  1. My recent work of TIGER I tank, over six months of hard work !
  2. When I saw this set: it looked to me like an apache or a military helicopter, I was tempted to buy one but realized that those colors would not help at the moment modding it to my taste so I downloaded the instructions and proceeded to build it with my bricks in a grey pattern (which is one of the most common color I have because I am mainly a star wars customer), in the process I made the modifications according to my brick availability and personal taste ending with this awesome little vehicle: 1 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 2 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 4 by Nom Carver, on Flickr There are some issues in this MOC like the fact that it has no wheels because it looks that in the SW universe they barely use them but it has a retractible landing gear anyway. 8 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 10 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 9 by Nom Carver, on Flickr I would like a little help with the gun pods on the wings and nose. 7 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 6 by Nom Carver, on Flickr 11 by Nom Carver, on Flickr And LEGO, the next time you try to push on us an attack vehicle, try not to paint it yellow, I mean, do racing helicopters really exist? and if they do, why would they look like a combat helicopter, what's coming next? "super fun sunday beach M1 abrams tank (in pink and purple pattern)"? C&C are welcome, and if you ask me, go ahead and try it, is quite easy to build, sturdy and looks amazing, it also fits a minifig (with proper modifications) it doesn't need of too much special bricks, I hope you liked it.

  6. While officially listed as Feuer Der Befreiung (as German is the official language of my fictional nation) Fires of Liberation takes place in the fictional Asian country of South Mirthan. The story revolves around 5 characters of varying personality, motivation etc. as there are thrown together by the nations compulsory service laws. When South Mirthan comes under attack by its Northern Neighbor, the five are thrown to the front lines. The promo image is here. The first two parts of the series are finished, with the third nearing completion. links to both are below Part 1 https://www.flickr.c...57646530131721/ Part 2 https://www.flickr.c...57647551444151/ Information about the Kingdom of South Mirthan can be found on my MOCpages here. http://www.mocpages.com/home.php/35435

    Exosuit MG 2.0

Sadly, because I increased the legs from 3L to 4L for the liftarms on the thighs, I cannot enter the Exo Suit competition. Too bad, I think this would have been a good entry. Because I cannot enter it, I am posting it here. I have seen a lot of good renditions of the suit, but to be honest, I thought people would be modding this more! Such a fun build. If the rules change, and this is later allowed to be submitted for the contest, please let me know! Thanks! I apologize for just posting my MOC pages. For some reason I cannot upload my pics. Says I have exceeded my disk space. My photos are only 50-70 kb, so I know this cannot be the case. If anyone has some suggestions or recommendations, let me know. However, pics can be founf on my MOC pages. http://mocpages.com/moc.php/396276

König Bär Main Battle Tank V2

The König Bär (King Bear) is the pride and joy of the South Mirthanese military. introduced in 1997, the König Bär proved more than a match for the North's aging M60 Pattons. armed with a 125mm main cannon with a .50 machine gun and automatic loading system, the König Bär is the mightiest tank in east Asia. its 125 mm rifled cannon is accurate at up to 500 yards, using the latest Thermal and EM imagery systems coupled with advanced IFF. The tank utilizes depleted uranium to reinforce the hull covered by a layer of chobham and ceramics. The laminate steel layer is resistant to RPGs as well.. The König Bär also has the engine placed in front, and a rear escape hatch to allow the crew to escape in the event of the tank being knocked out.

    M404 Crusader IFV

The M404 Crusader was developed in 1991, and has served the South Mirthanese army admirably. armed with a 25mm cannon that can fire both high explosive, and armor piercing rounds, The vehicle uses Laminate steel combined with heavy grade Aluminum and ceramics, making it impervious to most small arms fire. the angular shape of the hull serves to deflect IED and Landmine explosions, preventing the vehicle from being flipped over it also boasts a 6 hour NBC system to protect the occupants from chemical attacks. The m404 can carry 6 passengers and 2 crew. The M404 is designed to keep pace with, and provide support to MBT battlegroups, as well as carry infantry to the front lines. . The gunner is positioned behind the driver, he utilizes a computer interface to control the gun remotely. The driver can see through 3 cameras, 2 at the front of the hull, another in the rear above the access hatch. He also has a physical periscope in case of malfunctions.

    World War Brick

Here's a topic I thought I would put in, just 'cause. World War Brick is the largest solely military LEGO convention in the world. Supposedly it is, that might not be true, but I'll believe them. It is in its third or fourth year, I believe, now, and it gets bigger every year. It is hosted in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at Brickmania Toyworks. Apart from Brickmania, other vendors come, such as GI Brick, Brickstuff, and others. Will Chapman from Brickarms is also there. Some of the activites besides shopping are looking at Weekend Pass holders' MOCs, looking at the Greater Midwest and Twin Cities LEGO Train Club displays, see Brickmania's dioramas and other builds (Including the new-for-this-year Battle of the Black Sea (Battle of Mogadishu (Black Hawk Down) diorama), or take part in the building of this year's mosaic. Last year it was the Iwo Jima Flag Raising, which turned out to be a resounding success. This year, they are doing the Cobra King picture. I could go on and on, but I have places to be, so I'll wrap this up. Weekend passes are still available for $60.00 for the complete devoters, but for the merely curious, you can buy a public ticket both in advance (it gets you in half an hour early) or at the door. You can buy them here: http://www.brickmania.com/brands/World-War-Brick.html and here ia the website for WWB itself: http://worldwarbrick.com/ I hope this sparks some interest!

