  1. Once again I dug up something from the 80s... and once again it's something related to a movie police character called "Murphy" - Frank Murphy this time, to be precise. But although this Lego version of the Blue Thunder helicopter is in minifig scale unfortunately for Frank I wasn't able to incorporate functional cockpit doors... sorry Frank, you're stuck in there for all eternity! I hope you like my take on the iconic Blue Thunder from the 1983 movie. If you like it and you're up for a bit of a challenge you can find the free instructions here & some more pics here. Thanks & may the Gods have mercy upon poor old trapped Frank's soul...
  2. Mini LEGO

Tiny tiny LEGO robot and tank

I am sorry. I can see dusts in my videos. I should have been careful. I made some stop motion animation in the head parts of the videos. I hope you enjoy them also.
  3. This is a LEGO Transformer robot which is able to change into Mini Combat Robot and Combat Helicopter. I spent much more time than the others to make the stop motion animation in this video. I wanted to take a scene of flying helicopter and I tried it actually. But I failed to many times and I had to give up. :( Anyway, my favorite part of this video is the rolling and transforming scene. Don't miss it!
  4. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, BEHOLD: The Mighty MAZ 7310 Uragan Cargo Truck, in LEGO! This massive set, which I have designed over the course of two years, stands almost ten inches tall, two feet long, and is comprised of almost 7,000 pieces. I sat at my computer for hours a day, sometimes, surfing the web, looking at blueprints, building, deleting, building some more, etc. And now, finally, I can reveal my masterpiece to the world! Bwa-ha-ha! Okay, anyway, I have designed my set for maximum playability, stuffing it full of all sorts of awesome goodies, like opening hood, doors, tailgate, and utility boxes. A removable roof, folding rear seats, free-spinning wheels (including the steering wheel), two Diesel engine options, a generator, compressor, radiator, Master Mechanic's Toolkit, fuel and water drums, 12v batteries, large cargo container, winch, wide-load flags, roof racks, warning beacon, fog lights, two sets of mirrors, lightbars, and more! (Whew! I'm out of breath!) Now, for the real machine: The MAZ 7310 (Minsk Automobile Plant, in Russian), was a large 8-wheeled Missile Transport truck built in the 1950s and 60s. Soon after, people started using them as cargo trucks, tankers, tow trucks, and airport fire trucks. Alright, that's it! Thank you all for looking at my LEGO creation! If you have any questions, comment, I'll do my best to respond ASAP. Happy building and have a great day! Update: Also, some of you may have noticed that the cab of the real vehicle is slightly longer. This is true, I had to shorten the LEGO version out of necessity, as the extra length could’ve affected my MOC’s stability and structural integrity. I suppose I could probably figure it out eventually, but I like it how it is. Thanks for understanding!
  5. Grid STUDICA F4 Carrefour is a major town in Briolui. It has an underground network and big parks. And that´s why this area is important for the COAC war efforts. This area is closed to the dockyards, where FILACE troops are trying to stand against the RON attacks. The other end of the park limits with the favelas, where PLANTASEA troops also stand against the enemy. And the underground network is important, as NEW BRICKIKA infantry move to encircle the enemy. This image depicts a T corner, with a big park in the bottom. A restaurant, “The Bistro au Parc”, in the upper right and a hardware & tools shop, “Carrefour tools and more” in the upper left complete the scenery. There is also an underground entry gate. The initial combats left the street somehow damaged: no traffic lights, the park fences and gate broken and a mailbox in the middle of the lane. Also a tree was cut… 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A lonely German shepherd with a camera on his back appears. An abandoned dog? No way! That´s an awful crime! Instead, he is searching for the enemy. The camera has a small transmitter so his handler can know what he sees. His excellent smell sense would make him sit to show the position of any explosive devices. 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The dog keeps on inspecting the area. 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The handler and another soldier appears. The area should be secure for them. 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A small section has taken the hardware & tools shop and goes to the roof. The dogs takes a rest and three soldiers will raise the alarm in case the enemy appears. The section leader gives instructions… -We must make our stronghold here. We must make sure the enemy can´t go through this area. We will fortify this building and prevent the enemy from getting to the underground network. As far as I know, the underground line here connects with the other side of the town, where our allies of Plantasea are defending in the favelas. I don´t remember the name of their unit…well, the enemy CANT ambush them from behind. We must also prevent the RON troops from ambushing New Brickika troops in the tunnel. -Sir, will we have any CAS? -Yes, the callsign is TIZONA. García and Fernández, you will inspect the restaurant and make it unusable for the enemy. Pérez and Hernández, you will see what we have in the warehouse and take advantage of what we have. The rest of us, let´s prepare for the defense… -Yes, Sir! 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr García and Fernández went to the restaurant. They entered by the door which was closer to the shop. Two lobsters were inside a cauldron, with a lot of kitchenware on the floor… -Hell, if we survive I can cook these lobsters. I went to MasterChef before entering the Army! -Haha! Good idea! 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Pérez and Hernández inspected the warehouse and the main floor. A lot of interesting stuff was left after the evacuation. -Wow, this is the bloody treasure chest! -Yes, and the warehouse has sand, empty sandbags and what we need to make obstacles! 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After working very hard, the building was fortified with sandbags, barbed wire and more. 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The underground gate was secured too. They could even build other obstacles and the dog stayed on the street and awaiting for the enemy. However, García and Fernández hadn´t left the restaurant, as it took a lot of time to secure the underground gate. 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The enemy appeared walking through the park and by the street. As instructed, the Erotema troops decided not open fire until the enemy were very close… 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 12 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 13 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the dog was the first to score. Maybe this dog is not the best friend of this man… 14 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Making his buddy to leave towards the park. 15 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The Erotema troops, maybe more accurate than a drunken Jawa, took their first target. 16 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the enemy got closer… 17 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr From the other side of the street, García and Fernández tried to ambush the enemy. The gate had to be safe from the RON troops, as they could ambush COAC troops underground (New Brickika), or go behind the COAC lines (Plantasea). 18 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The RON troops tried to return fire. 19 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And knowing the gate had to be taken to escape and ambush COAC troops inside the underground network, they tried to swarm it… 20 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the death buzz of a PICARÓN CAS aircraft, callsign TIZONA, en route to help the Plighian allies, was heared. 21 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And that plane really scored…a lot. 4 .50 machine guns give a powerful punch. Really, a very powerful punch. And the next enemy would have to face 12 125-kg bombs and 6 anti-tank missiles… The only surviving RON soldier tried to escape…running for his life. 22 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 23 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr

