  1. Posable models of Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, the main heroes of the 2016 Disney animation film Zootopia: Alternative outfit for Judy Hopps: Thank you for your attention!
  2. Hello, all. I thought I'd share a creation of mine based on the Niceland Apartment from the Disney animated film, Wreck-it Ralph. This was made in LEGO Digital Designer and rendered with Bluerender. It consists of 2357 pieces, and can be taken apart for play on the bottom floor and the penthouse. The top floor features a multicolored dance floor, a DJ Booth, a potted plant, and a small stage with a green balloon on each side. The bottom floor features two crates to store ammo for a play feature, another potted plant, an abstract sculpture, a staircase, and the 30th anniversary cake. I also included three little catapults to put on top of the building, so Ralph can launch bricks at Felix to dodge. The set includes three minifigures: Wreck-it Ralph, Fix-it Felix, and Vanellope. This project can be supported at LEGO Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/153782 Thank you for checking this out, and please don't hesitate to make suggestions for improvement, as I hope to make updates in the future! I rarely build original stuff, so I kind of new to this "MOCing" thing.

[ MOC ] Modular Disney Store

The first shop along the main street of V City is a small one with a big name. The new Disney Store offers different products of its several franchises, including PIXAR and Star Wars. The client (of course I am making this up) wants a small modern building, but contains some essence of its brand. Undoubtedly the castle becomes the starting point for my design brainstorming session. My initial idea is a little box with a castle, and I began to break down the important elements from the castle to form the design language. I converted the moat into the planters by the sides of the entrance, and created a frame to signify a portal to the magical worlds. That can be seen from some castles where you will have a big portal at the bridge across the moat. The facade profile of the building comes from the two side towers above, and I only extracted the cut-corner shape. This slightly chamfered entrance also helps the portal stand out better. The building interior is simple, and is divided into several themes. First it is the Star Wars zone, where guests can find a lot of Star Wars toy and apparels. You can also design your own lightsaber at the ā€œBuild Your Own Lightsaberā€ shelf, and I made reference from the existing shops in Disneyland. Another side is the traditional Disney products, from traditional Disney stories. You can find girl items and dolls (you may ask about teddy bear, and yes Disney has one called Duffy and Shelliemay!), and also some cups and bottles. The deco is simple with wood planks, with the famous clock of Cinderella. Up the stairs will be 1/F, where you are greeted by the Toy Story shelf and the Lightyear figure. You can try the 3-eye Alien headpiece! Turning around is the much anticipated Frozen shelf, with all the icy items you can purchase! See that girl who is in love with the Snowgie cushions? You can also meet Elsa, Anna and Olaf and take pictures with them! Then you will see the little food corner, facing the staircase to the roof top. I spent quite some time to work out the fixtures, and I am happy that they look very much like the real thing inside Disneyland. The roof is a little green playground for kids, and you can meet the two iconic characters of Disney, Mickey and Minnie! Kids are queuing up to take great pictures with them, and later you will see even more other characters around the year. While I can design a simple hinged door on the rooftop, I created this version so that the panel can be folded up once more to avoid visual intrusion (if it is one big panel, it will stand up and be seen behind the tower on the front elevation! Not good!) Of course, I need a photo with my wife, Mickey and Minnie! Let's have a group photo, all the Disney characters with the shop! (okay, Buzz forgot to come out as he is still inside on the 1/F!) Hope you all enjoy it!
  4. One of my favourite Disney movies from my childhood was Atlantis: The Lost Empire, I loved the industrial machines and the cartoon art style which was like a comic book and enjoyed the story and its characters a great deal. Set in the early 1900ā€™s, the film follows a young linguist named Milo Thatch who dreams of one day fulfilling his grandfatherā€™s dream of finding the lost city of Atlantis. I recently decided to fulfil my childhood dream of designing a full range of sets based on the movie in the style of official LEGO sets, all in LDD. I have a total of 6 sets finished so far and will be posting them here one by one from smallest to biggest, I hope you enjoy them! 01. Disneyā€™s Atlantis: The Lost Empire, The Shepherd's Journal The heroā€™s journey begins when he is approached by a mysterious woman called Helga Sinclair who introduces him to Preston Whitmore, a billionaire industrialist who knew his grandfather. In his office Milo is given the all-important artefact to begin the quest: The Shepardā€™s Journal, which includes maps and clues which only he can read which will guide an expedition to finding the lost city. This small set marks the beginning of the adventure featuring: - Preston B. Whitmore, Milo Thatch and Helga Sinclair minifigures - The Shepardā€™s Journal book - Printed tiles representing the portfolio papers of the expedition specialists and crew - A miniature model of the Ulysses, the massive submarine which the expedition begins the journey on - The fireplace, fish tank and a globe from the office as well as several small statues and other artefacts in Whitmoreā€™s collection. The model contains approximately 105 pieces. 02. Disneyā€™s Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Sub Pod The expedition starts off aboard the Ulysses, a massive submarine, but is soon attacked by a gigantic mechanical sea monster known as the Leviathan. To defend itself the Ulysses deploys many small submarines called Sub-Podā€™s which are armed with torpedoes to battle the monster. Features include: - Gaetan "Mole" MoliĆ©re and Vincenzo "Vinny" Santorini minifigures - 8 flick-fire torpedoes mounted on the two main fins of the pod which can also rotate - Opening cockpit which can fit both minifigures - Spinning propeller The model contains approximately 194 pieces. If you like these models please support them on LEGO Ideas here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/151747 and here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/151758 Thanks for viewing!

