Ok, maybe not (I don’t believe in that, nor do the Mayans, and my studies in Classical History isn’t changing my opinion). But—could it be possible—that in fact the Mayan calendar is actually a conspiracy made by the Mayans to drive the conquering Conquistadors from their homeland using fear?! (See I’m using History Channel logic there, so that makes it true!) I was unsure if was going to build for this small and doomed contest, and I would assume that if the prophecy was true, we’d never hear the winner (Clever on that—no need for prizes!). No, I was going to make a small round Earth ball and have a bunch of mushroom clouds with fighters and missiles flying over—but eh, tis harder than I thought. Then tonight came the idea for this beauty, and here we are. Good luck everyone (And hopefully not goodbye!) ~Nemo
