  1. Hello guys, I am hoping one or two of you would be happy to share your personal experience with me. The experience would be if you have ever been judged or bullied for building with Lego as a teen, or adult. It does not have to be recently, if you don't want to share on this fourm you can PM me. The only information I ask you to provide is your name, your story, and at what age it happened (can be rough like 20s, 30s, etc.). Your response may be used in a college essay that only my professor will read. If you want I can leave your name as "Anonymous" or say you prefer not to be named. Thanks! -RailCo
  2. Do you love LEGO? If not then why are you here?!? Do you love science? If the answer is yes then read on. In 2018 I published the book Particle Physics Brick by Brick which used basic bricks to explain complex science. I have loved delivering workshops throughout the UK using LEGO to bring my former field of research, particle physics, to life. I just wanted to share the book with you in case it is something you might be interested in. I have also recently started making explainer videos using the ideas in the book which I am regularly posting to YouTube. If your interest crossover both the worlds of LEGO and Physics I'd love to know what you think of the videos. If you are teacher or student I have made some educational resources to accompany the book as well - all information can be found at

    Dorm Life

Hi everybody. So I'm leaving for college again in a few weeks, and I was wondering how other people handle lego in college. For my first year of college, I brought a small bin, but later ordered some lego on eBay, which allowed me to have a small but significant collection for college. This year, I'm planning to bring a bit larger collection, but I was wondering what other people did for their college years.

    Hey, I'm Owen.

Hi! I'm Owen. I'm a film student in my fifth semester, and I've been into Lego-collecting and building most of my life. I haven't been a part of a forum community in a bit, and I thought it would be good to have others perspective on creations and ideas I might have, as well as where to get certain components that may be difficult to find. I'm a big comic-book fan, and have currently been working on collecting a lot of the Lego Marvel stuff, and have been trying to make the figures and sets more comic-accurate using (mostly) only stock pieces, as well as creating my own stuff.
  5. Am I the first person to catch this and post it here? I just saw this on /r/lego, and had to share it. They already have build videos and instructions for a mini model, but it's still odd it isn't linked to from the Products page yet.

    [LDD MOC] Bugs!

Even though I still can't build with physical bricks for another week, I finally got a chance to build something in LDD today. I present to you, a college student with a bed bug problem!
