14k Gold Hau? Who has it?

Hey guys! I'm new here and I'm just really curious in who actually has the prized golden hau given in various contests in 2002. I know it is unlikely that people have it but I want to make sure and make a list to make sure that it is a certainty that their aren't any left in the wild. .
  2. Check out my latest animation involving Tahu, Uniter of fire: Umarak, The Hunter: And finally, Lewa, Uniter of Jungle: All videos took about a day's worth of work to make. I used Dragonframe 3.6, Adobe After Effects CC, and Sony Vegas Pro 11. I intend to do all seven of the 2016 winter wave sets.

    Mangupepeké

Hello. Quite a random model for me, I wanted to built something different, but... So i decided to leave anything as it is and post this to separate topic. Typical for Le-regions Rahi, little robo-butterfly. Their food is nectar, they have no real nature enemies, except some birds (Hukamanu are too lazy to catch them :P). The only interesting thing about Mangupepeké is it's glimmering. Also some of you can remember Blacktron for some reason. Any comments are welcome!

  7. When I moved on to primarily CCBS-based MOCing in 2015, I sold the vast majority of my G1 parts, only keeping my masks, some select armour and weapon pieces and a few of my favourite G1 sets. Since then however, I've started collecting more of my favourite G1 sets to keep - a few which I previously owned before the 2015 purge, and a few I've never had before. I've even started collecting Slizers sets, hoping to eventually end up having the entire set. Currently, the vast majority of my G1 collection is in pieces. Each set bagged up individually and archived in a big white box, so I can build them again at a later date for display. Four Roboriders, three Slizers and my Exo Toa however are stored - again, in pieces - in their original packaging. Currently, only Roodaka, Millenia Slizer and three other Slizers stand built on my shelf, as these are the most recent additions to my collection and I want to have them out on display for a bit before I go ahead and archive them. I mostly do this archiving business as I don't have much spare space in my room - my one shelving unit is already dominated by MOCs and books, and every other surface in my room either has storage or electronics on it. I could put up more shelves on the wall to the side of my bed, but they'd likely cover the entire wall and make things look messy. Maybe I'll be able to have all of my sets out on display when I move out on my own? So anyway, how do you store your Bionicle figures? Do you archive them like me? Are they all jumbled up in one parts bin? Or are you lucky enough to have them all out on display? EDIT: Apologies if this has been asked lots and lots before. Hey, I guess this is better than necroing an old thread, right?

  10. Natur, Rebooted Master of Nature A long time before Toa Araun was realised, this fellow was my self-MOC: Toa Natur, Toa of Nature! Although I suppose these days he’d be the Master of Nature, wouldn’t he? ;) Natur was the star of two series I ran on YouTube back in 2008 - one on my first channel titled Toa Natur VS Makuta Pharex ( ), and another series on my current channel which I regrettably deleted. Natur didn’t have much of a character past being a bit cocky. This rebooted version of Natur not only uses parts from an XSZ Iron Man figure, but also has its own custom gearbox! I’m not sure what to name this one yet, though. Front Back Pose, Standing with Araun Skeleton, Gearbox front Skeleton, Gearbox back

    [MOC] Skakdi Torak

The Skakdi warrior Torak. He wields a wickedly sharp protosteel blade, and his armor is dotted with the teeth of less-skilled Skakdi foes. At one point, Torak was involved in a lucrative quest for the mythical Mask of Control. /meh description Sooo this is my first Bionicle MOC in a solid eight years. I think I did fair-to-middlin'. Shoutout to all the great MOCers here on EB, especially Nuju Metru and Logan McOwen. Comments, constructive criticism, deconstructive criticism, complaints, suggestions, and gripes all welcome. Oh that's embarrasing- no, the asymmetry in the back was not intentional. I do have more than one full bushing. Thanks for looking! Update! Gave him some forearm armor and brass (or Bionicle equivalent. Iron?) knuckles

    Stands for figures

So does anyone here have any good stands that they had made for their figures? I made a stand once for 2015 Lewa, and while it got him in the air it did not really get him in a dynamic pose. It felt very 2D, so does anyone have any good stands that they have made or have seen.

    G1 revamps

Basically, this is intended as a general topic for MOCs and concepts of G1 sets redesigned to match the CCBS aesthetic that G2 uses, as suggested in the G2 Bohrok Concepts thread. For the sake of not having duplicate threads, please post Bohrok revamps over there.
  15. GORUK, MASTER OF IRON Goruk is based upon a totally custom, Technic-based torso frame, which integrates a bespoke gearbox to swivel his waist. I previously used this hand design in a revamp of Rocka XL. The torso shell is from a third party set from the "Fusion Warriors" line, which is usually marketed as "Space Tutelary". Is this Real?

