One of the best ways to navigate the core worlds of the Galactic Empire is as an Imperial officer. Even when his quarry is detained, government credentials provide great cover for moving prisoners through a crowd, and these subjects know the price of questioning the Empire. Monument to Major Tom by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr This Twi'lek took the Clawdite bounty hunter for a run through one of Corellia's famed urban parks, but was caught just behind the statue to Corellian hero Maj Ortom, the renowned spaceman and intergalactic explorer. Monument to Major Tom by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr Now for a quick trip through customs and this runaway will be back to her betters aboard the Merchant One.

"Vedauwoo joins the Alliance" (early days) 1 -> "Some New Equipment..." 2 -> "Koga che pankpa - Panksta Hunto" 3 -> "HV-37 test flight" 4 -> "Destination: Suprosa" ===================================================== [begin Transmission] [Type - Alliance Mission Log] [security - High] [Report from: Vedauwoo (Pilot) {VK-23}] [Location: Hangar Besh-4, Doaba Guerfel, Corellia] {{{{........e on Corellia, at Doaba Guerfel Starport, to pick up the VK-23 Freighthopper for the upcoming mission....command has been very "hush-hush" on the details...as a matter of fact, we don't even have "official" orders to commandeer the craft. With no official orders, we have no authorization to open the hangar doors, so we have to make our way to the central egress control to slice in the codes.... Only one problem....this being Corellia, we are side to side with several Hangars in use by the Imperials. There is heavy security, so we are making our way along a catwalk, out of sight of the surveillance instruments... Norven kept watch over the hanger while we slipped past.... While I waited for the squad to pass, I couldn't help but notice what was going on in the hangar below.... They were fueling some sort of generator or probe...... Whatever it was, it must've been important. There was a whole squad of Stormtroopers on duty... ....and I overheard one of the Captains disarming his superior for safety.... There was another trooper that brought in some sort of data module.... I got the last of the pilots through as they finished up the fueling.... Considering the firepower in there, I was glad we were on our way.... ================================== Thanks for visiting!

I was made quite quickly because some stupid Imp lover wanted to start a "discussion" about why it was so bad that we drove them away. That discussion did not end well and soon I had a bunch of Stormtroopers going after me, the guy I pissed off had some high placed friends, I need to get back to him at some point, he might know more. Anyway I started running through the streets and while I could send out a distress signal, I couldn't shake the Troopers. Untill I found a Speeder Bike. Engine still running. I had to take the chance. I will repay the owner at a later time. I lost the Imps and went on to the rendezvouz point, hoping someone had received the signal. I would like to have this judged by the way.

Hello... After some time away from LEGO... I created something I had designed a long time ago in paper using digital bricks. This is a concept I used for a script i sent to darkhorse when the LEGACY comics were out. In that script the Corellian armada had become one of the most powerful fleets in the galaxy and had incorporated in their cruisers, technology from the lost galaxy gun... SO those big guns you see on each side are supposed to shoot hyperspace energy shells, turning the ship into a deadlier vessel than the death star :D Of course, that is only a tale I made up. But I would really like to see one such ship in the new STAR WARS movies. Even if it is not a cruiser it can be adapted to become a ship for a crew of three or four :D That's how many minifigs fit inside :D Hope you like it and let me know your thoughts. Cheers

This is the next chapter of Wick Nole's story. Introduction. [soNE Freebuild] The Story Begins Chapter 1. [soNE Freebuild] A Fine Delivery Chapter 2. [soNE Freebuild] Unexpected Arrival -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Some moments after escaping the Imperial patrol... The smugglers (at least this is the only thing about them Wick was sure of) were preparing for the hyperspace jump, and Wick suddenly thought that they may not return to Corellia for some time. In such case there was a thing he would very much like to do. - "Before we leave this place..." - "What?!?!" - "There is one place, not far from here, that I believe is worth visiting. You may even find it "interesting" in case you decide to continue your business here someday." - "I'll pay you good money if you get me there." -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- The ship landed on a plateau near the place Wick had chosen. As the team walked out, Wick had taken the ancient-looking key and suddenly the small door opened in the ground - the key seemed to be both a guiding beacon and a remote control from the place and the door. The place was an old cave converted to vault. The Nole family had used it for many years, and Wick had continued this tradition. As others were preparing to transport Wick's possessions to the ship, Wick was briefly telling the story of this place and the oddly-shaped key to the captain and remembering some details about the days long gone. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- As the ship was finally leaving Corellia, Wick remembered the first time his dad showed him the cave and had given him his own copy of the key. All these years ago he could not have thought that one day this would be the only place to safely store most of his assets as his main house in the city was emptied or destroyed by the Empire (or would be in the nearest future). -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- As I would also like to show some additional details about these two scenes, some additional WIP pictures are to be added later in the separate comment.