Phadeout: Part A1 LEGORACER1: Part A2 Faladrin: Part A3 Umbra-Manis: Part B1 Jansued: Part B2 Stash2sixx: Part C1 Johannsued: Part C2 Leonardo Da Bricki: Part C3 Mesabi: Part C4 Grid: Studica E4 All military campaigns need a hub for planning attacks, planning defenses, processing satellite data & reports, adapting to situations in real time, and maintaining communications with all members of the Alliance. The RoN just so happens to have set up a makeshift command post in a small town on the Northeast side of the lake in Grid E4. The Command Post has multiple soldiers attending to all of the data delivered via satellite, following the radio chatter, and communicating orders to all of the RoN soldiers in the theater of operations. The command post is set up in a warehouse built of brick and steel. It is located at a T intersection, across from a park and an abandoned butcher shop. A temporary landing pad has been set up for helicopters. Easy and quick access to drop supplies and soldiers. This is the small park where the anti-aircraft system has been set up to deal with threats from above. The RoN Alliance has also set up a temporary brig to house their prisoners of war. As for threats on the ground, there is a team in place patrolling the area. As you can see, a small squad attempted to overthrow the command post but they failed. Of the ten men that attacked, only 3 survived and have been jailed for the time being. Soon, the transport helo will arrive to take them to an undisclosed location for...questioning. Unfortunately, the media showed up and is hanging out, snapping pictures. As you can see, she is wearing the bright blue "DON'T SHOOT ME" color helmet! OOC: Group planning was intense, and to my team, sorry if I seemed a bit aggressive, I just wanted us to really rock this campaign! I promise, I plan to step back on the next Campaign mission, you have my word. I have used Brickarms and Minifig.cat weapons and gear. The custom black computer parts (6 of them) are from TnT MOC Supply. I have 4 HUMVEEs, all inspired by Brickmania builds. The dark green/brown camo one has been seen before. The Avenger S-A-M HUMVEE has a few modifications. The 2 pickup HUMVEEs were major modifications of the Avenger. I wanted to drop a Huey gunship on the landing pad, but as I didn't have air abilities yet, and I didn't want to distract from the main build of the Crossroads CP, I decided against it. The desert 6 color camo soldiers were designed by Lando of Brickmania, and the Woodland Camo for the Commander is from Citizen Brick, along with his head. Unfortunately, due to my fear of not getting pictures uploaded in time, I neglected to take an overview shot...which is usually the first shot I take! Oh well...I think the puzzle of where everything goes seems to be pretty easy; any questions, just let me know.

