I found it a bit odd that no one had started a topic for this movie yet, so I decided I would make one! I'm really excited for this movie! I've never really read comics that much, but I've always been a fan of comic book movies, and Superman is probably my favourite superhero from theDC universe. I really feel like the casting for this film is perfect, except for Amy Adams as Lois Lane. Also, Hans Zimmer is doing the music, which I can't wait for! Anyway, let the discussing begin!

[MOC] Minifigure-scale Steppenwolf from Zack Snyder's Justice League
JekPorkchops posted a topic in LEGO Licensed
I hereby present a Stud.io MOC recreating the updated look for Steppenwolf in Zack Snyder's Justice League: It is supposed to replace the build from https://brickset.com/sets/76087-1/Flying-Fox-Batmobile-Airlift-Attack which was based on the theatrical cut. It still uses the old Steppenwolf head (photoshopped in) but even though the details of that head piece are accurate to the theatrical version, proportionally it matches the 2021 version quite well. It's also the only Lego Steppenwolf head in existence anyway. For the skin color I used white like the head piece. Unfortunately the 1x2 plate with three teeth does not exist in LBG or silver. The small model also has some waist articulation through the use of a Mixels joint and it uses the same build as the official Lego set for the axe, as that did not change in the film. Though here I've added a bit of the energy emanating from it to create a bit more visual interest as the color scheme of the figure is more monochrome. I may make some renders where he's posed. Please share your thoughts and criticisms in the comments :)-

After seeing the official build for Legos' Steppenwolf, I was dissappointed by the build and impressed by the mold. I've only shown pictures of my MOC to friends, and am posting it here for the first time. I wanted to have a build that didn't sacrifice articulation, but still looked acceptable. Let me know what you think! Thanks, Josh

Since this is becoming a whole series, I thought it's time for a general discussion topic. You can watch the trailer for the latest Justice League movie "Cosmic Clash" here: http://nerdist.com/e...e-cosmic-clash/ And here is an image of the DVD/BluRay combo pack that comes with the Cosmic Boy minifigure fittingly. According to the Brick Fan, It will be available on March 1 while the Digital HD version will be available on February 9. LEGO DC Comics Superheroes – Justice League: Cosmic Clash by Allen Tran, on Flickr The trailer doesn't look that exciting. Brainiac seems annoying and this feels like a retreat of the Lego Batman 3 plot, just with the Legion of Superheroes added in. On the other hand, I enjoyed the Legion of Superheroes cartoon back in the day and I really liked the last Lego Justice League movie, "Attack of the Legion of Doom", so I hope that they will be able to surprise me again and that the movie will be much better than the trailer makes it out to be. And yes, I believe in Batman too. What are your thoughts on this and the other Lego DC movies?

Hi everyone, I just finished my next build. Batman is luring the Parademons away from the Mother Boxes. The Justice League can take on Steppenwolf to stop him from terraforming the planet. For more pictures, look into my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are welcome. Sander

I've been working on this for a long time. I really wanted to test my limits, and used a lot more green screen and tracking shots than I normally do. I hope you like the end product!

Full post here Who has the coolest gadgets? BATMAN!! Who has the tricked-out ride? BATMAN!! Well, like him or hate him, you gotta admit the Batmobile is pretty darn cool. Especially in Justice League, with all the extra guns slapped on top. I thought the JL Batmobile looked rather awesome, but when pics of the Flying Fox set came out, I wasn’t thrilled by LEGO’s official version. But this is LEGO, so I modded the 76045 Kryptonite Interception set and added the extra guns! Check it out! BEFORE AFTER You can see I added the cannon above the cockpit, the guns on either side, as well as the main cannons in front. Some of the reference images clashed so this was the best I could do. Thanks for looking! Let me know your thoughts in a comment below!

Hello People :) After all this time I’m back with a new creation . The reason you haven’t seen anything for so long is because I went through a process of rethinking the way I build . I used to mainly recreate models from Star Wars or DC comics , with a sole purpose of making the MOC look as accurate to the original as possible , sacrificing stability , playability and overall good structure most of the time . I was no longer satisfied with that . From now on my goals are to build MOCs that both look good , and also are fun , playable , contain smart play features and generally function well as toys. The first result of this “new style” is what you see below : my own original Batmobile. While it draws inspiration from a couple of Batmobiles ( mainly Arkham Knight’s and BvS’s) it is my own spin on the classic vehicle , the Predator . It’s packed with action features : a stud shooter turret , a “hook” style spring-loaded shooter, opening trunk with all the gear you’ll need ( batarangs , a new remote batarang made from some old knight helmet feathers , extra ammo and a line launcher ) and the ability to transform between two modes , one ideal for battles and one built for speed. Also, the turret can be swapped out for a winch , which can be attached to the front spring loaded shooter and then shot - you can catch enemies’ vehicles , bring down walls , shoot it towards a roof and then climb , the possibilities are endless. I have also built a display MOC for my Batmobile - which is the first segment of what will eventually become a full Batcave . It has working lights and spins slowly - as a car turntable should. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this . Do you like this new style of building ? Do you like the look of the car ? What about the functions ? Do you want to see a full Batcave ? Your comments are very important to me :)

