We had a little accident. Someone, who shall remain nameless, cranked up the speed on my 60051 High Speed Train, and it flew off the table and exploded on the floor, about 3 feet below.... It broke up into quite a few pieces. Well, the only real damage was a bogie plate that snapped off its pin. This was the one attached to the drive motor, I guess because it weighs more, it broke on impact.
Is this repairable? Has it happened to anyone else? I had some spares and replaced it, and the train is no worse for wear. I just want to know if I should throw out the broken part or try to fix it. Would super glue or some other product work, or is it hopeless?
