I'm happy to be able to share my latest medieval MOC, Dragon Fortress Pagoda. The colour scheme draws inspiration from 7419: Dragon Fortress, while the structure is based off Ayrlego's Lotii Pagoda. I have built a similar structured Pagoda in the past but was keen to try a new colour scheme, tiled roofs, and add a little flora. [MOC] 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SL
Hass Kabal posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hello to everyone, I am here with the new Lego MOC - 1969 Mercedes-Benz 280SL. I revised a few of the original designs. Some of the important ones are that the side mirrors continue without breaking the oval line at the place where the door exits. Updating the engine as 6 cylinders. Just like the upper part of the hood looks more smoothly oval, with more smooth lines. Please do not withhold your vote on the ideas below link if you like https://ideas.lego.com/projects/91827469-0cb7-4029-98e8-14e1a01af1f4 For all photos, you can check my flickr address. https://www.flickr.com/photos/hasskabal/albums/72157713991355321 Thanks Everyone, -
This secluded shrine is one of many in a large monastery complex nestled into the Heavenly Mountains of Mitgardia. Also, if you didn't already see my post in the New Member Guide, this model is part of a giveaway. You can see the full details and more pictures of the model here. Comments and criticism welcome

This pagoda scene was created for display in the upcoming Cactus Brick display in September. This MOC won first place in the club competition for creating Ninjago related creations. It also tied for most eye catching of the creations entered into the competition. Enjoy!

The quick way to modify this into 1 enclosed building is by getting 2 of this set and just mirror half of the building but you'll end up not using too many parts. I just bought the parts I need from Bricklink. All the parts I used to enclose the building costed less than 1/5 the price of the set. However, I don't like the red ornaments on the roof so I also modified them. Overall, the additional parts needed for this modification costed around 1/4 the price of the set. Each floor has 'hole' in the middle for future light setup which I'll probably do when I'm done creating the additional foliage and landscape for this. In the meantime, here are the pictures: Front view Back view 3/4 profile view - right 3/4 profile view - left

[MOC] Spring Steam - a steampunk MOC based on Japanese culture
Dardanel posted a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
In this creation Kuma, the battle-tested samurai, has to overcome one final hurdle, before he can enjoy his favorite thing in the whole white world - hot, steaming ramen. In this MOC, the pagoda received special attention: it was made with excessive detail to match my own vision of what steampunk is, although the colors are, perhaps, a better fit for actual pagodas, than for a steampunk creation. Fun fact - the cat is actually from Japan : ) As always all comments, criticisms and suggestions are welcome! -
Built for the “Night at the Opera” category of the 2016 MOCAthalon. I’m not familiar with opera in general, but I enjoyed the opera scene from Mission Impossible, Rogue Nation and decided to base my build off of that. It was an interesting challenge to include both the stage and props, as well as some backstage area and support structure. On stage the opera continues smoothly, but danger lurks, hidden in the shadows. Will agent Ethan Hunt be able to prevent the assassination? A video showing the construction of the center pagoda, I'm working on one for the tower: There are lots more pictures on my website. Thanks for looking

[This build is for the Desert King] The Desert King supporters celebrate their victory at a temple in Qarkyr and wave the flag of the rightful ruler of Kaliphlin. Participants on both sides of the urban battle credited the Desert King's victory to the agents he inflitrated into the city. These capable saboteurs provided leadership during critical moments, and oversaw the partisan victory from the shadows and so instilled in the people a greater sense of their own triumph. And the whole moc, without figs: ----------------------------------------- Hello again! This is my WZ14 build and right at the last minute, again! I hope it is ok to update this entry in the morning with a bit more story and a couple of photos of the fighting near this temple. Due to events IRL, I only had last night and today to throw this together (and often only by candlelight, thanks to power outages caused by storms). I have more of a story in mind, but I'm so tired and mentally worn that it probably wouldn't make much sense at this point. Anyways, I really enjoyed this build, and it's my first pagoda. There's a few things I'd like to do with it given more time, so I'm sure you'll see some more of these Asian style buildings from me. Thanks for looking, feedback always appreciated!

Here is another entry for the CCCXII, this time I tried to build something a little bit different. Maybe I got the time to build some more entries this year, hope you enjoy. The Japanese have been cultivating rice since thousands of years. In the medieval age they began to build terraces at the northern mountains of Honshū, to take advantage of these surfaces' agricultural potential. Thanks a lot for your C&C
