  1. My latest creation, hope you'll like it As Radoslaw entered the city gates, it felt like stepping through a portal to a different dimension. The relative peace was broken by the loud bustling of the city streets. The cries of merchants peddling their goods and the sounds of craftsmen hammering about, reverberated off the tall walls. Smells of smoke, horses and spices penetrated his nostrils. Radoslaw could see guards positioned along the battlements, scanning the market square for any suspicious activity. Dromos was noticeably anxious, snorting and pulling the reins, Radoslaw had to work hard to calm down his horse but was sure that it had alarmed the guards. The fast-paced clanking of metal cut through the sea of noise, as a figure appeared from the crowd. A large man covered in heavy plate armour marched menacingly towards them, firmly grasping a hefty axe in his left gauntlet. Radoslaw knew that if he got arrested, someone would surely recognize him. He closed his eyes, gathered himself and reached under for his dagger..

    Militia Mishaps

This was my 6the ntry for the Colossal Castle Contest XVI. As the title indicates, this one was for the Medieval Militia category. I’m quite satisfied with the sloping wall foundation, and how smoothly I got the angled portion to fit. The tower top style was inspired by Steven Erickson. The annual training of militia is always a trying time for Sir Renaud. While he no longer directly oversees the weapons drills it’s practically painful to watch some of the peasants try and use the blunted practice swords, throw javelins, or even fire a simple bow and arrow! Others are only too confident in their supposed combat skills. At least there haven’t been any injuries so far this year… More images available here. Good to be posting a free build again, plenty more to come
  3. My second contribution to the Kaliphlin at Work collab. It was fun creating another immersive scene, this time making use of our newly acquired dark orange and medium dark flesh tiles for the courtyard. While continuing his travels through Kaliphlin, Nym found work at a wealthy Lord’s estate tending to his gardens, in exchange for food and lodging. And of course, Nym could never say no to gardening work! He gladly accepted the position, and immediately began tending the plants – watering them, making sure the beds were completely devoid of any weeds, and harvesting fruits and vegetables when necessary. More pictures and a behind the scenes look on Brickbuilt! Comments and criticism welcome as always
  4. Hello there, sharing my latest MOC, here is a story about young master WU and his lair. It's built on 4 pieces of 48x48 baseplate. Hope you like it. Thanks!
