  1. I was inspired by this Winter Village build over on the Town forum by user @Nieks from 2015 to build this mid-20th century (think like around the 1960's or 70's) inspired Gotham City police station. The station comes with a Bat-phone on the Commissioner's desk, and a Bat-signal on the roof. (though, it's lacking a single printed part on the signal plus the front door should have this printed piece above it) On the right side you have an drive-thru awning for patrol cars to drop off criminals for booking at the station. Inside the station on the upper floor, just above the holding cell is Commissioner Gordon's office with the Bat-phone. Dotted around the station we have five desks for the officers to do paper work at, and finally, a single holding cell for inmates before transfer to Arkham Asylum (for the super-powered inmates and / or the criminally insane, such as the Joker or Poison Ivy) or Blackgate Prison (the common riff-raff / lower rated powered criminals who are technology dependent go there, such as The Penguin or Kite Man.) NOTE: The grille pieces in front of the building are supposed to go on the desks as part of the typewriter assembly. (It doesn't fit in LDD, sadly.) As it's the late 1970's or early '80's here in my model's timeline, the desktop computer has yet to make it's mark on crime-fighting.... unless you're a billionaire / inventor named Bruce Wayne that is! Set 71016 (Kwik-E-Mart) has had the police car changed from black and white to blue and white. The car feature seating for three, with two officers in the front, and one criminal in the back behind the security fence. The trunk of the police car should have this part on it. The trunk opens up, and both side doors open as well. Most of the roof lifts away (not shown) for access to the inside. As for the Batman and his arch-nemesis, I've already got his ride and the Joker's covered by previously released Lego sets. I also plan on manning the Police station with Lego Batman movie figures, such as Commissioner Gordon, Chief O'Hara, and a few other surprises. If anyone has any comments, questions, suggestions, or complaints please don't hesitate to respond below!
  2. Hello everybody. I may use this idea to refresh the game: do you want a game in which every minifigure faces only the one from its own series (excluding ELF and SCARECROW which would obviously win 3 and 11) and then doing a final mashup for the new winner? This could speed up both this and any future game. Please vote in the poll. HELLO everybody! These are the 80 minifigures for the new game starting FEBRUARY 10th if there will be enough partecipants. Please vote in this poll to help me decide. Thanks!

    Batcave and Wayne Manor MOC

It's been a while since I've posted here, as you will see I've been busy. Now I think this is the largest LEGO Batcave in the world, someone correct me if I'm wrong. It took about a year and a half on and off and I can only guess somewhere between 50-100k pieces used. I honestly have no idea what the final number might be. It stands at a little over 2 meters tall. The pic with me in it for reference (I'm 6'4) 0 by Brent Waller, on Flickr It features a Wayne Manor on top, moving suit conveyor and rotating carousel for batmobiles down the bottom, integrated lighting and a bunch of little vignettes on the sides featuring villains and scenes from the history of Bat-lore 45 by Brent Waller, on Flickr 99 by Brent Waller, on Flickr 9 by Brent Waller, on Flickr 26 by Brent Waller, on Flickr 12 by Brent Waller, on Flickr I've just posted a couple of pics as there's so many, If you want to see more check out the Flickr album I'd recommend checking out the video walkthrough, I intend on doing a full commentary tour at some point soon too.

    [MOC] The Joker's Home Turf

First introduced in Detective Comics #168 (Feb. 1951) ("Mystery of the Red Hood"), ACE Chemicals is well renowned as the place the Red Hood died, and in his place the Joker was born. After falling into a vat of toxic waste trying to escape from Batman, the Red Hood discovers that the chemicals bleached his skin and dyed his hair permanently green. This disfigurement caused a psychotic break and he became The Joker. Over the years, the Joker has revisited Ace Chemicals several times, using it as a temporary hideout, as in this case. In a scenario not dissimilar to the Lego Batman Game, where the Joker sent Jervis Tetch to retrieve deadly chemicals from the facility, The dynamic duo have tracked the Joker and the Mad Hatter to the old plant. Large Gotham City MOC

Hi everyone. Those who follow me on Flickr have probably already seen the beginnings of this project. To celebrate Batman's 80th anniversary this year I made a series of 12 vignettes that spotlight his most famous villains. Then, to top it off, I made a GCPD building which was added on top of the assembled models Below you'll find the Imgur album http://imgur.com/gallery/q096Per Thank you for your time

    Batmobile [MOC]

I was inspired by @Digger of Bricks's suggestion of a batmobile that uses the nexo knights canopy so I decided to throw something together for Batman's 80th anniversary . It isn't based on any one version of batman's iconic vehicle but takes inspiration from many of the numerous depictions of this famous car. I'll apologise in advance for my lacking photography skills. You can see Batman's head but sadly that's all as a whole minifig can't fit inside. I was originally going to use a the smaller fin shown above but I preferred that look of the larger bat wings. I was going to make the stripe blue and use this part but I thought the grey looked better.Anyway thanks taking a look, comments and criticism are welcome.
  11. Hi, I saw this article over on Brickfanatics yesterday about a press release stating that Lego would release a Batman 80th Anniversary set to celebrate. I couldn't see a topic already covering this but apologies if it's already common knowledge. Here's the quote from the Warner Bros press release source: “Global partners such as LEGO, Mattel and Funko will release exclusive Batman 80th anniversary products throughout the year.”
  12. Hi there! I thought I'd start this thread because I figured we all have ideas of BrickHeadz we'd like to see made. Especially with the tease of getting BrickHeadz from TV shows! I personally would love to see some BrickHeadz based on the new POTC movie! Maybe some Minecraft BrickHeadz as well. But with the TV shows idea some Flarrowverse BrickHeadz would be incredible! Anyways there you go, fire off your ideas!

