[WIP] Red Beryl T (Trophy Truck)

Another RC motor MOC I am working on. This time the RC motors will be configured differently - they are located in the chassis, placed in a cross configuration so that their inner outputs are lined up. There is a 2-speed remote controlled gearbox at the heart of the chassis along with the RC motors and there will be full long-travel suspension. The front suspension module is already complete, and it will be attached at an angle for positive caster. There will still be some gearing down in the rear suspended portion (e.g. with portal hubs) to ensure the model has sufficient torque. As the name might suggest, this is the third model in my Red Beryl series (not sure why I chose that name, honestly ). It'll be a typical trophy truck with either a fully red body or red with black detailing. I've always wanted to use my older-generation Technic panels from the 8436 set, sorta combining two generations of Lego Technic. Like a typical trophy truck, there will be one or two spare wheels in the back. Like my previous MOC, it will all be controlled by BuWizz. Hello everyone! I can't believe it's been 18 months since my last MOC actually finished. Well, here is the latest to join the party: Unimog U400... and no, it isn't a MOD of 8110, that one is two times bigger ? Sadly, I don't have the 8110 to shoot them side by side, but I will try to borrow it so that the "daddy&son" bonding moment can be documented Maybe I'll be good enough to even finish the video until New Year... but then again, probably not so soon, not to mention the instructions...? Unfortunately, I move in a much slower time dimension ? Features: TRUCK: • Should be around 1:16ish, scale, tires as a starting point, • Buwizz powered, • XL for drive + fake 4in line engine with fan, • servo for steering with working steering wheel, • M motor for front and rear PTO, • L motor for compressor, pneumatic attachment front and rear, • M motor for bed (activated with PF switch), on the same buwizz output as the compressor, bed can be raised in all three directions, • cabin tilt (manually, a bit poor - two orange tiles below direction light must be removed), • detailed cabin with opening doors, • live portal axles, front with “floating” differencial • 3 differentials • trailer hitch with additional PTO, CRANE • Crane outriggers and rotation over a PTO, • 3 manual pneumatic valves for operating the crane, WINCH • manual clutch to cut off the PTO, • automatic brake against unwinding, PLOUGH • pneumatic valves for raising and switching sider, GRITTER • PTO powered double auger (two salt compartments) + rotating dispenser, • manually operated stands WINTER IS COMING! Hello. When building models from Lego systems for a child tires of, switching to technic. I'll start with the last built model - a small minivan for minifigures. It was not possible to completely get rid of unnecessary colors - there are not enought details, or in others models. The car has a steering control output in the windshield, opening doors and trunk lid, a interrior from the system :) -

The vehicles of the United Nations hava a Different colour sheme in the FOENIX - Warrior Story, than we know from today. The Vehicles of the United Nations hava a Blue - White - Grey Military Camouflage colour, to sembolize the friendy Mission of the United Nations. Here is a Review of the FOENIX - Warrior Truck. This vehicle has a Brick Modular building, which allows to repair the (imagination) Motor in Front of the Truck.