I was rambling about the internet and found this list for a movie version of the Mask of Shadows: http://www.ebay.com/itm/LEGO-BIONICLE-BLACK-KRAAHKAN-MOVIE-EDITION-MAKUTA-Mata-Nui-Titan-8593-MASK-/231591636853?nma=true&si=r2a769c7riItsoFnS%252FjJh10Oc1A%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557 The listing has ended apparently and I have no interest in actual getting it, but my curiosity has been peaked! Is this a real thing and if so what did it come with? I myself cannot remember a thing about!

    Gali Nuva 2016 concept moc

Just an idea if the lego group decided to go with a more Nuva design for the 2016 toa using some of the Star Wars contraction pieces. I chose Gali as the subject cause she was the easiest to make. 19. Hello everyone, It has been a while since I've been on Eurobricks, but I do want to hear your thoughts about this topic. I recently received an order of Bionicle parts on Bricklink, only to discover that about 80% of Bionicle joints I ordered were broken at the socket (yes, the were broken before I assembled them to anything)! Although these parts were marked as "used" (the store only had used versions), the seller by no means made any remarks about the sockets being broken. I find this quite ironic because the reason why I had bought those parts were precisely to replace parts I already owned which were broken. Most of the parts I brought were from 2008 (which were already prone to breakage) and included Bionicle Foot Claw with Ball Socket Bionicle Arm / Leg Upper Section (Solek) and Bionicle Head Connector Block (Av-Matoran) What are your thoughts about this? Would you consider it unreasonable to ask the seller for a partial refund of these parts? Should sellers on Bricklink sell broken Bionicle joints without making a remark about those parts? For those who are curious, the store I brought from had 1000+ positive feedback from selling, and did not have any history of negative feedback.

    MoC: Toa Makanii

Notes on the figure itself: I do not have a ton of Bionicle parts to work with, but I am happy with what I was able to make. :) I tried my best to build her around her character traits. She is suppose to be young and childish. So I made her torso short, gave her smaller feet, narrower shoulders and chose Kopaka's mask because it was the least threatening mask I had in white. She was originally to be white with green highlights, but that just didn't turn out how I wanted. So I went with my second choice, blue. The peg on her back is to hold her sword. Bio: Toa Makanii was once a mere scholar, learning all she could about the universe, but with the reunification of Spherus Magna and the arrival of new threats, a new breed of Toa had to be created. One that could not only fight, but learn, and adapt. Makanii was chosen not only because of her enthusiasm for learning, but also for her compassion. A necessary tool in showing the Agori that the Matoran peoples have come with only good intentions. But Makanii's outward joy and enthusiasm masks her deep seated fear that she will not be able to live up to both the Legends of old and Mata Nui's expectations. Weapons: Toa Makanii is armed with a duel-sided sword and a disc launcher. Mask: Toa Makanii wears a great Mask of Clairvoyance, in the shape of an Akaku, to pay homage to the late Kopaka. Abilities: Toa Makanii is not very agile or strong, but she possesses great mental powers. She is able to control the minds of weaker-minded beings and is also capable of subtly influencing others by planting thoughts into their heads. However, this is very exhausting on her, and she cannot do this for long.

    MOC: hell beast

I have no idea what this year's beasts will look like, probably nothing like this, I'm just using this because I'm terrible with naming things. Oh, and about those times I talked bad about ccbs? I take it all back. Building this was great. Apologies for my subpar photography, I'll be the first to admit it's not my best quality. This was built with 99% 2015 sets, with two t bars to connect the thumbs the only exceptions. The gear function works here, although it can clash with the wings sometimes. Speaking of, ccbs parts lend themselves perfectly to this kind of thing, even if they're nothing special here. Oh and I built this takanuva kinda thing alongside it, but nobody is here for that. So that's what I got, comments? Criticism?
  23. The gold pieces of my Bionicle sets from 2003-2005 in time "tarnish" and I don't know what to do to stop or revert the process. I tried bicarbonate, lemon juice, ammonia, peroxide, soap, salt, leaving a piece in the sun for a couple of hours, casting it in boiling water, putting it in a peroxide glass and leaving it in the sun. No results at all. I was considering painting my Avohkii, but I don't know how to achieve the perfect color. Do you know what paint/dye I might use? I want the piece to match the original 2003 gold from LEGO. Thank you :)

    Umarak the Hunter Mods

These are my mods to Umarak the Hunter. Changes are as followed 1. Slight change to the torso build to move the arms up and attach the Shadow trap halves to ball joints 2. Lower legs are changed to use Uniter pieces to make them look more armored. 3. Bow changed to a one handed crossbow using the First Order Stormtrooper blaster. Extra ammo is stored on the right leg. 4. Horns changed slightly so there entirely dark brown. 5. Weapon belt from Hero Factory across the chest to store dagger and another accessory 6. No longer can unite with the creatures. I could change it but it would require using blue pin which I wanted to avoid using. Gallery when public http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=562781 With that out of the way here are pictures.