Should or will DC Suicide Squad and the Justice League join Lego Dimen
toyforbob posted a topic in LEGO Licensed
Should or will DC's Suicide Squad and the Justice League join Lego Dimensions next? It seems like a natural fit since Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, the Joker, and Harley Quinn are already in Lego Dimensions. What about Suicide Squad? A bunch of Oddballs wrecking chaos in Lego- that's a riot waiting to happen! Here's a video detailing their strengths/attributes and weaknesses- http://bit.ly/dc-jla-ss Cheers! BoB-

Lego Batman 3 teased a DC and Marvel crossover game. If Lego does eventually make this game what would you want it to be about. I would say maybe Darkside and Thanos team up? Share you'r thoughts.

It had started out as a normal day for Green Arrow. He had received a tip about people experiencing weird hallucinations near a little used pier of Star City. Figuring The Count was up to no good again, he went to investigate. He started rummaging through some of the crates near an old warehouse and discovered vials full of a strange liquid. He dialed up Barry and said "Hey, can you meet me in Star City? I think one of Batman's problems is extending his reach and I need a second opinion before bothering him. You know how he is." Before Green Arrow had finished hanging up The Flash had already zoomed up. He rapidly said, "Yep, looks like fear toxin, definitely Scarecrow, I'll go round up the rest of the League." Before Green Arrow had a chance to protest, saying that they could handle it by themselves, The Flash had already left. Arrow's next call was to Batman. "Hey," began Green Arrow, "One of your Gotham City freaks has wandered away from home and is trying to pull something in Star City." "I know," came the dark reply over the phone, "I've been tracking him. I'll be there shortly." This time, it wasn't before he hung up, but shortly after that the 2nd superhero to join him that night showed up on the pier. Batman glided in from the shadows and landed next to Green Arrow. "This is what we've found so far" Green Arrow said. Batman picked up one of the vials and looked at it closely. "This isn't Scarecrow's normal toxin," he said. All of a sudden Green Arrow heard a small gasp from Batman and turned to see Scarecrow plunging a syringe needle into Batman's neck. "That's because it's a new recipe" began the Scarecrow, "designed specifically for you Batman. Are you ready to embrace your fears?" "What are you up to this time Scarecrow?" demanded Batman as he staggered away from the crate a little. "Just getting you ready for your new ring" Scarecrow cackled. Green Arrow say a small yellow object fly through the air and attach itself to Batman's hand. Batman changed before his eyes as the yellow ring took hold and Sinestro's power began to take control. The rest of the Justice League was just beginning to arrive. But would they be able to stop a Batman driven by fear and powered with a yellow ring? Green Lantern shouted, "Quick! Scarecrow's toxin has made Batman's fears the driving force in his body. It's attracted one of Sinestro's Corps yellow rings. If we don't hurry, Batman will be a slave to Sinestro!"