    Techniques for receded guns?

What I mean is, for example how on some Batmobiles (Notably the 1989 version) and the 1989 Batwing, as well as the Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor from Star Wars or the machine guns on modern fighter jets, the guns are receded/receding into the hull. Has anyone figured out any kind of techniques to try to replicate that?

    MOC: The Moth-Mobile

The Moth-Mobile As is well established fact, Killer Moth is without a doubt the most feared and successful criminal mastermind...to ever hover--menacingly--near streetlights within the city limits of Gotham between 8:00 and 9:45 PM. Along with his trusty sidekick partner co-boss Firefly, the two villains have conquered all within their sight! And it's all thanks to...the Moth-Mobile? I've finally finished what is surely to be my most popular of Moth themed builds, the Moth-Mobile. An idiotically designed monstrosity, with the color scheme of an exploded paint factory, that liberally steals aesthetics from multiple different lesser Batmobiles of a number of different eras, while simultaneously throwing out all those important little things like ground clearance, seat belts, and even the barest hint of structural support around the driver's seat face. The Moth-Mobile! This is the most dangerous vehicle on the road, particularly for those who sit inside it. It has duel mounted machine guns and a battering ram face. The uniquely shaped cockpit is sculpted entirely out of a thin layer shatter proof glass, so you can really see everything coming your way! Also no trunk space. Two neon spoiler wings are attached at the back--to both bring up debilitating flashbacks of Batman & Robin as well as give you the false impression that it can fly. It can't. The back mudguards too might remind you of Batman v Superman, in case you were not angry enough. But don't worry, the large Tumbler-esque tires at the back will surely make you wish this was a Tumbler. It isn't. As you clearly know, the Moth-Mobile was well crafted, and as such it has room for two full passengers and their legs! Styled in a tandem-bicycle form the seats and this interior are also fashionable. I mean just look at that pink leather! And who needs doors when you can climb right in through the sun-roof. That was intentional too! Go get em' boys! --- Well that was fun. I built this like, six or seven months ago--whenever the first pictures of Firefly leaked--and I've been waiting for his physical release to show this off, because you can't have Killer Moth without Firefly. It was an arduous wait to say the least. I'm rather happy with how this vehicle turned out, particularly its utterly gaudy design. Also I'm gonna try something new, so let's see how this goes: As I know Killer Moth is rather popular in the Lego community--due in part to his frequent appearances in the Lego games and multiple physical minifigures--I did take the liberty to preemptively create "instructions" of the Moth-Mobile (as well as my Catmobile) using Bricklink's new Stud.io system. I've never used Stud.io before, so if they're a bit rough then...oh well. You can download the free files of the Moth-Mobile and Catmobile from my Bricklink Studio page. Enjoy! And make you drive fast and recklessly kids!

    Justice League Batmobile

Hi everyone, I have been busy with several builds and my last build is the Batmobile. It is based on the version of the Justice League movie and I am planning to build a small landscape based on the scene in Russia. It took a few hours to get the shape right and this is the result. I have a few other pictures on the model. The pictures are in my Flickr album. Questions and feedback are welcome. Sander
  19. A few days ago,i bought the DC Super Heroes set "76110-Batman: The Attack of the Talons" mainly for the cool minifigures and less for the actual build. Of course,it´s a brand new set and so i build it....to be honest,i wasn´t really impressed with the finished trike. It was massivly oversized, not really sleek and just didn´t look right.Honestly,i´ve seen sets in the same price range that were much better. IMG_20180827_204245 IMG_20180827_203554 To change that,i started scavenging my parts collection and had a loose idea of how what i want to build. The Inspiration was the Lazareth Wazuma V12,a bad megablocks crazy Trike, powered by a BMW V12 engine....that was exactly what Batman should drive. IMG_20180827_203610 IMG_20180827_204318 IMG_20180827_204354 IMG_20180827_204111 IMG_20180827_204134 So i designed a vehicle closer to the scale of a minifigure and later used many parts of the set to build a simple landscape for the trike to stand on,as well as for the Talon assasins to ambush Batman. How do you guys like my version of the set?

    (MOC) GCPD Headquarters

Hi everyone, I haven't been too active on here, but I was hoping to get some feedback on my first major MOC. I recently finished it up in LDD, but before I started getting the parts together I want it to be perfectly planned out. I took some inspiration from 7740 as I was planning to break it down to help build this MOC and the batsignal isn't my design, but it is the one I currently have built and I like it. There are several printed/stickered parts I want to use that aren't available on LDD, obviously as they're from licensed sets. I welcome any feedback and comments. Also, would it be worth submitting this to ideas or would that be a waste of time? https://www.flickr.com/photos/legomaster96/albums/72157670346511527
