Hello Corvette, A-Team and Speed Champions fans, the Chevrolet Corvette C4, colloquially known as the 'Vette, is a two-door, two-passenger sports car manufactured and marketed by Chevrolet across more than 60 years of production and eight design generations. The fourth-generation was the first complete redesign of the Corvette since 1963 and it is known for its sleek look. It was produced from 1983 to 1996. This color scheme of this model is based Faceman's 1984 Corvette from "The A-Team" which is an American action-adventure television series that ran on NBC from January 1983 to March 1987 about former members of a fictitious United States Army Special Forces unit. Building instructions are available on the following links: It is a studless build in the new, 8 studs wide Speed Champions style. I wanted to create a sleek model which is as accurate as possible in this small scale. I prefer to minimize the use of stickers to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore this model include only two vehicle registration plate stickers. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. The model contains lots of details: for example the emblematic color scheme with the red and black stripes on the sides, the glass hatchback, the side-view mirrors, the tiltable seats etc.. Maybe the most challenging one was the iconic rear side with the vehicle registration plate, here there is a half stud offset. I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The model has space for two minifigures. I suggest to use small hairs. Without the seats minifigures with bigger hairs can be used too if they are leaned back. Hello Lamborghini and Speed Champions fans, The Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 is a mid-engine sportscar produced by the Italian automotive manufacturer Lamborghini. In keeping with Lamborghini tradition, the Aventador is named after a Spanish fighting bull that fought in Zaragoza, Aragón, in 1993. The Aventador is the successor for the Murciélago and was made by hand in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy. I wanted to create a clean model which is as accurate as possible in this small scale. I prefer the brick built solutions to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore only two types of stickers are used: simple black ones to cover the visible parts of the headlights in the front air intakes, and the Lamborghini logo. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. The model contains lots of details: for example the emblematic headlights, the front and side air intakes, the side view mirrors and rear details with the wide exhaust etc... Maybe the most challenging one was the hood tilt and some half stud offsets in the inside structure. I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The two trans-clear headlight parts "Slope, Inverted 45 2 x 1" (part 3665) are very rare, it never released in a set, but is available on Bricklink in some webshops. Of course they can be replaced for example by white, black, light bluish gray or dark bluish gray versions. The parts 86996 and 42446 are also rare, but the picture 7 shows an alternate side view mirror solution. It is a very low build, and can roll well only on flat surfaces. It is more of a display model then a toy for small children. The model has space for two minifigures: one with small hair or helmet in the driver's seat and one either without hair or withour leg. This chassis doesn't have any issues with leeway on steering or ground clearance. I built a prototype body for this chassis that is easily detachable. I'm not fully satisfied with the look yet, so I will have to iterate more on the body before I'll make instructions for this model. Noteworthy ist that this kind of construction should be also feasible for RC semi tractor where the motors would go where the seats are in this model. Hello Chevy and Speed Champions fans, The 1957 Chevrolet is a car that was introduced by Chevrolet in September 1956 for the 1957 model year. It was available in three series models: the upscale Bel Air, the mid-range Two-Ten, and the One-Fifty. It is a popular and sought after classic car. Its image has been frequently used in toys, graphics, music, movies, and television. The '57 Chevy, as it is often known, is an auto icon. This model is based on one of my favorite Matchbox as a child. It can be built either with fixed doors, or with openable doors. I personally prefer the fixed door version (Speed Champions style) as it is more sturdy and there are no half plate thick gaps below the doors. I minimized the use of stickers to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. I wanted to build the model as accurate as possible in this small scale, therefore it contains lots of details: for example the brick built flame decoration, the emblematic front bumper with the vehicle registration plate and front lights, the side view mirrors and the rearview mirror, the tiltable seats etc.. Maybe the most challenging one was the brick built number on the trunk. I tried to fill every unecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The model has space for two minifigures on the front seats. There are some space before the rear seats too, but it is enough only for a minifigure without legs. Hello Ferrari and Speed Champions fans, The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is a limited production mid-engine sports car produced by Italian automobile manufacturer Ferrari, unveiled on 20 November 2021 for the 2023 model year. The design references to 1960s race cars, it is a modernization of the 330 P4, with the body work consisting distinguished low driver's seating position, raised front and rear wheel arches, and the Targa top design. I wanted to create a sleek model which is as accurate as possible in this small scale. I prefer the brick built solutions to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore only Ferrari logo and simple light gray head lights stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. The model contains lots of details: for example the emblematic front and hood grilles, the side and rear intakes, the side view mirrors etc... Maybe the most challenging one was the brick built narrow black and red lines on the front. I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. On the pictures the red grills on the front are connected only by half studs. However, if you prefer more sturdy models, then full connection is usable too, it is a bit less accurate, but looks decent too. It is a very low build, an can roll well only on flat surfaces. The model has space for two minifigures. I suggest to use helmets, or small hairs, and the upper part of the seats have to be removed in this case. Hello Speed Champions fans, Black Arrow is a ficticious hypercar which was designed for a "Hypercar building contest" hosted by sfh_bricks on Instagram. I tried to design