  1. This is the final version of my Imperial TIE Fighter based on original LEGO sets. I've made PDF step-by-step instructions as well. If anyone would like to build this one, instructions are available at rebrickable.com for 6,99 Euro here: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-19900/barneius/imperial-twin-ion-engine-fighter/#comments Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr Imperial TIE Fighter Lego MOC / MOD by barneius, on Flickr
  2. Hi Guys! It's already 2 months ago I made this MOC but I forget to share here with you so... I show you my MOC of the AT-DT! I let you watch the showcase video. And the quick scene I made for a LEGO Convention. Free PDF Instructions are available on Rebrickable : https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-18202/BricksFeeder/at-dt-walker/ Don't forget to mention me if you use this design. ) Let me know what you think about! See you soon!
  3. My next job took me to Mimban. Here are five old imperial mining towns, where illegal mining is still active. The target is an Iakaru, who works as a miner here. Most of the miners are addicted intoxicants, so I guess I know where to find him. I'll disguise myself as a miner and than waiting for him in the pub. In this case, the best way to make this done, is using poison. So here he is. Human - Do not touch me, dirty monkey. Twi'lek - Hesuag boba ba bouba. I'ts the perfect time to swap the cups. It's just a matter of time, that the poison kills him.
  4. (07-03-2013) I've redone the photographs with a white(ish) background. This should show the model more clearly. Hope you like! Hi all! I'm diving deeper into Star Wars starfighter obscurity with this very niche model. The Missile Boat only appeared in a handful of Star Wars games (like the extended edition Tie Fighter and X-Wing Alliance). Oddly enough, after making my Star Wing/Assault Gunboat known to the public I've gotten requests to do the Missile Boat next (more than one even). So here it is! Not a render: a real brick build ship! As always: it's buildable (duh), in minifig scale, (almost) no rare parts and no flick-fire missiles. And unlike my first MOC (the Star Wing), this one is rock solid from the get go! Seriously, it's smaller than the Star Wing, but still weighs about the same. It's very sturdy and swooshable. TL;DR: model files are at the end(ish) of the post. For those unfamiliar with the craft (which is probably 99% of you ) The Missile Boat was an advanced Imperial starfighter designed by Admiral Thrawn and built by Cygnus Spaceworks. Designed as a countermeasure against the rogue Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin and his supply of TIE Defenders, the Missile Boat was a descendant of the Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wing, also manufactured by Cygnus Spaceworks. The Missile Boat relied primarily on warheads for dogfighting and assaults, a notable difference from other Imperial starfighters, which relied more heavily on laser cannons. The Missile Boat also included an innovative propulsion feature known as the SubLight Acceleration Motor (SLAM). (source: Wookieepedia) And there you have it. Finding source material was even harder than for the Star Wing as the craft only makes its appearance in two games. To make it even more challenging, the models differ greatly between the two games. Oddly enough the X-Wing Alliance Update project also did their (rather excellent) version, which is also diffent. I've included a comparison below. What can I say? I like a challenge! These images and the fact that it's supposed to be 10m long (about 32 studs in minifig scale) was what I got to work with, so I've taken a few liberties as well. Luckily, there are a number of similarities between the craft, like the way the wings are angled, the missilepods on top, big rear engines, narrow(ish) cockpit. I've tried to use similar techniques to the Star Wing; as they are related, it should show. Here are some more views of the result. And I do apologise for my feeble photographing skills: all I had to work with were a bit of cloth, some desklamps and an old compact camera. From the front: Shot from the rear: A side view: Next to it's older brother: Lego®-vision drawing: Render of possible color variations: I'm actually rather taken with the blue one (though I build a red one as the craft in the games are all with red markings). As always, I've shared my lxf files so you can build it yourself. It's 654 pieces in total (165 unique; and that's including the mini-fig) and all can be found on bricklink in good quantities. There are a couple of things you need to mind, but I'll get to that later. Files v1.0: The model assembled v1.0 (in parts): The model broken down in main components. If you are going to build it in real bricks, I suggest you use this file as it will force LDD to generate instructions for each major component, making building easier. Building Notes As I've mentioned before: all parts should be available in good quantities. There are, unfortunately, some parts you need to mind: The Classic grey wedge 6x4; you'll need two and only the 6153a variant is available in this color (which is not in LDD; only the b-variant). There's no alternative (sorry) but the part seems to be available in good quantities. Any suggestions on how to do the nose section without this part (and dump classic grey altogether) is very much welcome. The Light Bley Brick, Modified 2 x 4 x 1 1/3 with Curved Top; it turned out to be way harder to find than I expected, but it looks good on the model. If you have trouble sourcing it, or find it too expensive, you might want to consider using only 2x1x1 1/3's instead. It might require some extra reinforcement underneat though. The Wheel 30mm D. x 13mm (13 x 24 Model Team); it's an older part (last set to feature it is C-3PO from 2001), so most likely you'll only find used ones. Do not confuse this with partno. 60208. The 2695 has a shallower rim and has rounded edges as well. You could use the 60208 (for example if you want the thrusters in dark bley) as it fits, but I personally feel that they don't look right. As with the Star Wing, I suggest that you build it in main components (grab the parts file!) and later assemble those. As always, the LDD instructions are weird and unlogical, so I suggest you spend a little time looking around the model and skipping through the instructions a couple of times just to make sure you won't have to wedge a plate inbetween two brick already there. A quick pointer while building the main hull: LDD will want you to build it in one go, but I advice you to build it in 3 seperate components. A 4-step plan below. Start with the cockpit and internal skeleton (much like the instructions) Seperately, construct the top panel To the same for the bottom panel (just follow the instructions, but don't add it on to the model) Assemble! Unpictured step: the engine part (the dark bley bits at the end) is pretty straightforward. Add it before putting the top panel on. And that should do it. Thank you for reading!

