  1. Hi Lego enthusiasts, I recently noticed that the seagull from the collectible minifigure series 10 (Sea Captain) does not have the Lego logo mark on it. Is it because it's a soft piece? I think other Lego animals like goats do not have a Lego mark either, if I'm not mistaken. However, this is a hard piece. Is it possible to make a list with (modern) Lego pieces that do not have the Lego logo on them? It would help alot to see if a piece is not really Lego and therefore fake/counterfeit or not. The reason for why the logo is missing, remains unclear to me. It can be dangerous because you often see Chinese BrickLink stores (a country known for its factory facilities) with a massive amount of pieces you would assume are rare or hard to get. No Lego logo on piece - Seagull (col min series 10) - ... - ... Thanks a lot R.

    TRADE - Amber Cider

Task VI. Amber Cider from Deep Gardens A little background: This region of Avalonia was famous of its orchards. Mostly of their apples. The people making cider from many decades. But, the gods wasn't so kind to them. A few long and harsh winters ruined the plants. Making a major set back, of the peoples, who living here. The remaining fruit trees count as sacred trees, they don't using them for woodworking. This is why, they using evergreen trees. Like the barrels, to containe the cider. When Conrad arrived, he learned about this forgotten trade. Reopened the cellars, where they found many years old barrels, full of the forgotten brew. The evergreen barrels gave a new taste for the brew, the tree's resin dissolved in the brew. A new taste and colour inspired him, invested some gold in, so this trade would go on again. The brewery's new logo They using this machine, tho crush the apples, to collect the juice of the fruit. To get more customer, new traderouts were made: From Mitgardia......to Kaliphin.
  3. I'd like to point out that the response from everyone regarding the 'teaser' was quite overwhelming. I just hope this MOC lives up to everyone's exceptions considering the fan base I've generated from this single project alone. I cannot wait to finally share the results with you guys after working on this concept for three years with breaks in-between. It's the biggest MOC I've ever created with over 3,500 pieces! 4. Are Clone Lego Brands bad for LEGO (the company). Okay first off lets define clone Brand: I wouldn't count things like Brick Arms as Clone Brands. Because Brick Arms isn't trying to BE or Pass of as Lego, they are doing their own thing making fancy cool weapon things. I'm not sure if 'Mega Bloks' counts, recently they have been trying to be like Lego, but I was a huge fan of the Pirate line they had for a while, but now it's kinda a Lego rip off. Things like bom bom bricks and all those weird little clone brands you see on Ebay. So what my main question is, does/how do Clone Brands hurt LEGO? Do things like Brick Arms, Brick Forge etc. also hurt LEGO. I know since the Clone brands are cheap completely un-durable plastic so other than maybe making people thinking LEGO isn't durable do clone brands do anything to LEGO?

    Is LEGO dying?

I've noticed a lot of people on youtube who do reviews of Lego Sets often complain that the new sets are not really very special and maybe even overpriced. Personally, I completely agree with them! What do you think?