something really cool inspired by the cyberpunk culture. Building instructions are available on the following links: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-119144/_TLG_/black-arrow-hypercar-concept It is a studless build in the new, 8 studs wide Speed Champions style. Some rules had to be followed: only certain types of car bases, wheels, fenders and windscreen are allowed, cockpit have to be closed, fixed dimensions (wheelbase, width, and maximum length), build must fit a full minifig with helmet. I prefer the brick built solutions to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and therefore stickers are not used. My intent was to keep the build smooth and to add lots of details: for example the air intakes, the rear wing, the side view mirrors etc. . Maybe the most challenging one was the double headlight. I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. There are two versions of the front assembly : 1) the double headlight version which is a bit more extreme and 2) the simple headlight version which is more solid and sturdy. The model has space for one minifigure. I suggest to use a helmet or small hair. It was built from 1987 to 1992, with the LM and GTE race car versions continuing production until 1994 and 1996 respectively. As the successor to the 288 GTO (also engineered by Materazzi), it was designed to celebrate Ferrari's 40th anniversary and was the last Ferrari automobile personally approved by Enzo Ferrari. At the time it was Ferrari's fastest, most powerful, and most expensive car for sale. Hello Big Lebowski, Corvette and Speed Champions fans, do you remember the hilarious The Big Lebowski scene? Walter Sobchak (Dude's best friend) destroys a brand new, red Chevrolet Corvette C4 (1985) with a crowbar. This car, colloquially known as the 'Vette, is a two-door, two-passenger sports car manufactured and marketed by Chevrolet across more than 60 years of production and eight design generations. The fourth-generation was the first complete redesign of the Corvette since 1963 and it is known for its sleek look. It was produced from 1983 to 1996. An other inspiration came from one of my favorite Matchbox as a child, and that color scheme will be built soon too :). This car could be a nice addition to the set 76903 "Chevrolet Corvette C8.R Race Car and 1968 Chevrolet Corvette". A-Team color scheme is possible too :). Hello Ferrari and Speed Champions fans, Ferrari Testarossa is a legendary supercar of 1980s. It is a two-door coupé from 1986 and it is the red version of the car from the TV series Miami Vice as the used Lego windscreen is not available with white decoration. Almost 10,000 Testarossas, 512 TRs, and F512 Ms were produced, making it one of the most-produced Ferrari models, despite its high price and exotic design. Hello Knight Rider and Speed Champions fans, KITT (Knight Industries Two Thousand) from the original TV series Knight Rider is one of the most famous fictional cars. It is a modified 1982 Pontiac Trans Am which is an artificially intelligent electronic computer module in the body of a highly advanced, very mobile, robotic automobile. It is a studless build in the original, 6 studs wide Speed Champions style and fits perfectly to the new City style cars too. Building instructions are available here: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-52083/_TLG_/kitt-knight-rider/ More details: I wanted to create a sleek model which is as accurate as possible in this small scale. I minimized the use of stickers to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, and the last picture shows the car without any stickers. The model has space for one minifigure. The Michael Knight figure on the main picture is from the set 71286. One of the most challenging details was the front with the iconic red scanner bar and the rectangular white headlights. I made lots of versions and I think the actual one with some tricky build techniques is the best one. Simple black stickers were added to the side of the clear transparent elements on the sides to make visible the headlights only on the front side. The model contains lots of details: the circular fuel cap on the left side, the orange one and the red one turn signal lights on the sides, the side-view mirrors, the convertible roof, the small rear wing and the blue vehicle registration plate on the rear to which a custom sticker had been added. The steering wheel is modeled too, and three stickers are added to the dashboard to recreate some of its iconic elements. The wheels are built too and on my physical model the white circles between the wheel covers and the tires are made of a Lego rubber belt. Nearly all of them have steering, suspension, engine and gear box so these are the other features I’m trying to incorporate with a few extras of my own. 8860: Car Chassis – Chassis view (all the body work can easily be removed for a full chassis only model) 8865: Test Car – Pop up head lights, adjustable seats (sadly was no room for this feature) 8880: Super Car – 4-wheel drive and steering 8448: Super Street Sensation – Automatic doors, Convertible and modular build 8070: Super Car - motorised functions 42056: Porsche 911 GT3 RS – Sequential gear box and Orange! 42083: Bugatti Chiron – 8 speed gearbox Additionally, I have added adjustable ride height and a motorised roof Pictures of the chassis and body panels her are links to the motorised functions Suspension Roof Bonnet Lights More images https://bricksafe.com/pages/Cardboy/super-car-mrk-3 It is based loosely on the 42083 floor-plan as the gear box and shifter are nicely placed and allowed a route for the 4 wheel steering. I used jb70’s layout for the gear box (in the pimp my Bugatti thread) as I have never been good with ratios but heavily modified the casing and redesigned the gear limiter. Hello, let's start the race! It is my own hypercar concept with a minifigure. I reused some details of my earlier idea called "Hypercar concept 1", but I wanted to build this car even more dynamic. It is a studless model built from standard LEGO elements. The overall size is similar to the Speed Champions sets, but the wheels are from City sets as I wanted to keep the height to length ratio closer to the real sports cars. May I present to you, my first MOC in this forum! (And I forgot to tag this as a MOC, whoops) A large-ish scale model of a 1970's Can-Am race car. The Can-Am Series was a hugely popular north American racing series that lasted from the mid 60's to the late 70's. It featured very lightweight innovative 2-seater open top race cars weighing only around 700-800kg with large V8-V12 engines that produced up to 1500hp. Whats not so widely known is that those cars were often faster than Formula 1 cars back in the day. My creation is a fantasy version, it combines features from several popular cars from that era. About 900 bricks, designed in the LDD. I hope you like it!

