  1. On Erotema homeland, the Supreme Leader Paul Ratchurch, Ministry of Defence N´Dongo and Ire Nemountain are visiting the first model of the newly developed SU 25 frogfoot. This is a jet-powered for close air support, being a step ahead from the Picarón Mk2 (inspired on the Argentinian Pucará). It has 11 hardpoints (5 per wing and 1 in the belly) and can carry up to 5 tonnes. This pictures show a wide selection of weapons, with two of them I am particularly proud of: the 30-mm anti tank cannon, inspired on the Ju 87 G anti tank Stuka, and the 8-barreled 12,70x108 machine gun, nicknamed "Little Irina". Not very suitable for highly armoured targets, but will cause havoc on unprotected troops and vehicles, as well as BOS terrorists (including civilians who support them). 20210501_095032 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 20210501_095103 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 20210501_095200 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -Good morning from EADS testing ground, this is Tonoff Stonemanoff reporting from the only TV channel in Erotema, on "Allo Supreme Leader". He is here visiting the facilities. 20210501_095808 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -Supreme Leader, it is our pleasure to hear you speaking. What´s your opinion about this glorius artifact made by the brightest minds in Erotema? 20210501_095851 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -This will give us the chance to break fascism, terrorist, anticommunism, the PSIC, the BOS, anti-veganists, bullfights supporters, members of the resistance, all of them. -Oh, Supreme Leader, your words inspire all of us. Later, Paul and Ire go and see a "Little Irina"... 20210501_095909 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -It is not large enough, I will have some of the technicians sentenced to force labour. -Oh Supreme Leader, you always so munificent...
  2. GRID P9 (world) - C8 (Studica) "Good morning, this is Antony Stone reporting live for Erotema News. We are on board aircraft carrier "Hernán Cortés", somewhere in the ocean". 3. GBW- CP5 - EROTEMA – Behind Enemy Lines 4/8 Blindspot The action hereby depicted takes place at the same time than episode 3/8 (Captain Gennaro). Grid E8 After the last events, the situation with Xenor has gone worse and worse… The Filace Ambassador declared that he would not allow the RON to use Xenor territory or airspace to carry out attacks on the COAC. This implied the dispatching of a pair of jets to gather information on RON forces in Xenor, but they were shot down by Xenor Harriers on grid E8 (Studica). The pilots had to be rescued, and air cover for the operation was necessary, so a retaliation air operation was launched. This operation will involve a Filace (The Beeze) SpecOps unit to destroy an enemy airbase, an Erotema attack plane as well as a Filace sniper team (Captain Genaro) to destroy a Xenor SAM site; the sniper team will be extracted by New Brickika forces (Spud The Viking). XENOR sam site by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr XENOR sam site by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Xenor has many SAM sites in the borders with the neighbouring countries, and this one can pose a threat to the rescue operation to bring the COAC pilots home. This one is located on a top on the mountains, with a small lake with ice plates on the surface. spying on the cows by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr What is this soldier doing? Spying on the cows? Going to milk a cow by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Yes! Xenor cows are famous for its enormous size and extra smooth taste milk. However, there are rumors about their feeding and fattening. But, who cares about rumors? What can be better than fresh milk for breakfast? Meanwhile, a Picarón Mk2 CAS plane is on its way flying below the radar. Captain Cabra on command, with 6 235-kg LGB, 6 AT missiles, 2 AAM and 4 12,70-mm machine guns. This Mk2 is an upgrade on Mk1 (previously seen at “The Death Corner”). Strange noise by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Suddenly, a noise is heard. Not a “normal” noise (the cows, the ice melting…). It is the noise of an impact, maybe coming from a sniper rifle, and he receives a message from the radar control unit of the SAM site: “The main radar dish is temporarily down. If there is a threat, you will have to use local fire control.” “Roger.” Panic by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Panic 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr What comes after shutting down a SAM radar? An airstrike! The Xenor soldier feared something and prepared the SAM launcher. At the same time, the Filace sniper team sent a message to the incoming Picaron aircraft sent by Erotema. Cows are not stupid! by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr At the same time, cows were leaving the area. Cows are not known for being the smartest animal farm, but they are not stupid! “Tizona, this is Redeye, enemy radar temporarily disabled”. “Redeye, roger. My radar warning receiver shows no threat. I climb and prepare for bomb run”. Laser designator on SAM by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr See the laser red point on the SAM mount! Captain Cabra pulled up and waited until the bombs were in range. “Redeye, this is Tizona, in range…bombs away” SAM launch by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Xenor soldiers, without central fire control, had to open fire with the local radar, with a lower range. This was reported by the snipers… "TIZONA, missiles inbound, missiles inbound. They're shooting at you" the spotter exclaimed with just a hint of excitement in his otherwise calm demeanor “Redeye, roger, taking evasive action” A few seconds later TIZONA reported… “Missiles evaded, repeat, missiles evaded” Laser guided bombs on their way by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Another picture of 2 lovely laser-guided bombs impacting the enemy SAM site. Laser guided bombs on their way by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Explosion by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Two laser guided bombs impact the SAM site disabling the launcher. “TIZONA, target destroyed, target destroyed” the pilot listened. "Roger that, REDEYE, extract as planned. Good luck down there. TIZONA out." The sniper team confirms the impacts and prepares to leave. Confirmation by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Captain Cabra beholding his work.