Brickadia Fire & Rescue has placed this 2020 Seagrave Capitol TDQ in service at Station 37. With the construction of a new mall along with multiple apartment complexes and shopping centers in 37’s district, the apparatus committee wanted a rig that could attack a fire rapidly prior to the arrival of other companies. While other vehicles such as a single-axle quint were considered, the tractor drawn quint provided the most space for equipment, all while maintaining the high maneuverability offered by a TDA. Truck 37 is housed along with A&L 37, Patrol 37, and Reserve Engine 737. Truck 37 is the department’s second tractor drawn aerial, joining Truck 36, a 2019 Pierce Quantum 107’ Ascendant. Some new features for Truck 37 not found on other Brickadia rigs include chevrons on the bumper. Also seen here is an intake to supply the pump, Grover air horn, Federal Signal Touchmaster electronic siren, B&M Super Chief mechanical siren, Hi-Viz mini brow scene lighting, and Code 3 emergency lighting. The bumper storage holds 50 ft of 4” LDH and 200 ft of pre-connected 1.75” attack hose. Brickadia Fire & Rescue apparatus committee was assisted by LAcoFD in designing the pump module. One of the notable changes made here is the addition of speedlays under the crosslays. Attack hoses stored here are two 400 ft sections of 2.5” hose in the speedlay storage, a 300 ft section of 1.75” hose, a 300 ft section of 1.5” hose, and 100 ft of 1” booster reel. The Akron StreamMaster monitor can be used to flow large amounts of water when needed. The trailer was deigned for maximum compartment space to hold a wide variety of tools and equipment. The driver’s side stores structural equipment such as saws, forcible entry tools, and extinguishers. The rear of the apparatus is designed somewhat differently compared to other local TDAs. As this apparatus is a quint, the department wanted to have LDH storage integrated with the rear. However, loading the hose after a fire can be tedious at times. So the department worked with the manufacturer to make a way to access the hosebed from the side as opposed to simply having a tray to store the LDH. The hosebed stores 850 ft of 4” LDH. The department also worked with Code R Decals and Graphics to add all the necessary chevrons and lettering. The ladder tunnel will hold all the ground ladders, except for one 35’ extension ladder on the outside of the trailer. Another unique function I added to this rig is the functional 5th wheel. Though not apparent right away, the rear axle, as well as the rims, is actually built upside down, which required some out-of-the-box solutions to hold everything in place. But thanks to bars and clips, I’m very sure this rig can survive a 4.0 earthquake. A video showing the stability of the rig will come in the near future :) Another angle of the functional wheels. Next up (at least in my ever evolving brain) is a tilting cab with an engine inside. Yes, it’s tough to fit everything I want in 6-wide scale, but hey, if I was able to get functional compartments and turning wheels on a six-wide rig, why not add another thing… or two haha If you’ve seen my work in the past, then you know how much of a stickler I am to details. Things like the trash hook or the breathing air bottles on the ladder could have been easily missed or left out all together, but to me, they add so much to the rig! Curbside equipment includes equipment for rescue situations such as extrication equipment, struts, and rigging rope. The officer’s pump panel shows an intake as well as multiple discharges for attack hoses. The two-stage Waterous pump allows Truck 37 to supply water during high-rise incidents. With several high rise apartment complexes and office buildings in their district, it was critical to have a unit that could pump water at the appropriate pressure at any floor level. The aerial device is rated for 500 lbs at 100 ft. As you may notice, the ladder tip was also redesigned slightly to accommodate the extra scene lighting on the tip. The lime green tip was chosen to increase visibility. The NightScan Powerlite device can illuminate even the darkest scene! Lego CLASH set 001- blast-cab vs ultracycle

I’m not sure the rules about linking worldbuilder projects here but I’ll just say this is connected to mine, under the name “lego clash!” On there, and if you check that out there will be a lot more context to what this is. the blast cab, main vehicle of the villain “wrecker”, is a classic tow truck converted into a mobile weapons platform. With an armored front to ram opponents, rebar blasters on the sides of the cabin, and a dock at the back to equip wreckers newest giant weaponry packs, the blast cab is a powerful weapon in the hands of its creator. to combat him, the hero “lightfoot” creates a motorcycle that can interface with his power, turning into a bolt of energy to avoid attacks and using its own weapon to plant trackers and mini-bombs on the larger truck. so far I’ve only got a prototype done for the blast cab itself, but that should be refined within a few days and the ultracycle should be done shortly after as that one isn’t going to be a large build. Posting the wip here to give myself a bit of pressure to actually finish it. Some sketching while I designed this version of the truck. A sketch of a previous design can be seen on the worldbuilder page but isn’t included here since it has little resemblance to the model now. -

I had the idea of trying to do modular parts to create different trucks. My first goal was to do something simple and strong and I did this, but then I thought if I want something simple maybe I would have to remove the ackermam steering... it is hard to try to build simple... Anyway I got a low RC chassis with a lot of room above to use for different truck types and taking away the ackerman system it would be simplier... While I take a break of the 959´s bodywork I will try to do modular axles, lately the thing I like more of technic is optimization much more than complexity.