    Imperial Port

This MOC was a commissioned model builld. My client gave me the general layout, and some specific details to include, and then let me go from there. It’s 64×64 plus the two stud border, and is modular, allowing each 32×32 module to be easily removed, and also allowing for easy additions in the future. All the building’s doors/trapdoors are functional, the two cranes work, and the prison cell has a break-away wall. Total piece count, excluding figs and accessories (all the dock cargo) was 5696 parts, making it my largest MOC in the Pirate theme so far. See lots more pictures on my website: http://www.brickbuilt.org/?p=3813 Feedback welcome
  6. After one of our squads found the SG Switch and shout it down, the way to the Generator has come free. Finally we have reached the border of the base, where the force field has already been turned off. Shock Trooper - It looks like there is no friendly or enemy activity. We should find out what's going on. BN-0303 -Sir, maybe I can get some information from that console. BN-0303 -Sir, I found a bunch of classified infos, which we do not have access to. But there are some accessible ones: The the base was evacuated and all remaining units were ordered to leave the moon. Shock Trooper - In that case we need to found the way out here. BG-0329 - I think, That might help us: Switches clicking, generators starting, computers beeping. Pre-departure checks Please judge.
  7. Well, i was proud of it at the time, but i feel now that my ISD isn't sufficient enough. Numerous add ons and additions have made the model a bit unstable and the inaccuracies need to be addressed. The main issue however is the disproportional build! The bridge is too large and wide compared to the rest of the body, and it lacks the correct amount of hangers and indents in the panels. This is all a result of me following along the structure of set 6211, which focused on an interior, messing up the proportions. I talk about it in the original post: Now however i start from scratch, and you guys get to follow on and give out suggestions! It starts now with the gathering of extra parts and deconstructing the original destroyer. The plan is to make it bigger, more sturdy and more accurate. Got to gather up all available reference material for this beast... Last photo of it intact. Major sections now removed. I plan to keep the bridge the same, perhaps with some slight corrections. However the rest needs to be broken up and sorted... Now people can see the frame of the build, and the messy interior...
  8. I really like the Battlefront series since Bf and Bf2. I spent a lot of time with the 2015 version of the series and one of my favourite map in Walker-Assault game mode is SoroSuub Centroplex, which takes places on the planet Sullust. Here is it: Full MOC:
  9. We want to move down. We still haven't found the switch to shot down the force field, so all squads are searching for it on different areas. Incoming Orders: To all squad leaders. The enemy found the security switch. All troops move on to south immediately! Shock Trooper - Squad! The rebels found it and possible they have already turned off the force field. We need to hurry, they can reach the generator any time.
  10. Hey everyone So i am building a Imperial Star Destroyer, which is being documented in another topic, but i have encountered issues with the frame. I am having difficulties with its build, from aligning the panels at an angle that fits well to building a stable frame that doesn't but strain on joints due to forced connections. I have seen many great SD builds on here, and i was looking for advice and techniques to help me get this right. This is my first attempted layout. It looks fairly fine, though as i continued to make structural reinforcements and increase its length, problems arose. Also, this angle seem a bit 'shallow', and probably should be raised slightly more. Here is the frame currently. I need the middle beam, in order to help with the stand that will come out of the destroyer's hanger. There is the issue of the centre beam pushing against the cross supports, creating tension that may damage the pieces. Any help would be great, as this is an important part of the build and i can't progress until i find a stable design. Thanks!
  11. We want to move right to collect the bonus on G13 and than on D19. Our squad have find and followed a path trough pains, to cut off the road. We need to be careful, because these paths are used the native ewoks and if we meet them they could pull back us... BN-0303 - Sir, it looks like it's some kind of a raft made by the natives. Shock Trooper - Probably we could use it to crossing the Lake.
  12. We want to move right to collect the bonus on R22 and go back to Q19. Previous: We don't have much information about the status about the rebels, but our intelligencerepurted that they're near to reach the shield generator. So we're trying to move faster. Our team just reached an unexpected obstacle... TG-0222 - Sir, It looks like our intel was inaccurate. This mountain should be further. Shock Trooper - Yes, it should, but we could find a safe path to move cross. BN-0303 - Sir, I just received an incoming message: All the troops have to turn back and move back to the Generator on the easiest way. Shock Trooper - In that case, let's see the map.