  4. Grid STUDICA F4 Carrefour is a major town in Briolui. It has an underground network and big parks. And that´s why this area is important for the COAC war efforts. This area is closed to the dockyards, where FILACE troops are trying to stand against the RON attacks. The other end of the park limits with the favelas, where PLANTASEA troops also stand against the enemy. And the underground network is important, as NEW BRICKIKA infantry move to encircle the enemy. This image depicts a T corner, with a big park in the bottom. A restaurant, “The Bistro au Parc”, in the upper right and a hardware & tools shop, “Carrefour tools and more” in the upper left complete the scenery. There is also an underground entry gate. The initial combats left the street somehow damaged: no traffic lights, the park fences and gate broken and a mailbox in the middle of the lane. Also a tree was cut… 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A lonely German shepherd with a camera on his back appears. An abandoned dog? No way! That´s an awful crime! Instead, he is searching for the enemy. The camera has a small transmitter so his handler can know what he sees. His excellent smell sense would make him sit to show the position of any explosive devices. 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The dog keeps on inspecting the area. 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The handler and another soldier appears. The area should be secure for them. 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A small section has taken the hardware & tools shop and goes to the roof. The dogs takes a rest and three soldiers will raise the alarm in case the enemy appears. The section leader gives instructions… -We must make our stronghold here. We must make sure the enemy can´t go through this area. We will fortify this building and prevent the enemy from getting to the underground network. As far as I know, the underground line here connects with the other side of the town, where our allies of Plantasea are defending in the favelas. I don´t remember the name of their unit…well, the enemy CANT ambush them from behind. We must also prevent the RON troops from ambushing New Brickika troops in the tunnel. -Sir, will we have any CAS? -Yes, the callsign is TIZONA. García and Fernández, you will inspect the restaurant and make it unusable for the enemy. Pérez and Hernández, you will see what we have in the warehouse and take advantage of what we have. The rest of us, let´s prepare for the defense… -Yes, Sir! 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr García and Fernández went to the restaurant. They entered by the door which was closer to the shop. Two lobsters were inside a cauldron, with a lot of kitchenware on the floor… -Hell, if we survive I can cook these lobsters. I went to MasterChef before entering the Army! -Haha! Good idea! 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Pérez and Hernández inspected the warehouse and the main floor. A lot of interesting stuff was left after the evacuation. -Wow, this is the bloody treasure chest! -Yes, and the warehouse has sand, empty sandbags and what we need to make obstacles! 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After working very hard, the building was fortified with sandbags, barbed wire and more. 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The underground gate was secured too. They could even build other obstacles and the dog stayed on the street and awaiting for the enemy. However, García and Fernández hadn´t left the restaurant, as it took a lot of time to secure the underground gate. 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The enemy appeared walking through the park and by the street. As instructed, the Erotema troops decided not open fire until the enemy were very close… 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 12 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 13 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the dog was the first to score. Maybe this dog is not the best friend of this man… 14 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Making his buddy to leave towards the park. 15 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The Erotema troops, maybe more accurate than a drunken Jawa, took their first target. 16 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the enemy got closer… 17 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr From the other side of the street, García and Fernández tried to ambush the enemy. The gate had to be safe from the RON troops, as they could ambush COAC troops underground (New Brickika), or go behind the COAC lines (Plantasea). 18 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The RON troops tried to return fire. 19 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And knowing the gate had to be taken to escape and ambush COAC troops inside the underground network, they tried to swarm it… 20 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr But the death buzz of a PICARÓN CAS aircraft, callsign TIZONA, en route to help the Plighian allies, was heared. 21 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And that plane really scored…a lot. 4 .50 machine guns give a powerful punch. Really, a very powerful punch. And the next enemy would have to face 12 125-kg bombs and 6 anti-tank missiles… The only surviving RON soldier tried to escape…running for his life. 22 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 23 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr
  5. Grid F4 Studica. Based on the Argentinian PUCARÁ (in Qechua, “fortress”) counter-insurgency (COIN) aircraft, the Erotema Air Force requested projects for a similar plane. Some projects were presented, and the final one, offered by Erotema Air and Defence Systems (ERADS), was selected. This model, whose selling name is PICARÓN, has the following features: -2 piston engines. -2500 kg of external load. -6 hardpoints (fuel tanks, bombs, missiles, rocket pods, machine gun pods…). -4 12,70 mm machine guns. One of the requirements for tender was the possibility of operation in unpaved runways. That´s why the landing gear is abnormally long and has 6 low-pressure wheels. Once you know the aircraft, there´s the story… In an improvised airfield close to Carrefour, in no man´s land, a lonely PICARÓN is fueled up and loaded for an incoming CAS sortie. 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Very close to the aircraft, the pilot receives the last orders. -Your orders are simple: loiter over Carrefour and provide CAS on demand by either our army or our COAC allies. Your callsign is TIZONA. When requested to a certain area, proceed as fast as possible. No enemy aircraft foreseen. -Ok, when the bird is hungry, what can I do? -Simple, just let us know by selecting your closest landing area. They are preloaded in your flight computer, and proceed. -Inflight refueling? -Not yet…but the refuel will be quick. However, you will be able to eat, drink, piss or what you need. No more than 10 minutes to have the plane ready to crap steel. -Good. Let´s go. 4 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the PICARÓN prepared for takeoff… 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Details of the weapon load. Hellfire Missiles. 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Left wing, we can see 3 Hellfire missiles, 3 125-kg bombs and 6 similar bombs under the belly. The right wing carries another 3 missiles and bombs. 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr By the way, TIZONA was the sword of El Cid (have you seen Charlton Heston´s movie???) He was one of the heroes of the Spanish Crusade, which started in 711 AD until 1492 AD when the Arab invaders were defeated. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/El_Cid_(film)
