  1. Mohamed Marei

    [MOC-REVAMP] Admiral Jaldamir

Admiral Jaldamir Admiral Jaldamir by Mohamed Marei, on Flickr "A noble and valiant commander whose sole purpose is to bring to justice anyone who dares to stand against the crown. Has a long-standing enmity towards criminals who fare the seas, especially Pirate Lord Dreadwind and his band of miscreants". Admiral Jaldamir by Mohamed Marei, on Flickr A reimagining of an old character I had built way back in 2015. Since the moment I lay eyes on the kanohi Iden I've always pictured it belonging to an elegant, gentlemanly-looking character. wanted to make this redcoat aesthetic work. Safe to say I managed to pull this off? I'll let you all be the judge of that!
  2. These two are among the most beloved Discworld characters - Esmerelda "Granny" Weatherwax and Gytha "Nanny" Ogg. Granny has her pointy hat full of hatpins, big iron boots and bump-starting broom. The details of the cloak are somewhat inspired by Paul Kidby's art. Nanny has her wide grin, red boots and a banjo to accompany the dreaded Hedgehog song. These two were on a WIP stage for a year or so. Not the hardest build ever, but it was somewhat challenging to capture the essence of these characters in brick. They will be displayed in Worldcon in Helsinki next week, too. More photos and talk on Cyclopic Bricks, as always.
  3. Pate-keetongu

    Dwarvish Dragonguard

These dwarven warriors wield mighty Dragonstaffs that are capable to bring down the mightiest of the enemies with one shot. This MOC was inspired by unit in open-source fantasy strategy game Battle for Wesnoth. It was also based on fiddling with this year's LUGBULK parts which included some golden sprout pieces and cheese slopes. More on Cyclopic Bricks.
