As I seem to have entered a cute period of building, I decided to make a niffler from the "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them" movie. He's a chubby little guy just looking to steal some of your shinies... So guys, in just2good's newest Catalogue Revisit video, at about 4:08, he mentioned while revisiting the Harry Potter pages that "these were the last wave of sets from the theme...until the ones being released later this year. Did I say that out loud?" Yes, he did! So, I say it's officially unofficially confirmed! He did say "sets" and not "Dimensions packs" or anything of the like. He, said, "sets." So, I know I'm excited! What about you guys? What are your hopes for the "return" of the theme later this year? I persoanlly expect a reveal at SDCC, but we can probably expect some tidbits from our trusty members with sources. Here's a link to the video: Edit: Mods, if you would, please add an "n" to the end of "Discussio." Thanks, typo.
I think LEGO HP might someday make a (second) revival. Apparently J. K. Rowling is writing the screenplay for a new series of Potter spin-off movies, the first of which will begin production at an undisclosed (or undetermined) time. Although this will not quite be HP as we know it, I'm guessing the "universe" will feel very similar. It's still made by Warner Bros., so does anyone think we'll see LEGO HP come back in the near (or far) future? http://www.bbc.co.uk...t-arts-24067557 I would personally love to see Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes to complement my Diagon Alley, but I think releasing a set like that alongside: "Fantastic Beasts" might be a step backward for WB. What do you think this new series could mean for LEGO HP?
