So my question is is there a point when you have enough Lego? Or do I need to check into a Lego detox clinic?

Experienced collectors best way to build up colours?
PaddyBricksplitter posted a topic in General LEGO Discussion
Hi all I've been looking through my collection and lamenting the lack of coloured pieces. I'm sure most new guys get to this point. My collection is around 8 months old or so and I seem to have more whites greys and blacks and very few colours like tan, dark red and the primary colours. For example I have more grey and black brackets than I'll ever need. My queries are as follows. What is the best way to build up more interesting colours? Should I concentrate on one colour and seek out as many sets as I can in that colour? What advice would experienced collectors give regarding how they built up their colour resources?
