    [MOC] Aurora Hoverboard

Sometimes I wish we were still in that age of dicovery, when there were far away unknown regions to explore... When people were baffled by inventions and were up for going on a adventure of a lifetime. With a little mix of science, myth and fiction thrown in. Anyway, enjoy. Aurora; a hoverboard inspired by 'VNV Nation - Automatic'. More on my Flickr photostream.

    [MOC] JINX-168

JINX-168, a small-medium starfighter, manufactured by Javalican Fleet Engineering at Jaak-Rtaa Assembly Facility for single-hit assault missions. This single-pilot starfighter is equipped with a rapid-pulse J2G gatling cannon (optional), and an oversized single-fire BlasTech J-16 Hyperphoton Torpedo. This light J-shaped starfighter is powered by a single cryogenic power generator that is also functioned as an upgraded hyperdrive motivator. This is my submission for FBTB MOC Madness - Alphabet Fighters 2013 ROUND 1. You can visit the polling thread here: http://www.fbtb.net/...php?f=14&t=9972 Thanks all! [MOC] The Ostrich

Unlike walkers, 'The Ostrich' accelerates into battle almost running. The All-Terrain Runner 'The Ostrich' is made by resembling biostructure of the infamous fastest flightless bird. Used mainly in fast-paced ground infiltration ops, The Ostrich is stomping and trampling at 2 steps per second with the advanced-pneumatic legs, boosting its speed up to 87 mph in all-terrain conditions. This 26 feet mecha is also equipped with two ultrasonic sensors rapid lasers that can penetrate almost anything that comes in its way by 40 feet radius. Without further ado, humbly introduced to you: The Ostrich. http://www.flickr.com/photos/43799285@N00/

    [MOC] RX-02 Jackal

RX-02 Jackal by AzMiLion, on Flickr The Jackal is a R-type fighter craft, powered by twin T-Viper Engines and armed with two dual Plasma flak cannons. The additional Jackal option weapon provides a beam weaponry capability to this fearsome fighter, as well as being capable of being used as a auxilliary hyperdrive. More spaceships with the Turbo philosophy applied to them, this one is for the May R-Type month challenge on the starfighters group on flickr! As usual, feedback is appreciated.
  11. It's The End Of The World, Not The End Of The Universe by .Bricko, on Flickr On planet Earth, one survivalist colony waits to be evacuated. When the end finally came on Earth we where ready. Planet 77 had been found, reconed, manned, and finally lived on. Over the years we had been preparing for the end. We hope and pray the USS Dauntless with arrive in time to save Colony ZX-31. They are desperately trying to ration the water to make it last. It should, because of the fact its traveling at 10 warp... My last minute, (only 4 hours left folks), entry to Simon's micro SciFi contest. I had wanted to enter it earlier but my first try was horrendous. I built this like ten days ago, but it wasn't until I found the right angle for all the buildings and got some help from 4estFeller, Gabe, and Sam that I was able to get it all done. I noted a couple of things incase you are confused at the piece usage. Enjoy and God Bless! -The giant mushroom is actually a watchtower. -The chain is big strands of barb wire. -The lid over the lake is an Evaporation cover.

FAPC: Like CATs in a Maze

The War between the Rat and Cat colonies continue to escalade, even into space. Rat ships are almost impossible to navigate through and were designed specifically to be like a Maze in order to confuse and trap invading hostiles. Also not all of Rat ships are made of cheese.. Here a group of MAD CATs have boarded the Rat-infested ship, and have begun to exterminate the vermin in search for it's control room. Two Cat mechs have become stranded from their initial attack force, and have lost their way in the ship's labyrinth. With no exit in sight, the cats find nothing but more rodents who quickly try to overpower them. However when a kitty is cornered it isn't so snuggly... FAPC: The Cat

Far away in a galaxy hardly ventured into even by the most daring spacemen, there was a planet. No no knew the name of this planet but everyone knew that those who went there never came back.... The truth is, on this planet, commonly called Kultez by the nearby life forms, there lived a cat, yes a cat. Now no one knew where this cat came from or how it got there but they did know one thing.... It was telepathic and even the strongest biological alien races couldn't survive his powerful mind. As you can see many eras of spaceman have attempted to explore or possibly conquer but were enslave by the Cat and suffered to do his will. Mostly working toillessly at his gardens and mines in order to see to the one race did was not susceptible to his telepathy.... They were cyborgs, though very little remained of their biological side. They came to buy and trade for the Cat's minerals and often his food to sell to others who dared not venture here. They chose not to conquer the Cat due to knowing that he would dispose of all the slaves and thus they would have no one to mine or work for them... To clear up some things: No one knows where the Cat got the horse, perhaps it was going to be used as mean on a space ship that landed there? We can only hypothesize... The small ship isn't meant for very much space travel. It's mearly a transportation from the main ship that's waiting outside the planets atmosphere for the boss so he can discuss business with the Cat. Another thing.... Id I hadn't ran out of time I would have put some more work into the base and added an edging. MSFC: City of the future

Many thought we would have used up all of our natural resources in a few hundred years, turns out we didn't. We kept improving our cities, exploring other planets discovering other life forums, trading with those life forums. Soon we had cities with occupants of many many species living and working together. We used minerals from the Moon and other planets to power those cities. These pictures show a shall portion of one of those cities on Earth. My first Micro MOC! Additional photos, MSFC: City of the future, a set on Flickr: flickr.com/photos/76575933@N02/sets/72157632662286700/ Thanks for viewing, comments and criticism welcome. 15. After seeing last weekend the Marvel Avengers Thor movie with the children, I decided to do this micro vig of the rainbow bridge as my entry to the MFSC... End of the month is near, so it had to be a quick one According to EB's themes classification this belongs maybe under licensed, or even a bit historical / phantasy,... but a device that is used to transport people to another part of the galaxy and has a steampunk look?... sounds enough scifi to me.. Bifröst and Himinbjörg PS : For those who haven't seen the movie: here a screenshot of the thing. The bridge is actually a lot longer, but the vig has its size limitations.. reason I decided to limit it to a 8 x 15 in order to have a least an illusion of lenght.

    MSFC: The TARDIS materialises...

I'm new to building MOCs and this is my first ever mini MOC; to go along with the MSFC here. I chose one of my favourite sci-fi shows, Doctor Who - the story unfolds as follows: The TARDIS materialises over the rocky cliffs of Ganymede, where the human workers of Mining Outpost 617 are hard at work. A heavy driller trundles off over the surface of Jupiter's moon, hoping to find a rich source of ore. But what has bought the Doctor to this cold, desolate place? What waits for him under the surface of the moon? Only time will tell. Lucky for him, time is something the Doctor is only too familiar with...