    Imperial Armada Layout

Hi everyone, Not that long ago I posted my ship on Eurobricks. Now my layout is finished and just in time for Bricks am Meer this weekend. For more pictures visit my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are appreciated. Sander
  14. Inspired by Battlefront 2 and the final book in the Aftermath Trilogy, Empire's End, I decided to build a MOC of the ruins of a Star Destroyer - a motif that Jakku is famous for. Instead of just building some wreckage though, I wanted to build an Imperial camp, so I built this Outpost within the ruins, featuring a command station, lots of crates, some barricades and one of the star destroyer's battered computers that are, at the moment, being powered by a gonk droid as a stormtrooper does the boring work of searching through its files.
  15. We want to move right and up to collect the bonus on P14. Ep1 Ep2 Ep3 Ep4 Ep5 Ep6 Ep7 As the search any switch to shut down the forcefield lasts for a long time, the movements of our troops getting less week by week. Our squad, as others are getting tired and can't move forward as much as required. We are passing through forests and plains for weeks with, but it's racing with time and the enemy.
  16. Ep1 Ep2 Ep3 Ep4 Most of the Imperial troops are near the Generator, as well the rebels. Our squad just reached the sector with a little difficulty. Shock Trooper - We need to find a way bypass this lake. The good news, we can see the shield generator from here. TG-0222 - Yes finally we're so close to the objective. BN-0303 - Sir, I receive an incoming message. the enemy has reached the generator and it activated the security systems. So our troops need to find a base and switch off the force field.
  17. HMS Naval Cutter "Barracuda" of the Corrington Navy Imperial Cutter (IC) The HMS "Barracuda was built at the start of the Juniper War in 607 AE. It was crafted completely out of wood from the Juniper Province as a sign of Corrington's ownership on the land. In the terrible conflict that ensued this little ship was to be a most notable annoyance to the enemies of Corrington. It's small size and fast speed allowed the Corrington Marines to perform several blitz attacks on unsuspecting seaport towns and ships, especially when painted black for night missions. It only boasted a broadside of two 4 pounders, but what it lacked in firepower it made up for with speed. After the Juniper war it remained in service until being de-commissioned in 615 AE to make way for newer ships. It was sent to an auction in Arlinsport and was promptly bought by a local fisherman - for a fraction of it's value - to be used for fishing and hauling small amounts of cargo for extra cash. The owner was about to scrap it after he no longer needed it, but a young adventurer named Lieutenant Nathaniel Brickford saw it in the harbor and offered twice what the scrapyard was willing to pay for it. He had heard many stories about this little ship from his father and grandfather (both veterans of the Juniper war), and he hoped he could restore this forgotten icon to its former glory. (OOC) I hope you enjoyed this ship's backstory! This is my first of many ship MOCs. I decided to make a small lightly armed class 2 naval cutter. Limited only by size (per the rules and wanting to take full advantage of my free license!), I think I have made a nice starting vessel for my journey on the Brick Seas. I don't really have too much to say regarding it. It mostly speaks for itself because everything about it is visible, so here are just some additional pictures of it. Enjoy! Questions, comments, and constructive criticism are always welcome!
  18. Hello AFOL's, today, i want to show you my new awsome Moc of the Imperial Interdictor Cruiser from Star Wars Rebels. It has Parts: 5163 Lenght: 99,8cm Width: 51,4cm Height: 25,5cm Building Time: 4 Days I would be happy for feedback.
  19. For my latest MOC I decided to create the Arc Hammer, which was the large Imperial vessel featured in the Dark Forces video game way back in 1995. The Arc Hammer served as a production facility for the Dark Troopers. They were sort of a cross between droids and super soldiers. The Arc Hammer was also seen in the strategy game Empire at War. I included several images throughout the thread that I used for reference and inspiration, enjoy! MOC: Imperial/First Order AT-ST

(Sorry for poor picture quality.) Decided to finally get around to posting my MOC/MOD of the AT-ST walker, with TLJ showing off the FO version of it. I decided to have both versions present, with the original model converted simply by adding a few new parts. The MOC is based off the walker that came with the Battle of Endor set, with a almost identical head, but with the legs being built with ball joints to create a more movie accurate look. This makes the walker far more posable and flexible, however it can be difficult to set up and quite fidgety. The legs can be held in place by 'stoppers' built into the side of the legs. Original walker and the 5 parts used for FO version. Ball joint 4x4 piece with Bionical joint. More shots of the FO version:

    Lego predicts the future!

