Waffles and Milk

While not much of a foodie myself, I really love the idea of building food with LEGO bricks. This is my first (official) attempt at making food with bricks! Some waffles topped with butter and berries, drizzled with some maple syrup. The poor glass of milk is out of focus. I would really love some feedback on this. Do you think the maple syrup looks okay? Should the plate be square instead of circle to avoid the jagged edges? Thanks! -
It’s been a few weeks since I last posted another edition to my food series, but this week it’s time for some delicious blueberry pancakes! I have mixed opinions about how this build turned out. I tried several different designs for the pancakes, and still didn’t come up with one that I was really pleased with. Eventually I decided to just post it anyway, and see what you all think! As always, C&C are very welcome

The first in hopefully a series of builds to come from me, centering around the subject of food. Here we have an essential part of anyone’s day: breakfast! Each of the elements of this build had their own unique challenges, but the avocado slices were definitely the trickiest to get right – aside from the photography that is! I’ll be posting a build log in the coming weeks that will go into lots more detail regarding the model’s photography setup and process. So what do you think – would this be a breakfast that you would eat? Or do have another dish that is a breakfast favorite of yours? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments!

Breakfast including juice, milk, egg, sandwich with butter and "Kalles kaviar" (Swedish speciality) and Kellogg's Sugar Smack cereals with strawberries. Partly inspired by cereal commercial videos.