    [MOC] Ambush on the bridge

Hi all! Here is a gallery of a MOC I've realized in LDD. It's part of a concept set in a fantasy feudal Japan, a setting I played with table-top RPGs some years ago. This is the first of a series, and my first project submitted for LEGO Ideas. A small gallery (more can be found at the LEGO Ideas page).
  9. [When last we saw Olin and his trusty hose Sigrd, they were trekking sadly through endless snow, dragging their anvil behind them.] At one point, Olin was convinced that there was nothing but snow and ice, and there would never be green again. He and Sigrd the horse had walked in silence for days, hoping to find a village, a trade caravan - even a goat path would have sufficed, as it might have pointed them in a direction. And then... suddenly... a river, glittering in the sun and running with pieces of ice! And a bridge! And plant life of some sort! Olin's heart soared, and he and Sigrd made quickly for the bridge over the river. They stopped at the near side of the bridge. "Sigrd" asked Olin, "why is this bridge here? Is this even, technically, a river? I am pretty sure I could jump over it." Sigrd peered at the river, and then nodded his head in agreement. The horse approached the bank and prepared to step easily across, when suddenly: "Olin the Smith!" boomed a voice across the water. The travelers looked up in shock, to see a strange old man on the other side. "Hail to you, old man!" said Olin, who was impressed by the oldster's mustache. He was also impressed by his hat, which glowed blue and had some sort of a... feather? blue flame? ... on top of it. The man also held a stick which glowed a bright blue at one end. "How do you know me?" "Never mind!" boomed the man. "I know all that I need to know, and I come to make you a trade. I know you need money to pay the dwarves. In return, I need something of you. Will you do it?" Olin was about to ask what was being asked of him, but Sigrd stomped a hoof worryingly near his foot. Sigrd was very practical, and was not about to let this chance of treasure escape by foolishly asking about conditions and trades. Olin simply nodded. "Very well!" said the old man. "It is done!" Olin looked down and saw 2 jewels at his feet, a green and a yellow. When he looked up, the old man was gone! "That was strange, yes, Sigrd? But oh well, on we go!" He approached the bridge, when suddenly... suspicious looking fellows! "Ah!" said Olin to himself. "Another bearded person! Perhaps he can explain what that old man wanted." But before he could ask, the bearded one with the worrying-looking axe shouted "Take him down! He serves the old man!" Before the smith knew what was happening, one of the three rushed onto the bridge, and came screaming at him waving a huge sword that, very obviously, had not seen the care of a good blacksmith! Olin fell back onto the bridge, dropping his hammer. This was trouble! But then: help, in the form of an angry Sigrd, who splashed into the stream river and bounded over the bridge, knocking the assailant off - and knocking him out! In the meantime, Olin scrambled off the bridge and retrieved his hammer. With all the might a confused blacksmith can muster, he swung and laid out the attacker with the mace. This second assailant floated away slowly in the cold water. At this point, the bearded gentleman - presumably the leader of the ruffians - decided he had had enough. He turned and fled, dropping his axe and a piece of parchment as he ran! Olin tried to pursue him, hammer held proudly high, but in the end he decided against it. After all, he had not eaten properly in a few days, and Sigrd would want to be getting along on their journey. Instead, he picked up the axe - the haft of the axe would serve nicely for his hammer, giving him a better grip - and he tucked the parchment away in his bad. He recognized the writing as some kind of clan runes, but he could not read them. "So many mysteries!" said Olin. Sigrd snorted, to remind Olin that the greatest mystery of all was where they might find a good meal. The two companions traveled on, following the river towards what they hoped was a town.