[MOC] And All the Powers of Hell!

"Now, shall you deal with me, O Prince! And all the powers of Hell!" Herein lies proof that I don't just show up to adjust conversation discussions , but that I do, in fact, build things too! This Sleeping Beauty creation was built for, and displayed at, Brickworld Chicago 2016. At the convention it won the award for Best Vignette.
  8. Down The Rabbit Hole by Quentin Collins, on Flickr Down, down, down! Would the fall never come to an end? There was nothing else to do, so Alice soon began talking to herself. "Dinah'll miss me very much tonight, I should think!" (Dinah was the cat.) "I hope they'll remember her saucer of milk at tea-time. Dinah, my dear, I wish you were down here with me!" - Lewis Carroll - 1865

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Hi, I have been working on a few additions to my Fairytale world that I posted in January. One of them is this Cottage that belonged to the 7 dwarves in Snow White. This is my first effort at a 'house/cottage' building and provided a few challenges. I based it on the Disney artwork of the cottage. There is not an interior to it, but I may put a room in it in the back for my daughter to play with. Thanks for looking, there are so many amazing creators out there who build incredible buildings and provide great inspiration and as I started working on this little project, I appreciated their skill an awful lot more. Thanks for looking. martinharrisharrissw-1 by Martin Harris, on Flickr
  16. Donald only gets bills in his mailbox, and his neighbor Jones is standing in the background smiling scornfully. I tried to make the visual style similiar to the style I have seen in the Donald Duck comics I read during the 80s. The car is up as an LEGO Ideas-project, so I would appreciate if you had a look at that as well and gave it your support.

    [MOC] Mid-size Wall-E

Guys I am back! Probably no one remember me after my long gone from my last, which is also my first post around It's me who built the Stark Tower last year: http://www.eurobrick...opic=112042&hl= First off I would like to thank everyone who enjoyed my last post and all the nice words, I should have given more response on that post, but I don't wanna feel like "pushing my own post up" after a year... Anyway, I finally got time now, so I would probably be more active in posting MOCs, both new ones and those I have not shared before. This time, I have chosen one that is relatively new, built from last year, during the release of the amazing 21303 official set. I love the official set VERY VERY MUCH, but after all the budget taken by the two Super Heroes lines, there wasn't any left for me to get this adorable pal. Of course, one of the best thing about LEGO, is that you can build whatever you want, so like all the other AFOL would say: Let's build one ourselves! This is probably one of my favourite MOCs of all times, I am not sure what do you guys think yet, but personally i LOVE the result. My favourite part of the official set, was those realistic eyes of Wall-E, that really give the model a spirit, so that's also where I started. Then I thought, it wouldn't be as fun if it's just a small rendition of Wall-E that does nothing, after all, this character has been popular among the AFOLs for the past few years and there were already a lot marvelous takes on the characters, in all sort of sizes. Therefore, I decided that the belly must be able to be opened like the big one. And if it can open the belly, why not also do the sliding and ball-joint arms, with movable fingers? Of course, I would left the back of it without any detail as well, I mean, how can I? With a single night of hard work, I made this satisfying MOC, the only thing I wished I could have improved, is to include the treads, but I simply don't have the pieces. What do you guys think about it? Comments & Criticism are welcome as usual!

  19. This is my version of Donald Duck's car in LEGO. It was a challenge to build eventhough it is so small, but of course a fun challenge! I would appreciate if you also had a look at the LEGO Ideas-project here. Some history Donald DuckĀ“s car made its first appearence in the movie "Don Donald" from 1937, and in 1938 it was introduced in the newspaper comics by Al Taliaferro. The design is originally based on an "American Bantam 1938"-car, but has changed slightly over the years and varies from different cartoonists. Its name "The 313" comes from the license plate that has number 313, which also is the day when Donald Duck was born (13th of March). The design is mainly inspired by the original fictiv car "Belchfire Runabout", which you can see in the last photo.
  20. My MOCs/mods that make use of parts from the recently released Disney CMF line. Apologies for the rubbish photography. The vampiress-witch's staff is topped with a purple gem. It looks blue in the picture but isn't in real life. What MOCs or mods have you made using Disney parts?
