    Platform 9 and 3 quarters

The Platform 9 and 3 quarters that comes with 75955 Hogwarts Express is rather small and limited. It pales in comparison to the real King's Cross terminal. I have extended the length of the platforms, raised the bridge enough to enable most locomotives and rolling stock to pass under it (double stack intermodal and auto rack don't fit.) The pièce de résistance is the overhead covering. I know it doesn't fully capture the look of the station, but I feel that within the size constrains of my layout and budget, it gives a far better feel. With the top removed. [/url] Gandalf blocks the bridge over track nine, crying, "You shall NOT pass!" Rolling his eyes, Dumbledore sighs. "That joke gets older every time you do it." "I know, but it's my best line," protests Gandalf, allowing Dumbledore to cross.

  4. A little LEGO Digital Designer project I have been working on since the beginning of March...now rendered in Stud.io using highest settings and a very large size of 4800x3600 Odense Banegård The train station was drawn by Danish architect Heinrich Wenck and built in 1913-1914 in the city of Odense, Denmark. It was used as such until 1995. The building was later bought by the city, housing the city's music library for several years. The actual Odense Banegård My model: Scale: Minifig or approx. 1:42 Area: 3 x 8 baseplates 32 x 32 Number of parts: 23.223 The ground floor consist of 2 wings and 1 main building which all can be separated. The roof consists of six sections which can be removed, giving access to the building inside. The platform consists of multiple sections which can all be clicked together for added stability. Frontside: Facing one of the city's many old parks, Kongens Have (The Royal Garden), separated only by road (and a light rail line from 2021). Trackside: A mix of its appearances during different ages with a few modern train station equipment added as the building isn't used as such anymore...and I didn't want to fill this side completely with bicycles Rigth wing: Facing musikhuset Posten (live music venue) which was originally built as a parcel post office in the same architectual style. The two buildings are separated only by a small paved area, now a parking lot. Left wing: Facing Danhostel Odense City or what is left of the hotel when the new monstrosity Odense Banegård Center was being built in 1995 and needed the space. The main clock: The main platform doors:

    MOC: Crash Bandicoot

The Iconic video games character that marked my childhood :) This project is modular-style, based on creations that connect to each other forming a ''game level'' The current creations now are inspired from the 1st levels of Crash Bandicoot 1 and hopefully I will make more levels in the near future! I have also uploaded this project on LEGO Ideas, if you want you can support it here

    [MOC] Subway Train and Station

hello, i decided to create a subway train and the station as i feel lego is lacking a subway, the station is based on the Swedish undergrounds as they are filled with nice colours and the train is just a generic subway car which probably fits more towards a NYC sub but oh well please let me know what you think the project is also on ideas if you would like to see this https://ideas.lego.com/projects/ff56ee95-3958-4871-87f2-65aeac7e9b9c
  7. Here's my build for the second Archery phase. I continued experimenting with cross braces, and took inspiration for the tower’s gables from Brickvader. As the spring weather causes the snow to thaw, archery drills continue at the range. You can see more pictures here. C&C welcome

    Thunderbirds Mole MOC

In case you guys don't know, Thunderbirds was a 1960s era TV puppet show that later became a cartoon and then a live-action movie. This is the Mole, a drilling/rescue vehicle. Turning the back of the drill portion spins the drill. The drill itself can be rotated downwards. What do you guys think?

    MOC: 4wide snorkel ladder

Hello citizens, another 4wide MOC I've created a while back is this hydraulic platform. Many fire brigades here in Germany uses this kind of equipment instead of the regular turntable ladders and it is getting more and more common. Its flexibility especially in difficult terrain is a good reason to buy… So did the Farnheim Fire Department. This MOC features realistic arm movement, a bigger platform with a control panel, working lights and the possibility to mount a stretcher to the platform for the safe rescue of injured people from great heights. You can also expand a simple hydraulic stabilizer for a safe hold. A few details, like a small Generator, two compartments for equipment, a typical paint scheme with yellow markers and a lowered heavy-duty-cab. Enjoy! Hope you like it, even if you're more in 6w or/and 8w…. Regards, Farnheim
