Hi everyone. Those who follow me on Flickr have probably already seen the beginnings of this project. To celebrate Batman's 80th anniversary this year I made a series of 12 vignettes that spotlight his most famous villains. Then, to top it off, I made a GCPD building which was added on top of the assembled models Below you'll find the Imgur album http://imgur.com/gallery/q096Per Thank you for your time

The Moth-Mobile As is well established fact, Killer Moth is without a doubt the most feared and successful criminal mastermind...to ever hover--menacingly--near streetlights within the city limits of Gotham between 8:00 and 9:45 PM. Along with his trusty sidekick partner co-boss Firefly, the two villains have conquered all within their sight! And it's all thanks to...the Moth-Mobile? I've finally finished what is surely to be my most popular of Moth themed builds, the Moth-Mobile. An idiotically designed monstrosity, with the color scheme of an exploded paint factory, that liberally steals aesthetics from multiple different lesser Batmobiles of a number of different eras, while simultaneously throwing out all those important little things like ground clearance, seat belts, and even the barest hint of structural support around the driver's seat face. The Moth-Mobile! This is the most dangerous vehicle on the road, particularly for those who sit inside it. It has duel mounted machine guns and a battering ram face. The uniquely shaped cockpit is sculpted entirely out of a thin layer shatter proof glass, so you can really see everything coming your way! Also no trunk space. Two neon spoiler wings are attached at the back--to both bring up debilitating flashbacks of Batman & Robin as well as give you the false impression that it can fly. It can't. The back mudguards too might remind you of Batman v Superman, in case you were not angry enough. But don't worry, the large Tumbler-esque tires at the back will surely make you wish this was a Tumbler. It isn't. As you clearly know, the Moth-Mobile was well crafted, and as such it has room for two full passengers and their legs! Styled in a tandem-bicycle form the seats and this interior are also fashionable. I mean just look at that pink leather! And who needs doors when you can climb right in through the sun-roof. That was intentional too! Go get em' boys! --- Well that was fun. I built this like, six or seven months ago--whenever the first pictures of Firefly leaked--and I've been waiting for his physical release to show this off, because you can't have Killer Moth without Firefly. It was an arduous wait to say the least. I'm rather happy with how this vehicle turned out, particularly its utterly gaudy design. Also I'm gonna try something new, so let's see how this goes: As I know Killer Moth is rather popular in the Lego community--due in part to his frequent appearances in the Lego games and multiple physical minifigures--I did take the liberty to preemptively create "instructions" of the Moth-Mobile (as well as my Catmobile) using Bricklink's new Stud.io system. I've never used Stud.io before, so if they're a bit rough then...oh well. You can download the free files of the Moth-Mobile and Catmobile from my Bricklink Studio page. Enjoy! And make you drive fast and recklessly kids!

Where do those foul bugs Firefly and Killer Moth kick back? At the Moth-Cave of course! But what's this?! Our daring caped crusader has arrived to run these pests out of Gotham Below is the Moth-Cave's power generator designed by the villain K.M himself! Now the Dark Knight has happened upon the duos laboratory (with table shamelessly stolen from the Batman's own cave!) But the crooks guard their trophy room with Freeze guns, Joker cards and Riddler Canes Finally lies the Moth-Computer- used to commit unspeakable evils! Can Batman defeat the dasterdly duo of Moth and Firefly?! Well yeah- it's Killer Moth :p Please tell me what you think :)

Firefly class Serenity by Chris Yee, on Flickr "You can't take the sky from me." Built this wee microscale (About 1:1000) ship for fun some months back, mainly because of the new (new to me anyway) cupcake top elements. Photo taken by Legonardo Davidy, since I gave it to him at the end of the Christchurch Brick Show before I remembered to take a photo of it. Enjoy Chris

Hi everyone! It has been some time since my last creation, and now I am back on track! My first task is to expand my MOC in the superhero realm, and let's do something before the official Lego Justice League sets come in 2015! "Some men just wanna watch the world burn." - Alfred Pennyworth in The Dark Knight (movie) Well, in the DC Comic world, Batman really needs to face a villain who only burns things. Firefly is a crazy man who knows all the pyrotechnics and explosive objects. This time, he comes back with even crazier toys: his new jet pack and the flame tank, Fire Lynx. Guess Batman will have a headache to capture him, as his usual suit is not ready yet for the heat! Firefly and his Fire Lynx Burn baby burn! Firefly and his Fire Lynx The Fire Lynx is a flamethrower tank, and it has four crawlers allowing it to run on different kinds of terrain. This is the overview from the front, showing the cockpit: Firefly and his Fire Lynx And the back overview, where you can see the cooling fan for the compressor area. Firefly and his Fire Lynx I also created the Firefly minifigure, which is slightly based on the game Batman: Arkham Origins. Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly's flamethrower gun can be clipped to the roof of the tank, while the jetpack can be stored at the back of Fire Lynx, between the two fuel tanks: Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx I guess Batman needs to think about some special gadgets to capture Firefly. But more are coming against Batman! Stay tuned!

Batman vs Firefly The Dark Knight battles the dangerous flying pyromaniac, Firefly, on the burning wreckage of Gotham's Pioneer’s bridge. Inspired by Arkham Origins. Enjoy! ~Captain Nemo

As promised, I made this little Mule today from the movie 'Serenity'. It's not exactly what I wanted, but with the parts I had I think it works - I like the little crew! I'm a big Firefly fan and have always wanted to make my own Serenity. I am very limited for parts, but I think this little microscale 'Serenity' is pretty cute 'What was that?'
