  1. Hi All! You could figure it out from the title, i would like to build an artic truck. The idea came from the model of 2015: I will use 2 small sets: 9391 Mini Crane (218 parts) and 8259 Mini Bulldozer (165 parts). It is far from the 600 parts, but sometimes fewer parts is bigger challenge. UPDATE!!!! Sorry for late, I'm glad to introduce my C model of 9391 + 8259 an ARTIC TRUCK! It counts 342 pieces (80 pieces of track) from 383 pieces(118 pieces of track)(+extra parts). I used some of the extra parts. The truck has a lot of geared and non-geared funtions: Geared functions: Articulated steering front blade up/down boom up/down Non-gear funtion: boom rotating winch bed tipper openable bed tipper rear door Other attributes and details: seats imitation exhaust tips headlights on top and a small taillight the bed is covered, it doesn't loose the cargo Leftover parts: More pics soon! Thank you!

  4. This is not one of my most recent builds but I never published a video of it. Now I took some more indoor shots as well. I started to build this dozer back in 2006 to be laden onto a Renault Magnum. First the model was driven by a RC unit, from set 8366. It ran OK but I didn't like the receiver and it took to much space in the model. Later I made my own control unit but that one was wired to make it possible to get the dozer blade operated by pneumatics. Later I decided to build in some PF stuff. My mate Barman helped me out with designing a compressor which is combined with the switch. I needed two of those and they just fit in the frame. I built in some PF receivers and gave the 9V RC motors another position in the frame. They're now put vertically. The looks are still the same as I was satisfied with it's appearance. MOC Road Grader

This set was originally commissioned by my father-in-law. His father used to drive a grader in his former years, and it was kind of a tribute to him and myself, as well, to get started building. I designed it about three years ago on LDD, and made all the current modifications while tinkering with excess yellow parts. The particular one you see is Version 3.2, as I've made several changes: - the central beam is more structural and it doesn't fold - lateral articulation points behind the blade are stronger and have a greater range of movement - the carriage holding the blade and turntable have been lowered to give a more disengaged feel. The whole body would fit under the 6-Wide category for the most part, although the front beam is 2-Wide and the engine compartment is 4-Wide. The entire Grader is 28 studs long (and true to form) the blade is almost half that length, at 12 studs wide. As a realistic detail, the turntable is positioned in such a way that the blade can be up, and turned to stay within the wheel-base, 9 studs wide. Feel free to check out the rest!

FAPC: Like CATs in a Maze

The War between the Rat and Cat colonies continue to escalade, even into space. Rat ships are almost impossible to navigate through and were designed specifically to be like a Maze in order to confuse and trap invading hostiles. Also not all of Rat ships are made of cheese.. Here a group of MAD CATs have boarded the Rat-infested ship, and have begun to exterminate the vermin in search for it's control room. Two Cat mechs have become stranded from their initial attack force, and have lost their way in the ship's labyrinth. With no exit in sight, the cats find nothing but more rodents who quickly try to overpower them. However when a kitty is cornered it isn't so snuggly...
