  1. Lego Baba Yaga – Custom Minifigure Friends, I was a little distracted from the Lego Dark Fantesy Direction and the skeletons of the Army of Darkness which I am currently customizing. I spent the time with pleasure to custom a Lego Baba Yaga Minifigure. This is a «hello» from the slavic mythology and folklor. In particular Baba Yaga is a very famous character of fairy tales of Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union. Unfortunately a lot of people look at this character only as to a fairy tale character. But Baba Yaga takes roots from very very deep history. Baba Yaga is mentioned in books hundreds of years ago. By fact Baba Yaga is mentioned as a ritual character in Austria and Montenegro, as well as a night spirit in Serbia, Croatia and Bulgaria I decided to custom the minifigure of Lego Baba Yaga after I saw the work of Lego Baba Yaga on the Lego Ideas Official Website. I decided to make my character not so joyful, but more realistic in terms of fantasy theme. Despite the fact that Baba Yaga is shown as negative character in many works, the study of history suggests that Baba Yaga helps a lot. The Baba Yaga custom minifigure can be twisted from all sides on my small YouTube Channel – Part 1 and Part 2. Parameters of the character are available from Trailer.
  2. Ladies and Gentlemen, Following the cookie crumbs, You have just arrived at the Baba Yaga’s house. This is not an ordinary house, but a Hut on a Chicken Leg! In the cottage you can discover whole lot of attributes of witchcraft. Starting from the Magic Ball predicting how quickly we can collect 10k votes, to the huge cauldron in which the potion „Find The Only Brick” is brewed or infamous spinning wheel with it’s deadly spindle, poisoned apple able to put into sleep even the prettiest girl of them all. The design and details are inspired by my drawing which you can find here : https://pomyslownia.pl/chatka-baby-jagi-2 If You like my biuld You can leave vote for a cookie here : https://ideas.lego.com/s/p:7ad5888e261a4185889c2333ef2e3bf2?s=m
  3. I hope it's okay to post this here. I wanted to share with you my idea for a LEGO Hidden Side subtheme or expansion. It's already been confirmed that we will be getting a second wave of LEGO Hidden Side sets in 2020. If the rumours are to be believed, these sets will again be focused on the town of Newbury and its continued hauntings. Whilst I'm looking forward to more Hidden Side sets. I am a little disappointed that LEGO aren't expanding the theme further afield. I'd love to have see Hidden Side go international and encounter ghosts and goblins and other pesky polterguiests across the globe! What if Parker and Jack went on an international field trip with the school and ended up encountering creatures and characters from different countries myths and legends? I've made two videos based on ideas for LEGO Hidden Side World Tour so far. I'd love to know what people think!
  4. Baba Yaga is asking: are you dare come to my garden? More on my flickr. Check also The Wardrobe, my Lego Ideas project.
