  1. Hi again! Finally, the Base is finished. Yes, completely finished. Not a WIP anymore! These pictures are from ALEBRICK2015, a Lego fan event that took place in May 2015 in Madrid, Spain. I hope you enjoy the pictures. Feel free to ask anything you want. More pics will be published later! These are the general pictures. The base is 1.6 x 1.6 meters, 16 baseplates (yes, very big, I had to visit the physiotherapist after this event, my back suffered much of loading and carrying heavy boxes) The Base has a 180-strong staff: 109 snowtroopers, 24 shadowtroopers 12 SpecOps stormtroopers, 12 AT-ST pilots, 5 officers, 15 administrative-service staff, 1 mechanic, 1 cook, 1 medic. The buildings in the Base are the following: MULTIPURPOSE BUILDING: DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, PANTRIES, ARMORY, GYM, LAUNDRY, BAR-CINEMA (hey, a bar is something essential if you are from Spain) This post will only show the multipurpose building. -DINING ROOM This is the dining room. More than 50 seats for the staff. A very greedy snowtrooper has an extra-stuffed pizza. Fat! This one...better not to say anything. Should anybody inspect the kitchen to prevent this? -BAR-CINEMA These ones want to have a kiwi. Too much food for too few! Training with simulated weapons is a good idea. Lobster day!!! -GYM AND LAUNDRY The Imperial Navy takes care of its troops. a Gym with a sauna, jacuzzi and cold water pool is necessary to keep high the morale of our troops. State-of-the-art running machines and boxing bags Cold water pool Sauna (better without armour) Sometimes the Imperial Navy´s cheerleader team leader comes by! More fun! -LAUNDRY Keep your uniform clean or the Commander will have you clean the reactor with your tongue! -ARMORY The armory has two levels, and this is what you will find: This is the upper level. You can see extra missiles and grenade launchers. There are boxes with explosives and 6 sniper rifles. Lower level, general view. The kitchen can be seen, too. The weapons specialist having a piece of brownie! Is that serious? That container has some of the mines and detectors for the UAV. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/361379 Extra blasters, heavy cannons, and land mines. Close up on the mines and detectors for the UAV The elevator to the upper level. The "doomsday weapon". Have you watched the film Beneath the Planet of the Apes? -KITCHEN AND PANTRIES This is the kitchen. The Chef prepares ultra frosted pizzas. Are they healthy? :) The kitchen has two ultra-fast ovens and a tray cleaner. Two sinks and a small BBQ complete the equipment. This is the dry food storage. Bananas, olive oil, water, trays and more trays. Cold storage and freezer. Pizza bases, bananas, Spanish omelettes, carrot cakes and other foodstuffs. The small cupboards keep more brownies.

    MTV-7 Multi-Terrain Vehicle

Today, I present the MTV-7 Mini-Rig from the Kenner Star Wars line from the 80's. The MTV-7 Multi-Terrain Vehicle[1] was a wheeled scouting car utilized by the Imperial Army during the prime years of the Galactic Civil War. In addition to the vehicle's basic upright position, the MTV-7's large double wheels,[2] each featuring grooved surface treading,[3] extended outward from the main body to adopt a low, ground-hugging configuration.[2] Such versatility made the MTV-7 adaptable to many environments, and the vehicle was easier to deploy than the Empire's All Terrain Scout Transport walker.[3] Armed with a single rotating laser cannon, the MTV-7 held room for a single pilot in an open-air cockpit—unlike speeder bikes, the MTV-7 did not require a pilot possessed of suicidal tendencies.[3] A forward-facing, grilled headlight was positioned at the front of the vehicle.[2] This is my largest Mini-Rig. The original model had room for one Snowtrooper. I took the idea of it and made in more of a troop carrier for rough terrain. There is room for a driver, 3 troops, and 1 gunner. To get the angles on the wheels, I used click-hinges. But, I did make a smaller version of this model, one that is more in line with original. I wish there were smaller slopes, the sides of the smaller model are so flat. I like them both, even thou, the larger isn't really true to the source material. The larger has 355 pieces in it. The smaller has 130. The lxf is attached and includes both model in it. Jamie 10 - EU - Mini-Rig - MTV-7 - Multi-Terrain Vehicle.lxf
  3. The Imperial Base located in...I don´t know where...in a frozen planet in an uncharted system where the Imperial troops try to secure new energy sources and raw materials for sustaining the military effort. Although the basis of the troops are snowtroopers (109), there is a small platoon of the Special Operations Unit. This unit has many tasks, and one of them is to complement the reconaissance work of some of the drones. And these drones sometimes find a valuable prey. As soon as the location of the prey is known, a squad is send to get the pray because the Base Commander wants to arrange a BBQ. However, they don´t always arrive on time and nothing but bones is what they find. Oh! A wampa! This is rather a dangerous enemy! And the troops open fire, of course, in self defense. But a wounded wampa is a very dangerous creature, and more if it is at point blank. And the result is a stormtrooper with a leg amputated. Fortunately, the attack was reported and the evacuation APD was sent. The Base hospital was calmed. The medical officer was checking his IMPBOOK profile. The APD landed and two off-duty snowies were sent with a stretcher to help in the movement to the operating room. One of his fellows takes his leg before the injured stomtrooper gets inside. Quickly!!! The medical droid, also known as "You´d rather not meet me" is ready and starts the work. Wow! The leg is in place! It is so fast that the stormtrooper runs away. His fellow and the doctor are impressed. Have two additional pics of the Hospital. Enjoy! You can check it on mocpages, http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/393662
