    Mrs Miyagi's Flowers

My 6th Modular Building! I've been very busy this last year, working on three modular MOCs. After the mammoth 32x32 Ice Cream shop, I was eager to do something smaller and simpler this time, and I ended up with a florist. I had a ton of flowers to use up and also fancied doing something with a greenhouse. Very fast and pleasant design/building experience this one; I really enjoyed working with these colours. FIRST FLOOR: Mrs Myagi's Flowers - Flowers. Dozens of 'em, all shapes and sizes. - Shelves with, well... gardening products, I guess. Shark repellant, anyone? - Till area - Greenhouse to the rear, featuring more greenery and a sink. - also to the rear, a staircase leading to Mrs Miyagi's apartment. SECOND FLOOR: APARTMENT KITCHEN / LOUNGE - Kitchen with food items (Joker lettuce, anyone?), sink, fridge, cupboards, counter, oven etc. - Lounge features TV, coffee table, and a sofa on a brightly coloured rug. THIRD FLOOR: APARTMENT BEDROOM / BATHROOM / - Main bedroom with bed, drawers, and a PC. - W/C with sink, toilet and shower. Hope you enjoy! Leave me a comment if you have any questions or comments! 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined

When this set was on Black Friday sales a few years ago a lot of people created their own modular versions of these sets. So here are mine... I decided to do a cafe, of course, and a florist instead of a bike shop. One of the alternate buildings in the instructions was something resembling a florist, so I thought I'd go another way instead of another bike shop. The first picture is both of them together. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr The next picture is of just the cafe. I really liked the dark red and black color scheme since it is not seen too often. The yellow awning really pops against those colors. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr Next is a different angle. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr And the rear. Overall pretty plain, but no one sees it. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr Next we have the flower shop. I liked the medium blue and tan contrast. The tree out front adds a bit of foliage. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr Side profile 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr And rear. This reveals the greenhouse. 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe reimagined by TheLegoDr, on Flickr Please let me know what you think. I had fun adding my own spin on this set.

[ MOC ] The Flower Box

Hi all, I would like to show you my latest creation, the Flower Box. When you hear the florist, what do you think? A shop stuffed with flowers? Since the opening of my studio Box N, they have been working on different projects and finally the first commission for them is completed. I don't explain much as my presentation board will tell you the design story behind the iconic building! MOC - Modular Florist

Hi everyone This is my first time posting one of my creations on here, its a florist with a small apartment and roof terrace. Let me know what you think Enjoy! Outside Shop Apartment Terrace Check out more pics on my photostream
  6. Hi everyone! I'd like to present my latest modular building, the "Blooming Blossoms". The building is named after the florist on the ground floor. I had a lot of fun with the florist. It's no secret that I love flowers, but this is the first time I've actually gotten around to doing florist. It feels like this one has been on my "to do" list forever! The florist has extended with a little garden room to house the exotic plants that need a little more sunlight and warmth. The first floor of the apartment has a little kitchen, eating area and comfy sofa. No TV - hence, the reading lamp behind the sofa. The upper floor has a small bed and writing desk, as well as a bathroom with old-fashioned chain flush toilet. More images on flickr! Thanks for looking. C&C welcome!

    MOC: Florist

Here is my latest modular addition... a small florist shop. At first I put the Lemonade sign up as a placeholder, but my daughter thinks it's a cute name for the florist/gift shop so I think I'm leaving it. Flowers for the shop are grown on the rooftop garden. Jack is weeding. Seems like any florist should look a little run down in the back. Of course they sell balloons and small gifts too. Small apartment on the second floor. Thanks for looking!
  8. Blossom Bunny's flower shop is the place to go to in Fabuland for fabulous flower arrangements. Downstairs in this building is the flower shop, stocked with enough flowers to make any bouquet or arrangement you desire. The two upper floors are Blossom Bunny's modest apartment, which includes a kitchen and a cosy bedroom. The backyard has a place for Blossom Bunny to park her car, a couple of flower beds, and apple tree, a comfy bench and a table. A great place to relax during her breaks and on the weekends. The shop has a big counter for wrapping up the flower arrangements and a wide selection of flowers to choose from. Blossom Bunny's kitchen was inspired by Catherine Cat's Kitchen (3646). As always, carrots are on the menu for tonight's dinner. Blossom Bunny's very cosy bedroom was a little hard to photograph, so the last photo is of her bedroom furniture instead. More photos available on flickr! I set myself the challenge of building an 'old school' Fabuland Building using no Fabuland pieces (as I don't have any). In hindsight, I wish I had at least bought one or two of the characters, not only to include in the photos, but also because I became quite fond of the theme while doing my research for this contest!

    Winter Village Florist's Shop

Do you ever get tired of the whiteness of winter? Come see some green inside the florist's shop! This entrepreneur provides flowers for every anniversary, wedding, prom, funeral, and holiday in Lego Town. The trusty delivery man sends out gifts to everyone in the town, while the roasted chestnut vendor sells his wares. Here you can see the entire layout, featuring the florist's shop, the delivery truck, and the roasted chestnut vendor. It looks like the florist has gotten in the holiday spirit with his wreath! Above the shop window, you can see the nursery where his seedlings are grown. This is where the magic happens. It looks like the man in yellow is buying mistletoe with his special someone in mind! When packages need to be delivered across town, the trusty delivery truck is always ready. With room in the back for large packages and space in the front seat for delicate parcels, the truck is ready for any delivery. What's in the package? The boy doesn't care, he just wants chestnuts. Thanks for viewing my MOC. For additional hi-res pictures, check out my Flickr gallery. I had fun building this, and C&C is welcome.
