After the Inn opened, a logistic problem started as the wives of the sailors and smugglers started complaining about their husbands drinking too much. Other WAG's had way too much time as their husband was abroad for a nice game of soccer "shoot the enemy". A very popular game in the neighbouring Isla de Victoria. And as the WAG's started learning how to make their hands dirty while making new clothes for their beloved husbands, Lord Maximilian Damaximus had the brilliant idea to put some of those WAG's together in order to mass produce capes and hats... Bingo! The Shop: Not sure what this chicken is doing here... The first floor is where the magic happens. - One minor problem, the MCTC controlled the whole textile thingy in the New World... So, a joint-venture with MCTC started in Trador for exploiting the WAG's Textile Factory, the first ever and surely (hopefully) not the last!!! Here you see Lord Tomvaximus and a Weelond representative who just signed a contract @Capt Wolf - Oh, and to those who wonder how the daughter of the Three Flower Inn - barkeeper looks like, here she is: ---- Thanks for watching! I have to admit, the pictures are kinda blurry. But I fear I will not be able to take decent pictures within the next 8 days... Anyway, hope you enjoyed! Oh, a last note, there is no landscaping as that will be sth I will do in the future, when I start developping the streets of Trador. I have a plan in my mind, but as long as I don't have enough buildings, I can't start with it....

Hi all, Been looking around the MCW and I kind of found it odd that while we have a great resource on making Sails we don't have there is nothing in regards to Capes and the things much like them. So I thought I'd bring attention to it and start a topic to figure out the best kind of fabrics to use for capes and their cousins. Now I'm guessing that a real Lego cape is a Nylon Fabric seeing it holds it's form and curves around a Minifigure as opposed to draping over them flatly. But I'm no expert so anyone have a good match for them? Note: I haven't had a Lego cape in ages (Last one was from the Star Wars sets back when they still had Yellow skin so before 2000 XD) so I'm not sure if the fabric has changed in recent years. Pardon me for that.

[HELP WANTED] - Question About My Custom Cape Designs!
RoyalBrickCustoms posted a topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Hey guys, So I posted a topic in the BrickLink Forums trying to promote my store and products, and several members replied saying that my designs are "illegal" and violate TLG copyright laws. This is, and was not my intent. I created my cape designs the same way that 100s of other customizers and decal creators have done. What do you guys suggest I do. I have stated several times that these designs are completely custom. Should I contact LEGO, put in for a copyright on my designs, ect.? Let me know your thoughts. I don't want to cause any trouble. Thanks, -Brandon (RBC) EDIT: Here is the email I sent to the LEGO Group: -
Hello all, I have a question about the capes from LEGO. What are they made from? And how many colors are there? Thanks! (If this is in the wrong place, please move it to where it belongs).

What is the best way to store minifigures with their capes on? Storing in zip pouches bends and curl the capes around the figures' bodies on the sides. Keeping them open with other elements results in nicks. These are not on display and need to be stored. As of now I am removing the capes and storing them, but I would like to store them with the cape on, without dedicating too much space like individual small box for each.
