This was built as part of the InnovaLUG collab, Ye Old Merry Battleground, for Brickfair Virginia.Check out the full collab here. Given the colorscheme and landscape, I thought this would fit well in Avalonia. I enjoyed getting to use some of our new sand green parts, and small castles/manors are always fun to build. There is no interior as when building this, Nordheim was still altogether and I was short on parts and time. Sir Ruari Leanin leads some of his soldiers out on a tax collecting tour. Meanwhile, some Forestmen take advantage of his leave-taking... There are a few more pictures on brickbuilt. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome

I haven't had much time for building this year so I'm going to declare my London-style hat shop done (even though it still needs some work here and there). I'm posting it and adding it to my modular street. The first floor is hat shop. The black tiles on the sides are chalkboards for daily advertisements. I may create stickers for these in the future. Right now there is a sale on pith helmets (which are wonderfully stackable). You can't really see in this photo but the mirror piece from the detective office is built into the dresser with the clock. Upstairs is a small apartment with a bedroom loft reached by ladder. Thanks for looking! More photos can be seen on flickr.

1950's US military Army staff car - 4 wide sand green automobile
Murdoch17 posted a topic in LEGO Town
This is my LEGO military mini figure's car from the '50's. It is supposed to have a bunch of printed parts on it... please see the pictures below for a picture of them all. Also, after much editing and modifying, this car can now fit a mini-figure in it: I just tested it in Lego Digital Designer. Here we see the car with it's owner, Admiral Oswald Lyons, who happens to reside on my futuristic space base with my Imperial gray scale set 9515: "the Malevolence" inspired space ship, the Nevermore. But today he's just about town in his vintage Army car. As you can see, the car features covered rear wheels and a removable roof to place a figure inside. The rear of the car. The car is supposed to have these prints on it. I don't want to add all the links from Brick Link to this page, but you can find them all under this tab in the "sand green" color section: http://www.bricklink...=P&colorPart=48 Their are missing prints in the LDD file that are detailed i this photo. They are supposed to be placed as follows: The two sand green 1x2 bricks go on the sides where the dark tan bricks are, while the sand green 1x4 tiles go where the dark bluish gray tiles are. The car maker logo is to be placed on the trunk, while the star goes on the hood. NOTE: their are 7 pages of 50 items each on this tab, but I'm pretty sure you can find these parts by the picture above and cross referencing it with Brick Link. ALSO: Their are two parts that are double in quantity, so their picture appears twice instead of once. LDD file for the car and Oswald: http://www.moc-pages...1462053664m.lxf NOTES: I will probably will build this soon, most likely during / right after May, so watch this space for real life pictures either in mid - May or early June! -
Hi everyone! I'd like to present my latest modular building, the "Blooming Blossoms". The building is named after the florist on the ground floor. I had a lot of fun with the florist. It's no secret that I love flowers, but this is the first time I've actually gotten around to doing florist. It feels like this one has been on my "to do" list forever! The florist has extended with a little garden room to house the exotic plants that need a little more sunlight and warmth. The first floor of the apartment has a little kitchen, eating area and comfy sofa. No TV - hence, the reading lamp behind the sofa. The upper floor has a small bed and writing desk, as well as a bathroom with old-fashioned chain flush toilet. More images on flickr! Thanks for looking. C&C welcome!