[MOC] Exotik Supercar

The name of this supercar was chose for its exotic style. The front has a particular style : there is not calander. On all the car, there are aerodynamic details, like the air intake. The rear is square. It has headlights, exhausts and air intake. The interior is quite detailed, with the dashboard. The motor is placed in the centre of the car, because of the gearbox (Nathanaël Kuipers's system). The functions of this supercar are : Steering with return to the steering wheel Full independent suspension Flat 8 fake engine with 5+R gearbox Openable front and rear hood, doors The HOG is placed in front of the dashboard. The steering wheel turns with the wheels. The suspension is quite simple, but the rear was difficult to do because of the gearbox. I have put 2 shock absorbers on both side. The gearbox is very similar with the Predator's gearbox. The idea is the same, and it is almost identical because there is not an endless of possibilities to do this type of gearbox. Here, the rear hood opening : The front hood opening is quite simple, but nice. And the most complicated function of this supercar : the doors opening. I have worked 20 hours on this function and made around 10 versions ! (~100 hours for the total) -
[MOC] 2010 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe w/Mindstorms Ev3

Hey guys, I've built several Lego vehicles with MINDSTORMS® and decided to use my experiences with previous vehicles to build a real car. I was originally looking at building a Ford Escape, but the blueprint scaler measurements came out all wrong, so I turned to a Cadillac CTS-V. I'm a fan of the CTS-V, mostly because of the luxurious ride and smoking performance fused into one car. Here's a picture of the real-life vehicle: Please note beforehand that I am building a model based off the Cadillac CTS-V, but not necessarily an exact replica, partly due to less than a total of 2,000 pieces and partly because I don't have a lot of pieces of just one color I'll try to share the blueprint with measurements tomorrow, and because I am already working on a few builds at once, starting this work on spare parts will be a bit slow for a couple weeks. The original sports car design come in the box is just not my cup of tea. So I try to make one that I would like with the same components in the box. What I have below is my original design which use Ferrari FF as a reference, is not actually looks like the ff, but, it still looks good and I am happy with it. Hi there! Here's a little thing I originally intended to get done for the FABULAND Vehicle Contest here on EB, but seeing as the voting thread closed on April 17th, I'm a little late to the party... I realised quite early I wouldn't be able to finish it in time, so I didn't rush it, and I have only now been able to snap some proper pictures of it. This is the Faboo GTS, a muscle car with the classic twin white stripes. It features custom chromed wheels (from ChromeBricks) and seats a FABULAND figure without problems - in this case, the FABUfied version of my own s(t)igfig. And it's basically a scaled-up version of the type of car I normally build. I enjoyed building on a slightly different scale for a change - even if it's not very different. The doors are old - I ordered several to be sure I had a pair that wouldn't look too worn - and the black stripe along the bottom is a cutoff from an official LEGO sticker sheet. I hope you like it. Here, have some pictures! Some say his face resembles a BIONICLE mask, and that his bone structure is built from Modulex. All we know is... And remember to stop and smell the flowers. Taking me nearly two weeks, I finally got the time to find the needed parts and build this super car. I did a Mustang some time ago, and I thought I should make and complete a super sports car series (so that they can really race in my city, haha). Now, here you go! I just parked my new Porsche GT3 RS! (oops, I just found that a light is tilted in front of the restaurant!) I tried very hard to make the car profile as close to the real one as possible, and here are some photos for comparison... I think the rear part is the best, and I even keep the center red tail light! I like the mix of 4-stud and 5-stud to achieve the tail profile... I can use white for the spoiler, but I guess it is more exaggerating to have it in red. Just a little test. Now it is placed next to the Mustang, and you can see the two different styles... I tried so many different windshields but none of them looks nice since I have a 6-to-4 car profile (bottom to top). I guess I will just leave the glass issue aside, as the car profile is more important than glass problem! Time for pedal to the metal! C'mon and start drifting and dragging!