Back in 2007 (a great year for lego Star Wars in my opinion) Lego released some ads to promote the first wave of sets, which included the first ever battle packs. However, they had to put the Clone Trooper battle pack in an ad featuring OT sets, considering the Droid one was done in a different ad. To get around the difference in the eras, Lego decided in the ad to give the stormtroopers clone markings and have them ride the speeds. For a few seconds at the start you can see a Imperial Shocktrooper leading the charge: Years later EA feature shocktoopers in their Star Wars Battlefront game, and lego makes them as figures!: It's a pretty crazy coincidence that amuses me greatly, i had to share it! Here is an image of the troopers using the speeder:
  24. UPDATE : 6th October 2017 The building instructions (PDF + partslist.xls) of my ITT are finally available! The rebrickable link is not valid yet (I'll do an update for that) but you can go to my website (https://bricksfeeder.wixsite.com/bricksfeeder/starwars-1). To help me a little to continue this passion, these instructions are paying (10 euros by paypal). I'm Bricks Feeder and it's my first topic on Eurobricks! :) I show you my third version of my MOC of the ITT (Imperial Troop Transport) seen on the SW Rebels series. This MOC has the dimensions of the mining's scale with 1174 bricks. => Almost 21cm (L) x 10,5 cm (W) x 9cm (H) I'm trying to build a "cool" Interior of the cockpit. I'll continue to work on it. I am not satisfied yet ! I'll show you my advance and if I can, the real one! If you have some ideas or constructive criticisms, share with me please! I want to upgrade my skills! :) Enjoy and have a nice day! P.S. : If you have the time... Check my You Tube Channel! ;) My previous version can be seen in this video.
  25. The ISB commander's yacht on Commenor had a partially scrubbed flight log, but I was able to identify approach protocols for an unusual class of ship from the control presets. These protocols insinuated that an aft approach was required for friendly vessels. Because the ISB yacht would not normally be concerned with the particular formalities required by other officers, it seemed likely that this aft approach was a mechanical requirement rather than the whims of the commander. Many smaller ships had similar mechanical requirements because of docking ports, but this yacht had very little wear around their ship-to-ship seals. This would imply a larger ship with a hangar large enough for a full yacht... the Barca-class cruiser. Imperial Barca-class Command Cruiser - Trasimene by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr These cruisers were quite rare; often used as serrated spear against larger capital ships. The cruiser would charge into close quarters with their larger foes, like some of the heavier Mon Cala ships increasingly being used by the Rebellion. Two heavy tractor beams would take hold and a starfighter contingent would be deployed to remove any enemy fighters or armaments from the ship. However, Imperial officers feared commanding such a ship because the quickest way to escape a serrated blade is to break it off. As the Mon Cala engines became more powerful, Barca-class cruisers were being pulled into hyperspace and ripped apart as the Rebels escaped. Imperial Barca-class Command Cruiser - Trasimene by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr Cross referencing my other data, 37 of these ships were currently in service and attached to various task forces throughout the galaxy as auxiliary vessels. Nothing prestigious enough to warrant visits by an ISB commander's yacht. A 38th cruiser must still be out there, off the Empire's official books. Imperial Barca-class Command Cruiser - Trasimene by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr I would have to stowaway aboard the ISB capital ship overhead and look closer into their data. XVI - data 1 by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr Everything seemed normal. Disposed of a technician while he was preparing for his shift, reported to his post on time and busied myself until I was alone. Upgrades to my arm let me slice quickly into the terminal without exposing my chest scomp link, which would be necessary for such an exposed location, but more dangerous because of the slice wouldn't have all the usual redundant firewalls. Which is exactly what got me... XVI - data 2 by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr I couldn't move. Helpless on the floor. Squads of stormtroopers ran by, but none came inside. They were securing the corridors all around me. A commander entered with his escort pilot. XVI - data 3 by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr Councilman 1 - "ISB Agent Goatm An 46-1, it is my honor to welcome you back home. Your services have been requested and it's time to end this little vacation of yours. "Pilot, secure our guest and extract his data. I want everything from the last 20, no, 50 years catalogued. We'll decide what we want to keep later. "Bridge! Proceed to our rendezvous with the Trasimene, the Endor system." Imperial Barca-class Command Cruiser - Trasimene by Ryan McBryde, on Flickr
