Mini modular version of the latest Modular Building "Corner Garage". 8x8 base plate. Fully buildable with 327 parts. Height fits the other Lego mini modulars. Lego PAB is approx. 50-70€. Stability of all parts was checked positive. The gas station roof is the only component, which connects to the base plate using a single stud. So this part is a little bit fragile. As at my last mini modular, I've tried to contain as much details and proportions as possible into the mini version. Unfortunately 45° angled parts are quite complicated at this scale, so that my expected result is not as detailed as i wished it should be. So I would call it a solid design. I've tried a lot of different brick combinations, but most of them are too coarse for the mini scale or didn't allow to connect the next bricks properly. There are a few high priced parts included, like the sand blue 1x2 plates (6198156) or dark orange parts (especially 1x2 plate with slide (4616022)). Also there is an old part included, as this is important for the structure/stability: part 3935 (Wing 4x4/45° right). These parts will result in a higher price than my last mini modular. Without these parts the design wouldn't look like it does. LDD file for free. I have inlcuded 3 parts of the 36840 1x2 plate in the LDD file, so they should remind you not to forget ordering these missing parts. Also LDD still uses old element/design ID numbers such like the 1x1x2/3 roof tiles or trans clear parts. Newer parts are available and much more cost-effective. Please check brickset parts database.

Scenes for the Corner Garage by Brickcentral Community, on Flickr First, thank you to @Jim and the admins for letting me post our photo contest here! I really appreciate the help! Brickcentral is hosting its first photo contest as a Recognized LEGO Online community and we've got an awesome prize to give away: Corner Garage 10264! Brickcentral is an online community that runs themed photography challenges, features creative photos and shares shooting tips for the LEGO photographer. To enter the photo contest, create a scene relating to any of the floors of the Corner Garage building and take a photo of it. Your photo might be set in any of the floors of the building, but they could also be events that bring you to it... or even take you out of it! A car breaking down somewhere, repairs happening in the garage, animals getting a check up on site or at the stables, people having a rooftop party... these are all scenes that relate to the Corner Garage building. Use your imagination! We've got some examples made by some of our mods posted on the contest page (see below) to inspire you. Hey everyone, I'm back with another alternate model, this time for the latest modular - 10264 Corner Garage. I posted the exterior in the set's thread back in February and had to put the project on hold for a bit. I came back to it this month to finish the interior and you can see the result below. It uses 2190+ pieces, so about 85% of the original set. A lot of the very specialized pieces and Technic pins left over. Initially I wanted to make 3 fully furnished floors but it soon became apparent that I wouldn't have enough pieces for everything. The floor would have to be compromised a lot due to a lack of plates (since the original has an unusual floor shape) and there also weren't enough pieces left for furniture, without combining colors willy-nilly. So I settled for a store on the ground floor and an appartment on the top. Building these alternates, I'm starting to realize why Lego hasn't produced a classic straight modular for a while. The latest ones we had were DD, DO and PR - and while DD's and PR's sidewalks are straight, the buildings themselves are more corner-y. Having only one exposed side makes the building looks less interesting standalone. I think I will go back to corner modulars or adapt Lego's philosophy of "straight-but-corner" for the future.