This is the next chapter of Wick Nole's story. Introduction. [soNE Freebuild] The Story Begins Chapter 1. [soNE Freebuild] A Fine Delivery -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- After the cargo had been unloaded and transported inside the cave, the group followed. In the next minutes the remaining boxes were also removed and the only thing left on the platform was the small transport craft. As the platform was emptied, the hidden rock walls opened on the nearby cliff. The place was not as empty and deserted as Wick had thought. The corridors and caverns were not so long as Wick expected. The group soon reached one of the inner doors. - "That's it. We are not allowed to bring you any further now. But it is pretty safe here to talk." - "Safe?! Talk?! Where are you going with that? This is a simple "get cargo, get paid and get off" type of a deal. Unless you want something delivered somewhere, I'd very much like to move to "get paid" part of our previous deal." - "You'll get your payment. Soon." - "But beforehand we'd like to hear the story about those TIEs you brought with." - "WhoA&?!? What TIEs" -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- These TIEs. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- - "Attention, Rebels! This is an Imperial patrol. Do not try to lift off. The area is secured. Do not try to escape! Any escape attempt will be punished." - "Sir! There 's only one small ship.. although can be fast. Isn't it better just to..." - "Indeed..." -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- - "Seems that these're not your friends after all. Sorry for the ship though..." - "The TIEs, the rebels, my ship!!! What the hell is happening here?!" - "You've been followed. We have to leave now. " - "If you want to stay here - you surely may. But I do not recommend, the place will be filled with imperials in a minutes. You seem to be a reckless but good pilot - otherwise you'd not take this deal in the first place, and there are people who are always in need of reckless and good pilots. Better good then reckless, you know." - "If the Empire already thinks I had been with rebels, it is impossible to convince them I'm not... Get me out of this place." -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Here goes the first... ... and the second... ... and leaving. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- I wanted to try micro-scale for this build, and it seemed a good way to continue the story. But as I thought about the presentation - only the landscape shots were not enough, so the internal scene had to be done. I would have the MOC judged.

It was one of these days when everything began as it normally does... Wick was approaching the landing pad located in the middle of the cliff. This should have been a smugglers' place - as no other kind would have picked this place far from large cities and trade routes and placed a modular platform able to support only small ships. A mining company, for example, would have chosen much bigger and sturdier platform, and the military outpost would not be interested in a services of an individual proprietor like Wick. In addition, the portable tracking and guidance station was placed on a small ledge right above the cave entrance. The cargo was, however, absolutely legal - some local food and supplies - Wick had made sure of that. There were first only a TC protocol droid and a Clatooinian tracking station operator visible upon descent, but once the engine has been stopped, three more humanoids as well as some machinery had appeared. As the usual formalities had been dealt with, and the unloading process had started, Wick was invited inside. Something was, however, very strange here... for example, the platform itself: easily visible from above and built in a hurry without even any railings installed... and these boxes, which should have been kept inside... and the desire to discuss one more business thing right here on the spot. ============================================================ Some extra pictures are on the Flickr album. I would have this MOC judged.

Wick Nole is a traveller residing on Corellia. He makes his living by providing transportation services within the system. Although there is much to do here to get a good money fot the cargo delivery, Wick tries to stay within the law now as the number of Imperial patrols had increased here in the last years. The craft is a relatively small ship with single engine and two cargo storage areas on the back. Some pictures of the craft and pilot: Remaining pictures are on the Flickr album. This is my first MOC for SoNE. I would have it judged.
