    [MOC] Danse Macabre

A dose of encyclopedic reminders: The Danse Macabre (Dance of Death), is an artistic genre of allegory of the Late Middle Ages on the universality of death. It consists of the dead, or a personification of death, summoning representatives from all walks of life to dance along to the grave. The effect was both frivolous, and terrifying. It was produced as memento mori, to remind people of the fragility of their lives. So remember: Vanitas vanitatum et omnia vanitas, and even bricks will turn to cinders and ash, especially since they are made from plants (by the way - they will last longer than our bodies, anyway). Movie: And some pictures:

    Reading for an old Friend

Telling Stories to an old Friend You might be gone, sleeping in the Dark. Enjoyed reading in a Park, Now i`m ready to be brave, and sit next to you by your Grave. This is my very first Halloween themed MOC and it tells a sad and creepy Story but also features over the top Halloween Aesthetics. You can see Spooky Boy and a well known Teddybear sitting next to a Grave. To add a bit more to the overall creepy Scene i placed some Minifig Legs below the Surface where they are eerily enlighted by a Lightbrick. Happy Halloween everyone, stay spooky.

    [MOC] The forgotten

Not too far from you there is a cemetery with an unmarked grave. Nobody remembers who lies there but it is said he can not rest. He waits for something to happen or for somebody, It can be you. My last MOC. I had the minifigure and I had to build something.
  5. For the beginning of today's tour, we'll stop by Queenscross to remember those who fell in it's glorious Defense. And at one of the tombs a knight mourns his comrade, who fell in the battle. The knight with his shield and all: C&C are welcome! This is my last free-build for June so I hope you enjoy it!

    The Druids Grave

Part 1 The Druids Grave is the site of an ancient druids tower. later it became a sacrificial alter, later still it became a graveyard. now its abandoned, rotting. Head of the garrison: glad to see you could make it Assassin: yes rather. with these happenings happening everything is risky here. Head of the garrison: let us talk elsewhere, judging by the fresh sculls this location may have unwanted ears around... part 2 part 3 part 4 part 5 Legonardo