  13. Just finished a 3 day build of the Harrier II Plus radar equipped version, as used by the US Marine Corps, Italian Navy, and Spanish Navy. Features include a detailed cockpit with room for 1 minifigure and an opening sliding canopy, opening radome with radar antenna, fully functional landing gear including wingtip "pogo" gear, rotating V/STOL exhaust nozzles, positionable airbrakes, positionable inflight refueling probe, and fully poseable flight control surfaces including doublelayered flaps, ailerons, and all moving horizontal stabilators. Would love any feedback, and please check my other aircraft MOCs on Mocpages and Flickr! http://mocpages.com/moc.php/384426 AV-8B Harrier II Plus carrier based V/STOL attack/close air support/fighter aircraft
  14. I've created many of the various variants of this phamous phighter, including the RF-4 photo reconnaissance version and the NASA research YF-4E used in the Control Configured Vehicle tests equipped with canards. I've also created some of the foreign users of the Phantom, including both major British versions, along with the Japanese Mitsubishi-built EJ model, Israeli Kurnass, German F-4F ICE, and the Greek "Peace Icarus" version. I've taken care to model them including the small variations distinctive to each version or user, so as not to simply create "repaints" and make each distinctive. I would love to hear feedback, as this project was my first attempt at large scale (approx. 1:20th) highly detailed LEGO aircraft MOCs, and a lot of the lessons learned have worked their way into my other models. Features include a detailed tandem cockpit with room for 2 minifigures and dual opening canopies, opening radome with radar antenna, fully functional landing gear, positionable tail hook, positionable emergency ram air turbine generator, positionable airbrakes, and fully poseable flight control surfaces including flaperons, spoilerons, and all moving horizontal stabilizers. 15. Hello friends! I have been entertaining myself recently with LDD. I have always loved aviation and especially military planes. I have seen some beautiful large-scale builds of the famous SR-71 Blackbird but they are always so huge, and I had some ideas to make a smaller, more practical model, perhaps sacrificing detail for the sake of practicality. Anyway, I would love all your comments, criticisms, and suggestions. Don't be afraid to be harsh- I really want to know how I am doing. Thanks in advance! http://imgur.com/a/Cuyy9

    Vought F-8 Crusader

This was developed from my A-7 Corsair II MOC, but with a redesigned and lengthened forward fuselage, new vertical stabilizer, longer tailpipe, and new cockpit canopy and control panel. I have created two variants thus far, the upgraded F-8E fleet air superiority fighter and the upgraded RF-8G photo reconnaissance aircraft. Features include a detailed cockpit with room for one minifigure and an opening canopy, opeing radome with radar antenna, fully functional landing gear, opening and positionable inflight refueling probe, positionable variable incidence wing, positionable airbrakes, positionable tail hook, folding wings, and fully poseable flight control surfaces including flaps, ailerons, spoilers, and all moving horizontal stabilators. Any feedback would be appreciated! http://mocpages.com/folder.php/177326 F-8E Crusader carrier based fighter aircraft RF-8G Crusader carrier based photo reconnaissance aircraft

    Vought A-7 Corsair II

These are some of my newer MOCs, starting with the A-7A Corsair II. I've created both the single and dual seat versions, and both the US Navy and US Air Force/Air National Guard variants. This also was the basis for my F-8 Crusader MOC, ironic as the A-7 attack aircraft was derived from the F-8 fleet air superiority fighter in development reality. As usual, they are loaded with working features and as much detail as I could pack in. Grumman EA-6B Prowler

This is a major rework of my A-6 MOC, with a newly designed radome and forward fuselage with a new double tandem cockpit with separately opening canopies. Even though I started with an existing MOC, it still took several days to engineer the new forward section and get the look right. Features include dual tandem seat cockpits with room for 4 minifigures, opening dual canopies, opening radome with radar antenna, fully functioning landing gear, folding wings, positionable emergency ram air turbine generator, positionable crew boarding ladder, positionable tail hook, and fully poseable flight control surfraces including flaperons, spoilerons, wingtip airbrakes, and all moving horizontal stabilators. Grumman A-6 Intruder

<p>This was my second large scale LEGO aircraft MOC project, starting with the A-6E FLIR model. I have so far made 4 variants of this aircraft, including the original A-6A, the electronic warfare EA-6A, the airborne tanker KA-6D, and the aforementioned A-6E. They are a slightly larger scale than the F-4 MOCs, around 1:18th, and every bit as detailed with numerous functioning parts and details. Features include a dual seat cockpit with room for 2 minifigures, opening sliding canopy, opening radome with radar antenna, fully functioning landing gear, folding wings, positionable emergency ram air turbine generator, positionable crew boarding ladder, positionable tail hook, and fully poseable flight control surfraces including flaperons, spoilerons, wingtip airbrakes (A-6A, A-6E) or fuselage mounted airbrakes (EA-6A, KA-6D), and all moving horizontal stabilators. 22. Enter the Eagle at Singapore Airshow 2014! This brick F-15SG comprises more than 150 parts and took more than half a year to design. It was quite a challenge to get it true to scale at this size. I’ve added in details like the airbrake and missiles, and built the wings sideways to make them as smooth as possible. The new 1x2 slope (part 11477) worked really well here. Hope you like it. Cheers! http://www.facebook....cksbencreations http://www.flickr.com/photos/bricksben http://www.bricksben.com