The title of the thread is borrowed from the final minutes of Batman Begins between Alfred and Bruce. A lot of my progress on my build has been recorded in another thread found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86363&st=25#entry1995899, but that thread has laid dormant for almost a year now and rather than resurface it, I felt as if there was enough work done to warrant a new thread. If you haven't seen it, check it out. It'll bring you up to speed. So where I left off was a cave that sits on a 4 foot by 4 foot base and I was quickly running out of room to add bigger and better features, so I tore down the southeast wall coincidentally, added an extra table, some more wood for support and bought three more 48x48 baseplates to get things under way. And then it sat... For months... Untouched by human hands... It looked like this until mid-June... I added in an aqua duct, mainly to support and brace the other and inner walls. I briefly covered this in my other thread... But I hated it. It was functional but not aesthetic and even using Lego physics, I couldn't even begin to justify its existence... So I tore it down and started over and came up with this design. My plans are to tile the sides and the center of the 8x8 grille plates, but I'm waiting on a ton of BL orders to come in and unfortunately, they're all in there. As you can see in the bottom left of that photo, I added a new platform. I was inspired by one of the comics where the cave features a similarly tiered structure, so I went for it. There are going to be three tiers total, with columns supporting each level, eventually. I'm trying to design a stairwell that will reach each tier, that's structurally sound and visibly appealing but I'm not quite there yet. I've got a few ideas up my sleeve, if anybody has any feedback or ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it! I had enough plates in my inventory to completely finish off the second tier to the structure. After a lot of back and forth, I picked up Man-Bat Attack #76011, I liked the helicopter a lot more than my original 2006 model but wasn't entirely sold on the new Nightwing but decided to grab it anyway, so I needed to add in a landing pad somewhere. So I finished off my columns, spanned the gap and added a pad on the top. I think the best feature that I've added so far is something that's not as mainstream with Batman and the Batcave but still an important part of the mythos none the less, access the the subway system of Gotham City, so I built a subway tunnel. The tunnel serves two purposes, one being it looks pretty cool if you ask me. The second is when I was laying out the expansion, to match my existing footprints, things weren't lining up 100% because of the indentations on the cave side walls on the other half whereas this section goes straight all the way down and doesn't indent. It's going to make things look less uniform, as you'll see later on but I'll do my best to blend it in or incorporate something into it so it looks as if it belongs. The tunnel features a manual sliding transfer section, that can join two storage track sections, that will be enclosed at a later time. Storage Position #1. Storage Position 2. I have it designed so when the transfer track is completely over into the second track, the edge of the platform stops on the side buffers. I will eventually incorporate a locking pin to add another level of detail to it. I've got a few ideas with what I want to do with this area, none of which I think will actually work with the space that I have, so I'm going to come up with a happy medium but it will be vehicle storage. I wanted to house a carousel that was featured in A Long Halloween but I don't think I'm going to go down that road. When I come to a final decision with what I'm going with, I'll enclose the tunnel accordingly. It's either going to be a stand alone cave enclosure or somehow built into this open half of the cave. Also, under the PF Battery Box, I blew a section of the wall out and created an entrance way into this half of the cave. Eventually it will be tied into the rest of this expansion using a catwalk system. One final thing I'm working on at the moment is a rotating suit chamber, similar in style to the one seen in the DoJ trailer... My hope is that they will release the battle suit shown in the trailer and I will keep it housed in here. It rotates manually and I'm going to try and hide the mechanism as best as I can. I could throw a motor on it but it seems like a lot of work for a small effect. Anyway, that's it for now. A lot of it is still underway and unfinished but I wanted to get these pictures out so I could post final product images as they're taken. I don't have a desktop at home so my updates and activity on the forums aren't a daily thing. Hope you guys enjoy the work so far, I've put a lot of time into it these last couple of months. The frustrating part is having an idea, executing it, running out of parts and waiting for bricklink orders. Any questions, comments, concerns, or ideas are welcome and greatly appreciated. Enjoy, TGB

I have started collecting every single minifigures produced by Lego for superheroes theme including the old Batman/Spiderman sets and exclusive minifigures from SDCC and ToyFair, etc. I think I am at around 98% complete. I wondered if anyone has done the same and how do you display them? Any advice on getting hard-to-find minifigures?

Hi All, My LUG is having a Chibi building competition. This is the first time I've built Chibi and also the first time I've made a non-castle based MOC. I decided to build Wonder Woman's Invisible Jet. My limited trans collection made it an interesting build and to help improve the build I decided to build a hanger for it with her Justice League friends. C&C welcome. I may actually have to do some more superhero builds as this was fun.

Injustice For All From Justice League : Season 1 Episode 18 Arrested and terminally ill, Lex Luthor breaks out of prison to assemble a team of supervillains to help him destroy the Justice League. The Injustice Gang includes Ultra-Humanite, Cheetah, Copperhead, The Shade, Solomon Grundy and Star Sapphire. In their first attack, Luthor's "Injustice Gang" lures the Justice League into a trap by taken hostages at the Metropolis Federal Bank. Included in the MOC, the fight between Solomon Grundy and Superman Possessed with superhuman strength sufficient to engage Superman, Grundy put up a fairly decent fight. Next from the Injustice Gang, The Shade. Using his nightstick to manipulate darkness and shadows, he is able to both cover large area in darkness and perform offensive attacks. Perfect for making getaways during the heist. The Flash is trying to escape from the darkness. On the second floor, Luthor oversees the whole battle. Batman tries to take him down from behind. At the end, the Gang finds that the Justice League is too well-organized for them to overcome. Both sides suffer one casualty: Batman is poisoned by Copperhead's venom, while Copperhead is caught and arrested. Overall : It is one of my favorite episodes from the Justice League Animated series. Sadly at the moment there are only a few members from the League, missing Hawkgirl and Green Lantern John Stewart from this battle. As well as not too many DC villains. I hope more DC characters will be coming soon. Hope you like this MOC !!