European 8x4 Dump Truck inspired by Scania

Hi This weekend I could finsish the 8x4 dump truck project which I started somewhen in February. It is a simple 8x4 dump truck inspired by Scania G450XT. The functions are driving, steering, dumping and automatic tail gate locking. Everthing is controlled via Powered Up. I control the model with the brickcontroller2 app. For propulsion I used 2 x PU L motors and for steering and dumping one PU L Motor. I'm really happy with the PU system. For this moc it works great and the model is powerful. At the front axle I developed a new supension system. it is inspired by leave spring systems. However, there are no leave springs since I haven't found a proper solution for LEGO. Anyhow, the suspension works great. The model is built in scale 1:16.5 and fits to my telehandler and other mocs and Technic sets (42043) -

Hey , i am Daniel ( new to the site btw) i am sure that many of you know the volvo a40g made by dgustafsson13 4 years ago , since the first time i saw his video i wanted to have mine , so few months ago i started making it. Joe's Cottage (and Joe's tow truck) Joe is a lonely guy. He lives in his tan wooden cottage somewhere in the woods. His mates are birds and chickens. He loves driving his tow truck and he always helps people who are in breakdown on their way. My latest creation was inspired by a Japanese model maker who makes little cottages and shacks in the woods. I added few NPU like the speargun as light holder, pistons on the electricity pole, Ninjago hat on the chimney and some other even on the tow truck. I tried to photograph the scene making it alive and warm, it seems to me there is a nice atmosphere due to the light sideways. Take a moment to appreciate all the small details that all add up to this rustic scene. It was very funny building this and even more catching the details to insert via period pictures spotted on the web. Hope you like it!

[MOC] Concrete Mixer Truck

Hi! It’s time for new MOC :) I’m glad to show you my Concrete Mixer Truck. The project was started almost one year ago, but I’ve finished it only now. I used KAMAZ 6540 trucks as inspiration. Dimensions: 45 x 12 x 20 cm, weight 1570 g, 2492 pieces. There are no motors here, all functions are manual: - 4x8 wheel drive with working V8 piston engine - 4x8 steering, working steering wheel in the cabin - pendular suspension on rear axles - manual drum rotation - driving wheels drum rotation - cabin lifting - opening doors - opening roof hatch - folding ladder - high detailing: mirrors, lights, spare wheel, fuel tank, exhaust, seats, chocks, additional unloading gutter There are no working unloading system here like in 42112 LEGO set. I wanted to create the drum using only Technic pieces. Hi everybody! My latest fire truck creation is this 2014 Smeal Sirius tower ladder featuring nine functional compartments! The city of Brick Mawr is a small bustling town located in the southeast portion of Los Angelego County. Brick Mawr Fire Department annually runs 5000 calls per year out of one station: Station 43, which houses one engine, this tower ladder, a paramedic squad, a McCorbrick BLS ambulance, and a battalion chief. Truck 43 is a 2014 Smeal Sirius 100’ rear-mount platform and responds first-due to all structure fires. This truck also carries a complete Holmatro extraction tools, Paratech struts and airbags. For structure fires, the rig is equipped with forcible entry tools, ventilation tools, and 167 ft of ground ladders. Lego Custom Kenworth Truck MOC (instructions)

Hi, its CrazyKreations and we proudly present the new Custom Kenworth. This is our first post, we are very excited we have made a truck and wanted to share the instructions with everyone here it is. This beauty of a model is based on the Kenworth W900 purple edition of the truck. We would like to talk about this truck's features, dimensions and weight, optional configurations, part lists and the Instructions. Features Right here we would like to list the key features of this truck. Here they are; Opening Hood Detailed exterior and interior Working V6 engine Interchangeable Front Bumper Opening Doors Working Rear Differentials Virtual Pivot Steering Working Fifth Wheel (with lock) Large Sleeper with an opening rear door RC version (Coming Soon) Dimensions and Weight This strong and durable truck is nice and detailed with a lightweight of about 922 grams. Although the weight is light the dimensions are large for this type of truck. The dimensions are; a width of 48.3 studs (38.6 centimetres), a length of 21.8 studs (17.4 centimetres) and the height is 18.6 studs (14.9 centimetres). Optional Configurations and Part List This truck as a few optional configurations to match your build threshold perfectly. All the panels straight panels have to be the same colour to make a different colour scheme. In the inventory it mentions 2 L motors and 1 M motor, I have included these motors as they are required for an RC version of this vehicle. In the instructions it includes them but you don't have to place the motors inside the model, they don't take away any of the existing functions in this vehicle. If anyone wants a detailed part list for the RC version or the manual version please send us a message. For more information or details please send a message privately to us. Building Instructions We have created detailed PDF instructions for this model, they are generated from Studio and have been tested many times (It really did) and has been edited many times for the best building experience. The instructions are in the slideshow at the very top of the page, but we have included a rough sample of a few pages of the instructions in the video. All the parts in each step are outlined for a better building experience. Please check the brick safe for more pictures and sample instructions.
