Hello Chevy and Speed Champions fans, The 1957 Chevrolet is a car that was introduced by Chevrolet in September 1956 for the 1957 model year. It was available in three series models: the upscale Bel Air, the mid-range Two-Ten, and the One-Fifty. It is a popular and sought after classic car. Its image has been frequently used in toys, graphics, music, movies, and television. The '57 Chevy, as it is often known, is an auto icon. This model is based on one of my favorite Matchbox as a child. Building instructions are available on the following links: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-87788/_TLG_/57-chevy-matchbox-version It is a studless model in the new, 8 studs wide Speed Champions style, and it is an update of my earlier design, because some new parts have become available since the first release which was in 2021, therefore I was able to build a cleaner, less pixelated flame decoration. The use of stickers is minimized to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. I wanted to build the model as accurate as possible in this small scale, therefore it contains lots of details: for example the brick built flame decoration, the emblematic front bumper with the vehicle registration plate and front lights, the side view mirrors and the rearview mirror, the tiltable seats etc.. Maybe the most challenging one was the brick built number on the trunk. I tried to fill every unecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The model has space for two minifigures on the front seats. This is an Impala I made trying to recreate with Lego the one that Ice Cube drives on the music video "It Was a Good Day".This MOC had some challenges, making an articulated suspension to simulate several positions and support the height of the car.Also, the green mudguards were a pain in the megablocks to find, it was released only one part in just one set (Marvel Superheroes set).The chrome touch is made with the parts I bought from Chrome Block City.The Ice Cube's bandana, I paint in black one pirate bandana, then I draw by freehand with a Sakura pen and finally put some Tamyia clear gloss varnish. It can be built either with fixed doors, or with openable doors. I personally prefer the fixed door version (Speed Champions style) as it is more sturdy and there are no half plate thick gaps below the doors. I minimized the use of stickers to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. I wanted to build the model as accurate as possible in this small scale, therefore it contains lots of details: for example the brick built flame decoration, the emblematic front bumper with the vehicle registration plate and front lights, the side view mirrors and the rearview mirror, the tiltable seats etc.. Hello Corvette and Speed Champions fans, The Chevrolet Corvette (C3) is the third generation of the Corvette sports car that was produced from 1967 until 1982 by Chevrolet for the 1968 to 1982 model years. Engines and chassis components were mostly carried over from the previous generation, but the body and interior were new. It set new sales records with 53,807 produced for the 1979 model year. Building instructions are available on the following link: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-176144/_TLG_/corvette-c3-stingray It is a studless build in the new, 8 studs wide Speed Champions style. I wanted to create a clean model which is as accurate as possible in this small scale. I prefer the brick built solutions to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore only two vehicle registration plate stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. The model contains lots of details: for example the front bumper, the emblematic side grills, the side view mirrors, the embedded tail lights, the fuel cap etc... I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The instructions includes some modification ideas, for example front blinker and alternate side grill, see picture 6, and luggage rack, see picture 5. The model has space for two minifigures with helmets or small hairs. LEGO version of a 1963 Chevrolet Impala I choosed for dimensions that would fit in a city lay-out (so not the Joker Lowrider dimensions for example). But that means I had to make some comprimises as I wanted to avoid to end up with a block on wheels. This is my first MOC-car since my childhood. I am happy with the result :D There are some stuff I would have done different if the right bricks existed (or if I had them in my collection) Sorry if the bad background/lighting is a bit disturbing, The perfect room to take pictures is under renovation, so I had to find an alternative, which was not easy given the dark and gloomy days nowadays...

Hi! I wanted to make an El Camino a long time ago, but I don't make "normal cars", so, I think of mixing some Dragster aesthetics with the classic El Camino 72 SS look. So this was the result. It's 8 wide, room for 2 minifigs. I try to make an engine most detailed as possible in a room 4x5 studs. Sorry (not sorry) to the Lego Purists, I paint the covers on the front wheels and the back rims with Silver Chrome and then with Clear red. the rest of the chrome parts are custom parts professionally chromed by Chrome Block City. I apologize this isn't in real bricks yet, but I promise it will happen as soon as I can do it. This is a mod of the truck from the just-released 60085. I've been wanting to do a bro-tractor style truck for quite a while and gathered up tons of references to do my own design, but I felt this platform was just right to mod from. Here it is: Features include massive investment in forward-facing light apparati, sweet paint job, chromed-out front clip (to be special-ordered for the Real Thing!), janky front lift... ...False stacks in the bed (and Real Exhaust under the chassis), multiple sets of lift blocks above the rear axle, aftermarket tail lights and tailgate illumination strip... ...Retained gooseneck hitch, plus plenty of room for, uh, energy drinks... ...and an epic drop hitch that I am very proud of (and some weird green berries). I was going to create the minifig piecemeal, but I may as well just put the standard-issue Rapper minus his mic in the cockpit. (though the windsurfing print does look more appropriate than the chain) Enjoy, and stay tuned for the Real Thing as soon as I can afford to build it.

My latest creation joins my passion for the most famous sandwich in the world and the vintage architecture. Andy's stand boasts a retro modernist design, with an elegant V-shaped roof, bustling terrace and googie style signage. A large burger stands out on the roof and makes sure you don’t pass this one by. The terrace has two nice tables where customers can enjoy hamburgers and other delicacies under the umbrellas. Flower pots, electricity poles, garbage bins and other details complete the scene. Inside the stand you can find everything you need to make great hamburgers of all kinds, fries and coffee.
